    Tsukasa Fujimoto

During the recent Arisa Nakajima watch party, a few people were viewing Fujimoto for the first time and liked what they saw, so I thought I'd make a more comprehensive list of some of her best matches: vs Arisa Nakajima 12/28/2014 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hcA2V3hYIbM w/Arisa Nakajima vs DASH Chisako and Sendai Sachiko 12/27/2015 - https://archive.org/details/jwp-12-27-2015-climax-2015-dvd (match starts at around 48:00) w/Arisa Nakajima vs Ryo Mizunami and Misaki Ohata 12/31/2015 - https://www.bilibili.com/s/video/BV1WK4y1U77K w/Arisa Nakajima vs Nanae Takahashi and Emi Sakura 05/04/2016 - https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1F54y1b73s/ w/Arisa Nakajima vs Yoshiko and Nanae Takahashi 07/24/2016 - https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x4q08oq vs Tsukushi 12/31/2016 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VAivOpmbCRc vs Arisa Nakajima 03/27/2017 - https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x5h8jp9 w/Arisa Nakajima vs Nanae Takahashi and Sareee 05/05/2017 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mi7FMKBdn4c w/Nanae Takahashi vs Mima Shimoda and Arisa Nakajima 08/11/2017 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V3lVm6F-a0s w/Arisa Nakajima vs DASH Chisako and Sendai Sachiko 08/27/2017 - https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x7mj0hc vs Arisa Nakajima 12/13/2017 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=buTS2SlebE8 (entrances start at 1:02:45) vs Maya Yukihi 12/31/2018 - https://www.bilibili.com/s/video/BV1V54y1m7zQ vs Maya Yukihi 08/03/2019 - https://www.bilibili.com/s/video/BV1x7411k73E vs Sareee 08/24/2019 - https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1Nt4y1v7AA/ vs Suzu Suzuki 03/14/2020 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2kLebXU1XQ0 w/Arisa Nakajima vs Yoshiko and Hiroyo Matsumoto 10/03/2020 - https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x7x0jha w/Arisa Nakajima vs Yoshiko and Sareee 11/27/2020 - https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV19o4y1d7oh/ vs Suzu Suzuki 01/23/2021 - https://www.bilibili.com/s/video/BV1gV411i7Hy vs Maya Yukihi 03/27/2021 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-iaU2DrjsU vs Ibuki Hoshi 09/18/2021 - https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV14Q4y1U7Dx
  10. I hadn't even thought about the G1. This opens the door for Mochizuki to come into the G1 which is one of my dream participants.
  11. Just the shot in the arm they needed. I am really optimistic for New Japan in 2022.
  12. I think that Momo Watanabe has the highest ceiling out of any young wrestler today. Her White belt run was amazing, and she was only 18 when she won it! Ever since then, whenever she's been given a big match she's killed it, and she's been incredibly consistent when working in the undercard. There's not quite enough to justify her being on a list, but give her 5 years and I have no doubt she'd get there.
  13. More than anything I want Sugiura Vs Ishii, Nakajima Vs Naito, and Shiozaki Vs Tanahashi ( I know that happened already but that was before they both peaked)
  14. New Japan and NOAH are holding a press conference at the same time tomorrow, and to add fuel to the fire Kiyomiya posted this It could just end up being a joint announcement of crowd noise coming back, but I would be so ready for a proper NJPW/NOAH crossover.
  15. The Drake Maverick one feels extra cruel considering the whole 'fight for a contract' storyline.
  16. Bumping this for anyone that might be interested in taking part, it's a great project. The deadline is in about ten days. https://gweproject.freeforums.net/

    Takagi Shingo

Shingo was a guy who I was already high on from his DG run, but his New Japan run has taken things to another level. He's been the best wrestler in the world for the last 3 years and has been one of the few truly bright spots of New Japan in the pandemic era.
  18. Okada vs Tama Tonga was really good, and ZSJ vs Shingo was a banger as expected.
  19. Jesus Christ that Punk vs Kingston promo is insanely good.
  20. Didn't they just sign Eva Marie and DBS Jr? Now they're gone almost instantly
  21. Nia Jax is the most surprising on this list. The fact that they didn't know what to do with Keith Fucking Lee shows just how deep their incompetence runs.
  22. Tsukasa Fujimoto Her strong babyface energy makes her easy to root for, but she can believably snap and be more heelish when the situation calls for it. She's an amazing tag worker - with a particularly stellar tag run with Arisa Nakajima - she's consistently good to great in singles matches, even when working with rookies, and she is really great at elevating her opponents. Offensively she can be a little clunky and slow, but her strong striking along with her creativity more than make up for it - she has this one move which I can only describe as a body scissors hurricanrana roll-up which I had to replay about 10 times the first time I saw it just to understand what just happened. Definitely a contender for best ace in the modern era. Matches Vs Arisa Nakajima 12/13/2017 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=buTS2SlebE8 (entrances start at 1:02:45) Vs Maya Yukihi 08/03/2019 - https://www.bilibili.com/s/video/BV1x7411k73E w/Arisa Nakajima vs Nanae Takahashi and Emi Sakura 05/04/2016 - https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1F54y1b73s/

    Kazuchika Okada

From Dominion 2016 to Dominion 2018, Okada peaked higher than any other wrestler I've seen. Outside of that, his 2012 to WK 2020 run was excellent. He's able to get something good out of every wrestler he faces, and has had the best matches of Tanahashi's, Omega's, Shibata's, Marufuji's, SANADA's, Makabe's, EVIL's, Fale's, and YOSHI-HASHI's careers. Slowed down in 2020 and the first half of 2021, but has looked like he's getting back to his best during this last G1 run. Could easily see myself voting for him as number 1.
