WCW can't come up with any ideas not stolen from the WWF. Scheme Gene has an idea, but you have to call the Hotline to find out what it is. This was no more or less whiny than the others have been, but as we know, it gets worse.

I laughed with Billionaire Ted trying to come up with new ideas and Scheme Gene telling everyone to call the hotline to find out. It did feel like WWF was starting to abandon their own hotline at this point.
