This remains a tremendous video package, and I love how they made Starrcade '83 look like archived ESPN footage. This is the same video package that opened Starrcade '93 on pay-per-view, with a brief clip of Flair's post-match celebration tacked on the end.

This was just great stuff and Flair comes across as the man in the package.

Oh man, I wish this was the 1st thing on the set. It would have been such a classier open than that shitty Razor int. Plus, with Flair's title win being perhaps the major development closing out 1993 it would have made sense as an open.

I thought this was a really cool video package juxtaposing Starrcade's 83 and 93. Really good stuff from WCW.

I remember as a kid that was only 7 year old at Starrcade 1993 how this video package really showed how important and as much of legend Flair was. IT still is a great video and something that was rare for WCW at the time.

Same video as the Starrcade intro, but instead of Vader destroying people we cut to Flair's celebration. Still a chilling piece of work.
