Loss
Instead of having Damian in a bag, Jake comes out with Damian around his neck. They recap Bad News Brown recently attacking Jake after a squash. They point out that Bad News has a fear of snakes and Jake plans on exploiting that. Jake with a great line to wrap things up. PeteF3
Another standout promo from Jake, who's doing his damnedest to make this feud work. Can't wait for the Harlem Sewer Rats to really send this program into the stratosphere.
soup23
Good promo by Jake and as someone that is scared of snakes, I loved the faces Gene was making with Damien near his face.
Kevin Ridge
Once Jake hits the DDT then Damien gets to feast but Bad News didn’t allow that in previous match. Gene reminds us that News is scared of snakes. Roberts is not the type of guy to exploits someone’s weakness. Of course he is. Another good promo from Jake. Cox
Jake Roberts has always been a helluva promo, and while this isn't an all time great or anything, it's fine for this mid card program with Bad News Brown.
garretta
Even as the third-biggest face in the company, Jake is legitimately scary on the mic most of the time. I loved how he subtly waved Damian in Mean Gene's face just because he could. If he does stuff like this for a midcard feud with Bad News, I can't wait to see the Savage stuff once he turns in '91. dawho5
Jake continues to be one of my favorite promos in 1990. He has such a great sense of what his character is and uses it so well.
