Loss Posted November 3, 2012 Author Report Posted November 3, 2012 Lawler is feeling confident, and wrestles the match in street clothes. Lawler wrestling in all black like this is an awesome visual. He makes quick work of Raper and the Jerry Lawler Hour of Destruction finally ends. Quote
PeteF3 Posted November 6, 2012 Report Posted November 6, 2012 Lawler doesn't let mere technicalities like the end of the program stop him from murdering a jobber. Quote
soup23 Posted November 21, 2012 Report Posted November 21, 2012 Loved Lawler jumping in his street clothes and cleaning house as Dave runs down the card. I love Jerry Lawler in 1990. Quote
Kevin Ridge Posted January 17, 2013 Report Posted January 17, 2013 Dave Brown runs down the monday night card while Lawler just beats up him opponent. Amusing that announcer would take that approach. Quote
garretta Posted December 17, 2014 Report Posted December 17, 2014 Only Lawler can wrestle and win a match in the last thirty seconds of a program and make it look good. This has to be the best two-week stretch of wrestling TV I've ever seen out of one performer bar none, and I've seen plenty of vintage Flair on TBS. Dave adheres to the format right down to the bitter end, which makes this scene even more incredible. There's no comparing TV like this to the stuff we see today. Quote
drew wardlaw Posted December 29, 2015 Report Posted December 29, 2015 Hahahah yet another surreal segment as Dave Brown calmly runs down the upcoming card while Jerry Lawler, clad in black Guess jeans, destroys a jobber named Ken RAPER. Quote
GSR Posted December 10, 2016 Report Posted December 10, 2016 Lawler doesn’t even change into his wrestling gear for this, wrestling the match in his black T-Shirt, jeans and boots that he’s been wearing for the duration of the show. A quick squash that Lawler wins after a fist drop. Quote
dawho5 Posted February 6, 2017 Report Posted February 6, 2017 If I didn't love Lawler before this show, I don't know how I could keep that view after. Quote
Stiva Posted October 3, 2018 Report Posted October 3, 2018 Dave Brown casually runs down an upcoming card while Jerry Lawler dishes out another vicious beating. I love how Dave Brown has the detached air of someone who can no longer be surprised by anything Lawler does and simply has to work around it. Quote
