Loss
Tremendous Sid promo, and probably one of his last appearances in this WWF run.
Kevin Ridge
Warrior/Sid could have been quite the train wreck to watch. Checked out some results and I see they had a four minute main event match in Boston that ended up with DQ finish.
MikeCampbell
Holy smokes, Sid with another great promo!
WingedEagle
I didn't enjoy this promo. It would've been something to see him and Warrior headline a show.
PeteF3
Sid takes credit for ending Hulkamania and promises to do the same to the Warrior. Wippleman stands nearby. All this hype for a house show run that was done in about a week. This Yearbook does do a tremendous job of definitively torpedo-ing the "Sid got fired for kicking out of the legdrop" urban legend. He's been as heavily pushed as ever post-WM.
garretta
If this was Sid's last TV appearance, he went out on top, taking credit for the end of Hulkamania and promising to end Warrior Wildness as well. I like how he starts the interview by patting Gene on the head, and I liked Gene's reaction as well, as he subtly takes a look up to make sure he isn't bleeding or bruised. Bruno is completely useless here, as he doesn't even open his mouth once. He does get over the size difference between himself and Sid quite well, though, and he looks like someone a big guy like Sid would hire to be part of his entourage. Line of the segment: Curt saying "Thank you" when Sid talks about ending Hulkamania.
dawho5
Was Hulk officially out at this point? Good promo, even if I dread seeing even a minute of the Sid/Warrior match.
flyonthewall2983
He was off of their programming but he was still under contract. More or less an extended vacation for Hulk while he filmed Mr. Nanny. I'm sure part of it had to do with the steroid scandals, and the company not flogging around their biggest name who made a fool of himself on national television the year before. Hindsight being what it is, they should have brought him back for Survivor Series to replace Warrior, but they were under such a time crunch for that it's understandable they might not have been able to get him and that's possibly when the talks started to bring him back the following February.
