Not that I was particularly worried AEW was going to be gone anytime soon, but good to know the bag is secured for years to come.

Lol at people finding out Bruce is the most pathetic jocksniffer to ever exist

AEW TV - 9/18 - 9/21 - Never Mind The Bollocks Heres The Outrunners

Double also, Takeshita vs. Okada/Ospreay is going to rule. Triple also, gotta do more with Kyle Fletcher. Quad also, how fucking bad was Mark Davis' wrist injury that he's been out of action for over a year (also Bandito)? -

Also, completely baffling how much Double J has absolutely fucking ruled in AEW in his late 50s when he was such an albatross of enjoyment from 1993-like 2015 with a handful of enjoyable periods, almost genuinely ironically when he was a babyface. -

Always lol to see the late stage WCW comparisons when at that point, WCW had been absolute dogshit for years and in complete free fall viewership/tickets/quality programming when AEW over extending themselves booking venues bigger than they should a year in advance but putting on frequently great shows and nearly every PPV here specifically is effusive praise for how great AEW is. Also the memory holing of those weekly pics of Raw/SD where the entire hard cam side is empty for like....a decade straight. -

Also Mariah May has absolutely zero juice outside of being associated with Toni Storm -

Darby winning the big one but in the process retiring Bryan seems very unsatisfactory, but Mox beating Bryan and Darby beating Mox also isn't very satisfying. Will be interesting to see how it all turns out, but AEW has done great with long term angles for ages so I'm willing to see where it goes before getting down on it. -

A 20 minute Jericho tv match in 2020 was enough to get me to tap out of Dynamite until they got crowds back, can't imagine that shit in 2024. Just seeing Jericho vs OC again in 2024 was enough to make me immediately tune out even if the rest of the card looked rad. -
MCMG to WWE seems years too late as they're already both in their 40s and a NXT run of THEY'RE HERE for a year or two seems like it won't be anything more than what they'd get out of AEW run. However, the idea that they'll get a 2 year in ring run and then be agents with Petey and Abyss seems like the main benefit and idea of signing with WWE over AEW for them specifically.

The missed axe kick to clam jammed thumbtacks spot was somehow both visceral and hilarious. The swanton table spot was brutal. There were a couple of other seriously bad looking bumps Willow took during the match that look like the kind of things to take someone out of action for a while. Has OC ever considered cutting his hair a little shorter so he doesn't have to constantly move it out of his eyes. It's almost like a tic at this point for him. He'll even do it in the middle of spots sometimes, but also before and after every spot. Mox going full Funk was pretty unexpected.

I don't know if I'm aging and test is dropping, but boy it sure seems like there are so many more genuinely emotional feel good moments in the last couple of years across the industry than I can every remember. -
No way, show is stacked Hangman/Swerve insanity Ospreay/Pac Garcia/MJF Willow/Stat street fight Okada/Briscoe/Orange/Takeshita which should surely lead to both Okada vs OC and Okada vs Takeshita Shada/Shida Would have to think Bryan vs Perry will be the best match of Jungle Boy's career
-
Boy that sounds like something Bruce should not be making any comments on
-
I can not imagine the insanity those two will get up to at All Out, but it definitely should be the main event and it should make us all question what the fuck we're watching like some disgusting early 00s Japanese shindy deathmatch promotion.
-
Lmao it actually happened. Can not imagine the insanity they'll get up to try to top their Texas Death Match.

Double J had pretty good punches even in late 80s Memphis, so in 202x, that's pure god tier. Remember the multiple angles from 2000-2012 entirely built around Jerry Lawler punching someone purely because his punches were so great? -

I'd really like to be able to give both TNA and NXT a shot these days but: 1. Hate the announce teams for both shows. Just constant yelling and noise. 2. TNA's production for in ring stuff is so much lower rent than the vignettes and stuff they do. They can't even get straight cables for the ropes like it is 1983 NWA shows. 3. NXT seems like New Generation era shit in front of an even smaller ECW arena crowd but in like...neon and zoomers. Related to production, god damn across all shows in WWE I've never seen such weak ass strikes and very blatantly missed punches and kicks. Maybe Dunn going with his shitty super cuts and zooms shit was because no one in WWE can throw a decent punch or kick. When stuff looks that bad on TV, hard to imagine how bad it looks to the live audience. -
Big missed opportunity to not go back to full Dvorak for one night to let the fans do the sing along thing. In general, that's maybe the biggest misstep with GUNTHER vs WALTER presentation, whatever butt rock shit that kicks in after the opening notes is so nondescript 2005 sounding shit and doesn't fit with either the opening or Gunther's persona and style. The second it kicks out of Dvorak, it is full blown Velocity regular generic rock shit.

I don't see it as a quick turn around but like an epilogue show mixed with the WWE two night event PPVs. It's not like it's a fresh build for All Out, everyone was built at the same time and a direct result of some of the events at All In.

The follow up with Bryan threatening to piledrive/powerbomb Buddy only for Brie to give him the classic wife "absolutely not" look

God damn why is Dbry doing a post show presser with his daughter so emotionally touching
