Shouldn't the government regulating body autonomy and medical decisions override that for libertarians -

I'm sure Ospreay vs OC will be very enjoyable, but Christian vs Ospreay sounds tremendous -

I've never seen the Midnights, especially the Condrey era, do anything but fucking annihilate jobbers even more violently than the Road Warriors or Barbarian. -

So is he not even pretending to be a libertarian anymore, because this is kind of thing is like....the main thing the libertarians rage about -
I think it's hard to say AEW has "peaked" when it's only been around for three years. The influx of WWE talent changed the vibe and style a bit, not unlike WCW in 1994/1995, but after some growing pains, it felt like WCW again. It still feels a lot more like WCW than WWE and that's pretty much enough for me. TK definitely needs some help, though. Even the biggest AEW mark can't deny that. There is a wealth of access to great wrestling minds backstage.

I tried this out because I've been doing house remodeling and ran out of podcasts and just kind of got tired of my normal rotation of shows. I don't listen to wrestling podcasts, never liked Conrad, always thought Double J was trash outside of MMA Double J and that stretch of aging Southern babyface guy towards the end (?) of his TNA run. Can not believe I'm enjoying a Double J podcast.

Mox as the tough guy shooter dude started with his first NJ run and it was weird then, and has stayed weird. It got further played into with Bloodsport stuff, but there might not be another guy at his level with more open space and garbage looking strikes other than The Miz. Crazy tough guy deathmatch dude who will fight to the death, sure, but it has been portrayed like he's a top tier shooter type. Being part of something called a combat club that started on mutual respect of pro wrestling violence makes sense to me, as Moxley's presentation in AEW is less shooter guy and more crazy bar brawler guy. Also yes, bored Moxley/Ambrose is terrible and it's hard to think of a guy so clearly phoning it in so often as there's been multiple year stretches in WWE and a year or so in AEW as well.

Trying to pop a rating out of this by having Vince announced for TV the same day as announcing he's stepping down while the investigation goes on is perhaps the most carny shit Vince has pulled since the Melanie Pillman interview

How much bigger than Shingo is Miro, because that sounds like an incredible match on paper to me. Thinking about what NJ talent is still open: All of LIJ Goto KENTA Ishimori EVIL -
I think it implies some people in the company thinks some shit is about to go down and sold off stock, which I guess is possibly insider trading

I was sports entertained, although the bloom is off the rose with Wardlow. You've got to start putting him in real matches where he's doing surprising cool shit instead of just powerbombs. Ladder match had some real crazy stuff. Nick Jackson really carries the Bucks. Ospreay vs Dax was awesome. Forbidden Door seems weird but I think it was always going to end up being a weird show based on the depth imbalance between the companies. It will be some real shit if Okada and Bryan aren't on the show. Bryan is injured but ZSJ did challenge him for the show so I have to think that wouldn't have happened if Bryan wasn't going to be ready by then. Okada skipping seems much weirder. There's still a week and a half to fill out the card and presumably half the show won't have any angles or storylines heading into it, so just putting cool matches together with what remains of each roster shouldn't be that hard. On the other hand, consider how NJ usually handles joint shows in Japan. Forbidden Door could be eight six/eight man tags. -
It'd be truly incredible if Steph left because of this and HHH leaked the story. However, something like this has come up about Vince every few years for like 40 years now, and while the culture and atmosphere is different now, I'm pretty confident nothing will come out of it for Vince.
