Well yeah, but still that would be a crazy day in history if Georgia and WWF were both replaced on TV.
-
Two black saturdays in one day! With Southeast taking over WTBS and IWF taking over WWF timeslots.
-
Updated with 2 new matches.

What a stacked card. Bock Slaughter is insane

I think that is the same deal I had with Bobby Bass. You get Cornette, but no pick in the first round of the draft. At least that was the Bass conditions.

International Wrestling Federation presents Wrestling Challenge October 1, 1983 airs in WWF time slot. Taped at St. Michael's College School Arena in Toronto, Ontario The show opens with Vince McMahon Jr. on the screen. He welcomes us to the new Wrestling Challenge. He states that his father, Vince McMahon Sr. has retired and has decided that the next step for the WWF is for it to go international. The WWF has joined with Maple Leaf Wrestling out of Canada to become the International Wrestling Federation! Going forward you will see such stars as former WWF World Champions Bob Backlund, Pedro Morales and the man who defeated Bruno Sammartino for the title in Ivan Koloff! You will see other stars you know like Rick Martel, Rocky Johnson and Tony Garea. It is now time to introduce the announce crew for the IWF, the former voice of the WWF Gorilla Monsoon and Jesse Ventura. Gorilla Monsoon and Jesse Ventura are sitting in the announce booth and they welcome us to Wrestling Challenge. Ventura has this huge smile on his face and Gorilla tells him to go ahead and share his big news. Ventura brags about last Tuesday in Maple Leaf Gardens where his man Riki Choshu defeated Rick Martel to win the IWF Championship! Gorilla questions if he could had done it if Valentine hadn't had took out Martel's leg earlier in the show? Ventura says Choshu just took advantage of the situation and you do anything to win the title. The record shows that Choshu is the IWF Champion and that is all that matters. Ventura that brings up that Chsohu will be on The Body Shop tonight! Gorilla wonders if Choshu can even speak English? 1. Killer Karl Krupp vs Bob Backlund Former WWF Champion is looking to become a champion again and this is a new opportunity in the IWF. Krupp gets in some offence, but Backlund essentially manhandles him and gets the victory with the Cross-Face Chickenwing. Winner - Bob Backlund @ 4:35 Commercial #1 Billy Red Lyons is backstage with former WWF Champion Pedro Morales. He is asked about his involvement with the Cubans at Maple Leaf Gardens with him being the one to push Bobby Bass into the cage. Pedro does not like the antics of The Cubans and he does not like cheaters. All he did was stop Bobby Bass from cheating that evening. If The Cubans have a problem with that then they can try to stop him. Commercial #2 2. Alexis Smirnoff w/ Don Carson vs Tony Garea Smirnoff shows off his brute strength and throws Garea around. However Garea is a veteran and made a comeback and hits a diving crossbody for the victory. Winner - Tony Garea @ 5:10 Commercial #3 Jesse "The Body" Ventura is ready on the set of The Body Shop with his bodyguard the Evil Machine. He makes this long introduction hyping up how great Riki Choshu is. After all his titles in Japan and him being the one to defeat Rick Martel for the IWF Title. He finally brings out Choshu. Choshu comes out with the IWF Title looking very smug. Ventura looks to ask him a question, but Dick Murdoch comes out. Murdoch has been dealing with the antics of Ventura here and in Japan Choshu has been a pain in his side. He points out that Choshu only beat Martel after he was beating down. He makes it clear he wants the title. Ventura tells him he doesn't deserve a shot, when Choshu hits a lariat from behind and knocks Murdoch down. Security rushes in and separates everyone. Commercial #4 Before the match Ventura says he will remove Dick Murdoch from the IWF once and for all! 3. Paul Christy & Gary Royal vs Bobby & Rudy Kay It's the debut of the Kay Brothers! Gorilla knows they were big stars in the east coast of Canada. They look impressive and take the fight to Christy & Royal who have shown promise according to Ventura. Kay brothers show some great double team moves and work well together. They get the victory when Bobby hits a huge powerslam on Christy for the win. Will the Kay Brothers look to challenge IWF Tag Team Champions Greg Valentine & Ivan Koloff in the future? Winners - Bobby & Rudy Kay @ 5:46 Commercial #5 Billy Red Lyons is backstage and talks about the IWF coming to your town. Including: The Sheik returning to Cobo Hall in Detroit, MI on October 4th. A TV Taping in Allentown, PA on October 7th. There will also be a big show in Buffalo, NY on October 8th. Commercial #6 4. Ivan Koloff w/ Don Carson vs Wahoo McDaniel (IWF United States Title Tournament - First Round) The announcers talk about the IWF United States Title Tournament which also includes guys like Greg Valentine, Dick Murdoch, Bob Backlund and Tony Garea. The finals will take place on October 17th at Madison Square Gardens. These two have a hard hitting contest. Which could had gone either way. A miscue between Carson and Koloff lead to the inside cradle victory for Wahoo who advances to the Semi-Finals! Winner - Wahoo McDaniel @ 14:32 to advance in the IWF United States Title Tournament.
-

Didn't notice I was up. I pass. And fuck off. I'm tired of your bullshit. Pass forever or just this round? Also, what you said. Be civil.
-
Sheik on the 4th PLEASE!!!
-
Thanks. Super Russian came from the fact I was going to use Smirnoff and actually booked the show, but Boricua pointed out Smirnoff was in Japan leaving me with some issues to figure out. Everything is going according to plan and I hope you like the payoffs. They may not be exactly what you want, but plans are in place.
-
By the way, if anybody wants to go ahead and pass and drop out of the draft. Do so now, so we don't have to wait around.
-
It's been 7 hours.. Southwest can skip Crockett if he wants.
-

WWE's booking is shitty, but any returning star is going to get a big pop for their return or a sporadic appearance. I don't think that is a sign they are more over at all. -
Ted Allen for me. The Nightmare!
