He was unapologetic about it, arguing that as soon as you submit an idea it’s fair game to be used anywhere the company sees fit. Asshole. Brodus Clay reportedly originally pitched the idea of the "Hall of Pain" that ended up being used for Mark Henry but he said in an interview that he accepted once you submit an idea it's no longer necessarily 'yours'. Pete Gas mentioned something in his book about a gambler gimmick he was doing in development and doing something on the roster with the APA then he got cut and they tried using it with the FBI or something.
