Holy cow, this was awesome. Another excellent Toryumon match and another excellent performance by Stalker. At this point M2K is taking over Crazy MAX as the top heel faction as they just beat them again and Crazy MAX had been taking more of a face turn previously. Did anyone else catch Stalker wearing CIMA's shorts? ***3/4

This was great. Arai is one of the most underrated Toryumon guys and SUWA has already found himself as a heel by this time. Arai was ranked much lower than SUWA, so he wasn't going to be given much of a chance against SUWA and that brings the drama in the finishing stretch. I dug how they ended at the right time and they didn't extend with meaningless false finishes. ****

This was another awesome match. Toryumon continues delivering the fun. I thought the SUWA and Arai exchanges were great. You can also see Crazy MAX changing direction a bit as there's less interference here than there was in the previous Crazy MAX matches. Good stuff. ***1/4

This is probably the best straight up Toryumon tag match we've seen. Stalker is becoming a true revelation in this project. He's far from a great worker, but his comedy is so well timed and minimized, plus he's great as a sympathetic babyface and even though you know he's not going to pull of the upset, he still brings a way to make you believe it may actually happen. Everyone else was good in this too. I dug how Genki was able to pull off the Beach Break when he was getting tossed over Kanda and it looked like they had messed up the spot. Good stuff. ***

Yeah, this was pretty awesome. Stalker is mostly a comedy worker, but he's been coming full circle is these multi man matches he's been involved in and his comedy here was well timed. Fuji also brought some comedy wearing a wig early in this, but it was well timed and didn't make this drag one bit. That finishing stretch was pretty great and even Stalker got the crowd buying into an upset. Very good stuff. ***3/4

This was pretty fun as they go balls to the wall here and they maintained an incredible pace throughout the entire match. The stip works given the C-MAX dominance. The mask tearing and the finish were the highlights for me. That chicken wing suplex TM has been using looks amazing. I can’t believe others haven’t picked up on it. ***1/4

Yeah, this was a ton of fun, mainly the second half. SUWA again does a fantastic job bumping for Dragon Kid’s offense and cheating to get the upper hand. The mask tearing again is on point and is hopefully leading to a lucha de apuestas between them. TARU saving SUWA after Dragon Kid hit the Dragonrana was awesome as it was a neat false finish and didn’t see SUWA kicking out of Dragon Kid’s finisher. The finishing spot with SUWA countering Dragon Kid’s rana into a roll up was neat also. The post match chaos with SUWA and TARU continuing the beating on Dragon Kid and Jinsei Shinzaki making the save was great. ***1/2

This was pretty awesome. Sasuke the Great is Masao Orihara who’s a great Japanese indy heel who’s been around the Japanese indy scene forever. SUWA puts on a heck of a show here cheating, low blowing the faces, tearing Dragon Kid’s mask, getting heat on Okamura by taking his gi off and choking him with it and bumping for Dragon Kid’s stuff. Okamura was an odd addition to this match, but I thought he was alright with his kicks and woring with Orihara. TARU who usually is the worse member of Crazy MAX and mostly excels as a second, looked good here. Him removing his belt and using it as a weapon to choke the faces was a perfect touch. Overall I dug this match much more than the other multi man match between M2K and Crazy MAX we got on this same card. ***1/2

This was a standard Toryumon spot show match which is a good thing as they keep it a lot more simple holding back a lot of their bigger stuff for the big shows. I thought Kanda looked good for the M2K side, but Crazy MAX against looked far superior to them, namely MAKOTO. I thought MAKOTO’s performance was flawless. He connected on everything and bumped perfectly for M2K’s offense, namely their double team moves. The pace also picked up in the second half when MAKOTO was in. Overall I thought this was good. M2K didn’t look that strong in victory, but that’s mostly due to their performance. ***

Can someone clarify what WXW is getting put on Highspots Network? Are they uploading all of the major WXW shows on there? How long does it take them to put the newer WXW shows on there? Are they uploading them with English commentary? If its a yes on uploading all the major WXW shows in a timely matter and with English commentary, then I will def. have to sign up to the Highspots Network.

That was the most embarrassing thing I've seen in a while. Takako Inoue and Yumiko Hotta were the wrestlers accompanying Kandori ringside. The fight was rescheduled for a future event.

I haven't watched this in about 10 or so years, so this is a good throwback... I love this match. Thought it was great back then and imo it still holds up. Tom Pritchard's commentary is great. The work itself in the match is great. Both guys bust out things they weren't allowed to in the WWE and that gives this a unique touch. Those headbutts that busted Regal open were brutal. That modified Blue Thunder Bomb and the Dragon Suplex were by far my favorite spots here. Really good match. ****

Hoshikawa trying to take advantage by attacking Delfin early and hopefully catching him by surprise was the perfect start to this. Its shows the quick sign of desperation from the lower ranked Hoshikawa against the higher ranked opponent. Delfin also attacking the knee early on was logical as he was trying to ground Hoshikawa and take away his kicks which are one of his mostly frequently used weapons. Unfortunately Delfin didn't focus and work on these more. Loved the counter to the Delfin Special where Hoshikawa just puts Delfin from underneath.That finishing stretch was great and really gave this match the big match feel. ****

I thought this was very, namely the finishing stretch in which Hoshikawa was really landing some stiff kicks to Togo. Was there really blood here? I just watched this and didn't notice any. If there was, then that was was some weak blade jobs by both. That Onita/Nakamaki headbutt exchange was another highlight for me. Good stuff. ***1/2

I personally didn't think to highly of the Murahama matches with Togo or Yakushiji and I believe Hoshikawa has been his best opponent with Delfin being #2 and Buffalo #3. This wasn't on par with their 2 previous singles matches as it felt more of an exhibition than anything else, but I still think this was pretty good and prefer it to the Togo and Yakushiji matches. I thought the rear naked choke provided a good sense of drama going forward in the second half though. That top rope enzuigiri from Hoshikawa was brutal. Good stuff. ***

This is the match I've been wanting to happen the most since Murahama's hot streak in the previous 2 months or so. And to be honest it was somewhat of a disappointment because it was mostly a one-sided beatdown from Togo, but in context it makes sense as Togo is arguably the top heel in the company at the moment and the #2 guy behind Delfin and Murahama was still working his way up the ranks at this point. I'm not saying it was disappointment because it wasn't good, I'm saying it was a disappointment because I think this would have benefited had they given Murahama a little more than what he did get here.

This trial series has really seen LOV beat the bejesus out of Murahama as they again continue to stiff him up when they get the chance with slaps and lariats. Tsubasa is a neat addition to this as he works at a faster pace than Murahama and brings some nifty aerial offense which he pulls off well here. The match was good, but not great. ***

This was good, but I prefer the Black Buffalo match from the day before better, but these are also entirely different matches with entirely different opponents. The good thing about this is that it showcases Murahama's ability to work different matches with different opponents. IMO QUALLT isn't on the same level of Buffalo, but he's perfectly fine here heeling it up by even sticking to hitting Buffalo with a fans shoe. Also to QUALLT's benefit, LOV are excellent at interfering. QUALLT and LOV do a good enough job of getting heat on Murahama to make his comeback meaningful and to actually draw a response from the crowd for it. ***

This was good. Buffalo working as the bigger bruiser was awesome. He really stiffed up Murahama with lariats, chops, etc. Buffalo going after Murahama's knee after he kicked the ring post was great despite of Murahama's Koji Kanemoto-esque selling -- or lack thereof sometimes. I thought the finish was a botched count by the ref. too. Either way that was good. ***1/2

This is the best Osaka Pro tag match we've seen so far imo. Everyone looked good here, even Daio QUALLT who I've never dug much. Everything clicked and worked and there was never any downtime. This for me ranks up there with the other great Toryumon multi man matches from the year. ****

Yeah, this was good. Murahama has been one of the best guys from the Japanese indies this year and apparently he has dropped the gloves and thus is throwing less strikes with his hands and now he throws mostly kicks and works with more pro-wrestling based offense he didn't do previously. Delfin was kinda eh here, but Murahama was able to carry along and he was also heavily featured here. His exchanges with either guy were fantastic as he adapts and creates chemistry quickly with whoever he's working with that night. ***1/2

This was pretty great, however its too short to be compared to their previous match which was also much better than this. I think what irks me mot about this match is that its a lot more one sided than their previous match. In the previous match they split a round each before heading into the third. Here its mostly Super Delfin shooting for his beautiful double legs and working the match, which isn't a bad thing, however I would have liked seeing them work more on the feet with Murahama having landed more strikes in the standing exchanges. ***1/4

This was pretty solid. Nothing groundbreaking by any chance, but still a good match nonetheless. Even QUALLT who usually drags down the quality of the LOV matches he's involved in, looked really good here. His green mist was on point. ***
