Hogan is so paranoid in these promos. He talks some jibberish about Hogan and Warrior being one with the sun, the moon and the earth. Warrior talks to his hands about the sacrifice, and about protecting Hogan from his own fears. I can't believe they hyped a Wrestlemania with this garbage. This is the kind of thing that embarrasses wrestling fans when non-fans are in the room.

Hogan goes all Taoist on us talking about the sun, earth, and moon all being as one and whatever the fuck that has to do with selling us on WrestleMania VI, someone else is going to have to explain. Warrior gives his most nonsensical promo yet, but at least keeps from inadvertently heeling himself this time (I think). He wraps it up by saying he can't protect Hogan from the Ultimate Wohhhyah, then gives the hilarious look of someone who was just approached from behind by JBL in the shower.

Warrior actually makes a weird kind of sense here: he'll protect Hogan from Bravo and Earhquake as much as Hogan needs it, but not from Warrior himself. Hogan compares the combination of his power and the Warrior's to a total eclipse of the sun.

Keep in mind, Vince never wanted us to see this as a wrestling match between two human beings over a couple of belts. In order to buy into these promos, you had to accept without question that Hogan and Warrior are not human. They are two deities who happen to wear boots and tights in their mortal form, the form they take so that the mere people who worship them are not blinded and crippled by their omniscience and omnipotence. This ain't Flair and Luger wrasslin' for an hour on the hick station, people. Only idiots like us watch that. Vince wants the discriminating, intelligent sports entertainment audience. If depicting suicide as glorious is what it takes to pack 'em in, that's just fine and dandy by him.

With two weeks to go, the best promo for this match so far goes to..........Jesse Ventura. I can't decide whether that's pathetic or glorious.

Hogan says that he’s glad they (he and his Hulkamaniacs!) took on Dino Bravo as it gave them one more chance to prove that Hulkamania is the strongest force in the WWF. When he had Bravo on his back he was cheapshotted by Earthquake, and as he was regenerating himself, the Warrior hit the ring. Did he see that he was wounded and was going for the kill, or like his little Hulksters said, was he just trying to protect him? From here Hogan starts waffling about darkness, light, energy and that he will come out on top at Wrestlemania.

Warrior talks to his hands and says something along the lines for them to fulfil their destiny they must protect Hulk Hogan.

Warrior started off alright (for a Warrior interview), but it wasn’t long before he lost me. Compare the promos that Savage and Hogan were cutting for Wrestlemania V and then try and watch these!
