It was 1 of 11 groupings of things that I listed for Warrior in that segment. Not exactly what I'd hang my hat on. Did Rude sell well in the section? Sure. I highlighted some of it that was that was quite strong just to get across that Warrior wasn't working with a broom. Rude wasn't doing 90% of the work in that section. He was, at most, doing 50% of the work. Did it well. My point was when I wrote that long thing, and now, that Warrior surprisingly held up his end of the bargain to a degree that the "Rude Had The Greatest Carry Job In WWF History" notion wasn't true. It's a notion that I had before rewatching it, and simply found completely lacking after the rewatch. And this typifies literally everything I've ever said in response to you. Rather than watch the match to make a reasoned reponse, you pull shit out of your ass that isn't correct. I get why you can't stomach a discussion with me: I point out where you're wrong, you try to bullshit your way through it rather than admitting you're wrong, I point out that your new bullshit is wrong, wash, rinse, repeat until you go running out of the thread without admitting your wrong. Yeah... that must be hard to stomach. It really beats the heck out of me why you "bowed back in" to offer nothing. Jesus Christ , just tell Jerry you want to fuck him and be done with it.

That was a fun fucking show, better than the last one, and The Rhodes Family vs The Shield stuff was so fucking awesome it was worth the 45 bucks just for that. Money well spent.

RVD vs ADR was a stone blast. And having Sandow get a knee injury to explain why he didn't cash in was a nice bit of detail. And Cesaro rules.

I don't think HHH's Crockett digs have had anything more behind them than Edge saying HHH married his way into stardom. They just like coming up with shooty little things to make the situations seem a little more real. I bet HHH loved going face to face with Dusty due to his love of 80's NWA. And let's face it, the Rhodes Family angle is for "us", and what better way to get us mad at the bad guy than by insulting the wrestling we all love?

Jimmy Valiant vs Paul Jones' Army is my pick for greatest non Main event feud. Match quality be damned.

Hilariously awful. I loved him.

Well, Summerslam that year kinds of bears that out a bit. The hype for Austin/ Taker was awesome. and the match was great, but Rock/ HHH ladder match was a bit of a show stealer. And the crowd was exploding at the finish.

The thing is, you do get five star matches in WWF and wacky shit in Crockett. The Valentine/ Tito matches are as great as anything in Crockett, and the New Breed were as wacky as any WWF stuff.

Jesse shitting on Uncle Elmer's wedding is gut busting funny because Jesse is legit losing it and laughing his ass off.

Anytime, bro.

He's the guy in the group who's a singles Champ so he should look a little different than the Tag Champs in the trio. That, and he's been hitting the gym like nuts and should be showing it.

So, I'm watching RAW tonight with my three year old nephew. It's the Kofi/ ADR match and at one point he points at the TV and says "That's the bad guy." I'm like "Who?" and I point at Kofi and say "That's the good guy" and then point at ADR and say "That's the bad guy." He says, "No." and gets up and goes to the TV, says "That's the bad guy." and points at the ref.

It was a bloody affair all around.

I'd imagine that Magnum vs Tully "I Quit" in the cage is pretty universal. It's even more awesome knowing the full story, which is an incredible story, but without it it's obvious that these two guys hate each other, Tully is the bad guy, Magnum is the good guy, and that the match is important. Especially the end where Tully is bloody and crying and has quit and Magnum is standing over him holding Tully by the hair in one hand and the wood shard in the other. Magnum throwing both Tully and the shard aside, tossing HIS belt over his shoulder and leaving the cage with a backward disgusted glance at Tully? It's the greatest bit of storytelling that's communicated without explanation EVER.

I watched Sheepherders and Jack Victory vs Fantastics and Taylor in the barbed wire cage when it aired, while making out with a chick doing some stinkfinger. Its the greatest.

And in time my Bock impression is gonna rule.

Will not being able to get over the clipping in Verne/ Bock is the best. Lol
