WOW! Nellie shocks Kai to win the TV title! That's kicking things off with a bang.

Devine's heel tactics are one step ahead of Dawn's. LOL, love the visual of Mitchell sprinting away while Devine takes the beating.

Misty gets a big win over Bennett. Looks like we have a tag feud coming.

Apache looks good but she's in there with Richter. Another hilarious backstage moment with Richter getting angry and uttering something on her way out. Once again, the interview segments add so much to the shows.

Majors beats Chase which takes a brawl into the next segment.

Mitchell proves she's a contender but the champ Medusa prevails. Great tune up for Medusa as she prepares for Moretti.

Wonder Women of Wrestling – Episode No. XC 17th of August 1987 – Airing Live! – Las Vegas, Nevada

Advertised Match:

Velvet McIntyre versus Debbie Combs for the NWA United States Women’s Championship

We open hot this week, with Babyface Nellie facing off against Penny Mitchell. The two are relatively evenly matched and the result is a brutal back-and-forth that reduces both women to absolute wrecks by the end, covered in sweat and nursing their bruises. There is little opportunity for cheating, given the pace of the match, so we get a clean contest for the most part.

The finish comes when Penny Mitchell misses a spear attempt, crashing into the turnbuckle post, having nowhere near the strength necessary, after that, to kick out of a solid pin.

Babyface Nellie defeats Penny Mitchell in 14:03 by pinfall with a small package to retain the WWW Television Championship

A hype package for the main event then plays us through to the first round of interviews. Penny Mitchell angrily blames her loss on the absence of Candi Devine. Babyface Nellie talks up her opponent and declares herself to be “on a roll”.

A commercial break then brings us our first season match, with Peggy Lee Leather facing Judy Martin. The narrative here is obvious from the start. Peggy Lee Leather has the technical edge, and plays the face, but Judy Martin has the Glamour Girls at ringside to constantly interfere.

Peggy Lee Leather holds her own for as long as she can but, eventually, she is worn down. The finish comes after she is tripped by Leilani Kai and stumbles into a waiting Judy Martin.

Judy Martin defeats Peggy Lee Leather in 12:33 by pinfall after a fireman’s carry powerslam in a Season Match

A promotional video then plays, covering the Monsters, before we get to the interviews. Peggy Lee Leather is outraged and takes her frustration out on the interviewer with a vitriolic rant and some choice words that have to be censored. The Glamour Girls cackle about the match but Leilani Kai concludes the interview by threatening Babyface Nellie, telling her to watch her back.

Another commercial break then takes us to our next match, with KC Houston taking on Winona Little Heart. Whilst the early goings are fairly competitive, this contest eventually morphs into a showcase for Winona Little Heart as she takes firm control.

KC Houston very occasionally manages to regain control of the match but never holds on for more than a handful of moves.

Winona Little Heart defeats KC Houston in 10:50 by pinfall with a victory roll in a Season Match

We get a sponsor-filled promotional package after that, before moving on to the interviews. KC Houston delivers an impassioned rant but largely fails to convincingly explain her loss. The Giant Slayers gush over and hug Winona Little Heart and they use the interview time to talk about their upcoming rematch with the Monsters, which they now know will come with a “no disqualification” stipulation.

Another commercial break then brings us through to our penultimate match, a season match pitting Despina Montagas against Rhonda Singh. Once again, the narrative in this one is very clear. The Glamour Girls are a constant source of irritation for Rhonda Singh and her partner at ringside Reggie Bennett. However, unlike earlier in the night, the Glamour Girls are unable to turn their behaviour into a winning strategy.

As the proceedings devolve into a brawl, Rhonda Singh demolishes the Glamour Girls one by one. In the end, Despina Montagas finds herself vulnerable and alone, unable to stop her rampaging opponent.

Rhonda Singh defeats Despina Montagas in 12:16 by pinfall after a splash in a Season Match

One last video package plays, this one hyping up the upcoming cage match between Medusa Miceli and Lisa Moretti, and then we move to the interviews. The Glamour Girls moan and complain, all of them nursing some kind of hurt until they are interrupted and chased off by the Monsters who promise to break the Giant Slayers into a million pieces when they face them next.

A commercial break then brings us to our main event. After elaborate entrances befitting the status of the new title they’ll be fighting for, Velvet McIntyre and Debbie Combs shake hands and settle into a clean and comfortable rhythm. This technical back-and-forth sees them through the commercial break and past the twenty minute mark when, as their bodies begin to tire, they each go for riskier moves.

In the end it is the world champion, Medusa Miceli, who turns the tide. Whilst she doesn’t get directly involved, her well-timed words of encouragement and yelled advice ensure that the champ consistently avoids being caught by any big moves from the challenger.

Velvet McIntyre defeats Debbie Combs in 27:11 by pinfall after a swinging hurricanrana to retain the NWA United States Women’s Championship

After hugging a wary but ultimately accepting Debbie Combs, a jubilant Velvet McIntyre then rushes over to her partner who beams with pride and raises her arm up high.

P.S. Hey everyone, things have been really hectic again on my end! It should settle down shortly, though!

Very hot TV title match opens the show as Nellie edges out a victory over Mitchell to retain. Great match!

Martin's long time and trusted partner Kai is the deciding factor to put Peggy Lee down. Judging by that post match promo, Peggy Lee was pissed off and rightfully so.

Winnona defeats KC in dominant fashion.

Despina found that out the hard way, it's going to take a lot to put Singh down.

Outstanding technical main event! Velvet and Combs had their working boots on. Velvet gets the win thanks to some encouragement by Medusa.

Once again, can't wait for Medusa and Moretti in the cage!

Wonder Women of Wrestling – Episode No. XCI 24th of August 1987 – Airing Live! – Las Vegas, Nevada

Advertised Match:

Medusa Miceli & Velvet McIntyre versus Lisa Moretti & Wendi Richter

We open hot this week, with Babyface Nellie taking on Rhonda Singh in the traditional television title opener. The commentators explain that, per the new rules, Babyface Nellie is technically also fighting for a shot at the US title. Rhonda Singh dominates the early goings of the match, with her size and strength advantage but things become more equal after the commercial break.

Reggie Bennett is a minor annoyance for the champ throughout the match but when the finish comes the tables are turned. Apparently wanting to send a message ahead of their match against the Monsters next week, the Giant Slayers rush down to the ring and start wailing on Reggie Bennett. This distracts the challenger just long enough to help bring the match to a close.

Babyface Nellie defeats Rhonda Singh in 24:51 by pinfall with a schoolboy roll-up to retain the WWW Television Championship

After the match, Rhonda Singh dives straight into the brawl on the outside and we get a brutal preview of what’s to come that culminates in the Monsters delivering a hellish powerbomb to Selina Majors before staff swarm in to break things up and we cut to another commercial break.

After that we get a season match with a peculiar dynamic as Leilani Kai takes on her stablemate Liz Chase. Whereas the first ten minutes are a standard, if heatless, back-and-forth, the finish sees the leader of the Glamour Girls demand that her opponent simply lay down for her. After a brief tease that she might refuse, she relents.

Leilani Kai defeats Liz Chase in 12:19 by pinfall with a lateral press in a Season Match

A hype package for the main event then plays before we get to the joint interview. The whole affair is extremely tense as Leilani Kai tries to explain that the outcome of the match was necessary so as not to foster disunity to her, somewhat unconvinced, stablemates.

Another commercial break then takes us to our second season match, with Luna Vachon facing off against KC Houston.

KC Houston is apparently still pissed off about her loss last week and she shows it by wrestling as dirty and as mean as she can against an initially overwhelmed Luna Vachon. However, failing to capitalise early comes back to bite KC Houston, as Luna Vachon stays in the fight and eventually mounts a come back.

The rest of the match then proceeds as something of a showcase for the newly confident Luna Vachon as she shows off what she can do.

Luna Vachon defeats KC Houston in 13:44 by pinfall after a moonsault in a Season Match

After a video package showing off some of the company’s recent charity drives, we head to the interviews. KC Houston rants and raves but says very little of substance, whereas Luna Vachon happily explains that she has been training with the Giant Slayers and is glad to see that it is already beginning to pay off.

After another commercial break, we come to the main event. Medusa Miceli and Lisa Moretti kick things off with slow-paced technical wrestling until Wendi Richter becomes frustrated and tags herself in, then things start to break down. By the time we return from another commercial break, all four women are in the ring and the referee is threatening to call the whole thing off. Eventually, however, things are brought back under control and we get a solid section where Velvet McIntyre and Wendi Richter take each other on.

A thoroughly brutalised Velvet McIntyre is then forced to tag out and Lisa Moretti gets in to ensure she gets another chance to get her lumps in on the world champ.

The finish comes after several near-falls for both competitors when Lisa Moretti goes down to a German suplex too close to the ropes. The resulting flare up from Medusa Miceli as she yells at the referee for not counting the pin, however brief, is enough to allow Lisa Moretti to recover and get the barest three count that company may have ever seen.

Lisa Moretti & Wendi Richter defeat Medusa Miceli & Velvet McIntyre in 31:02 when Lisa Moretti pins Medusa Miceli with a small package

We then end on a shot of a despondent Medusa Miceli and Velvet McIntyre heading to the back as Lisa Moretti and Wendi Richter celebrate in the background.

Nellie vs. Singh is a damn good way to start the show. Things turn way up with a post match brawl that ends with a powerbomb on the outside!

Chase gives in to Kai's demands but her stablemates aren't buying Kai's reasoning.

Luna gets a chance to shine and does. Big confidence booster. On the flip side, KC might be on the verge of losing it.

4 of the biggest stars in the main event. Can't go wrong with that. Moretti eeks out the win but it's enough for momentum going into the cage match.

WWW is on fire!

Wonder Women of Wrestling – Episode No. XCII August Spectacular – 31st of August 1987 – Airing Live! – Las Vegas, Nevada

Advertised Match:

Medusa Miceli versus Lisa Moretti for the NWA World Women’s Championship

We kick this week off with six women in the ring – Misty Blue Simmes, Leilani Kai, Lady Apache, Linda Dallas, Luna Vachon and Brittany Brown – as the commentators explain that Babyface Nellie has traded her television title in favour of a shot at the US title.

The opening stag of this battle royal play out more like a tag match as the faces and feels form up into respective teams. Everyone gets some time to shine in the fairly even contest. The first eliminations occur after the commercial and come together as the heels try to gang up on Luna Vachon. Leilani Kai cannot resist the opportunity and sends Linda Dallas, Brittany Brown and Luna Vachon all tumbling out.

She pays for her deception by being thrust into a two-on-one situation against the remaining faces. She puts up a fight, taking every liberty and cheap shot she can, but it’s not enough to overcome the odds and she’s dumped out. Misty Blue Simmes and Lady Apache then proceed to a have a clean and technical fight for the title that seems as though it could either way until the flash finish as Misty Blue Simmes ducks a cross body that ends with Lady Apache tied up in the ropes and easily thrown over.

Misty Blue Simmes defeats Luna Vachon & Brittany Brown & Linda Dallas & Leilani Kai & Lady Apache in 25:47 in an over-the-top-rope battle royal to win the WWW Television Championship

We then get a video package focusing on Medusa Miceli and her reign so far as world champion before transitioning to the interview. Misty Blue Simmes is joined by Heidi Lee Morgan who gushes over her and they wish the Giant Slayers luck in their match later against the Monsters.

A commercial break then takes us through to our only season match of the night, with Rockin’ Robin taking on Mad Maxine. We get a fairly standard David versus Goliath style match with Jamie West at ringside to try livening the crowd up and shout occasional words of encouragement to her partner. In the end, the match depends on ring awareness as Rockin’ Robin tries a move from the top rope but gets caught. Mad Maxine wastes no time and capitalises with a big move.

Mad Maxine defeats Rockin’ Robin in 12:09 by pinfall after a shoulder breaker in a Season Match

An advert for the merchandise catalogue then plays us through to the interviews. The Star Girls downplay the loss, emphasising the size and power of Mad Maxine. For her part, the big woman, cannot contain her giddy relief at the victory.

Another commercial then brings us to the tag team title match. After a couple of flashy entrances, the ring announcer explains that the “No Disqualification” stipulation is in effect and that the match will be fought under Texas Tornado rules. The result is a brutal brawl from start to finish, occasionally involving the rest of the Giant Slayers. After a commercial break, we get a well rehearsed stunt when Rhonda Singh tries to spear Desiree Petersen through the announcers’ table but finds herself thrown on top of it instead, after which Winona Little Heart delivers an elbow drop from the nearest corner post.

Whilst the Giant Slayers do not press their advantage fully, with the girls at ringside only getting involved when attacked, Reggie Bennett still has to contend with a two-on-one as Rhonda Singh is out of commission for the rest of the match. In the end, it all proves to be too much for the remaining monster.

Desiree Petersen & Winona Little Heart defeat Rhonda Singh & Reggie Bennett in 30:34 when Desiree Petersen submits Reggie Bennett with a Boston crab to win the NWA World Women’s Tag Team Championship

After the match, all hell breaks loose as a now recovered Rhonda Singh blind sides the new champions and the other Giant Slayers rush into stop her. Instead, like a woman possessed, she demolishes them, screaming at their broken bodies and the crowd in equal measure.

On that note, we move onto another commercial break before our penultimate match, Babyface Nellie challenging Velvet McIntyre for the US title. Befitting the two women, we get a fast-paced and flashy back-and-forth. Babyface Nellie has been improving everyday but Velvet McIntyre seems to have shaken herself out of her tendency towards hesitation, so the advantage is unclear all the way up to the finish.

Both competitors manage to hit their signature moves and secure a handful of two-counts but, in the end, it is the champ with just a little bit more juice in her tank.

Velvet McIntyre defeats Babyface Nellie in 15:21 by pinfall after a swinging hurricanrana to retain the NWA United States Women’s Championship

Another video package plays, this time showing off Lisa Moretti’s time in the company so far and hyping up the main event, before we get to the interviews. Babyface Nellie praises the company’s new title system but beats herself up over her inability to capitalise. Velvet McIntyre compliments her opponent before going on to hype her friend’s chances to retain the world title in the next match.

By the time we come back from the commercial break, the cage has been erected around our main event competitors. The match starts slow, with the two women feeling each out and coming to grips with the cage. Shortly before another commercial break, we get a nasty visual as Lisa Moretti grinds the champ’s face against the cage.

We return, however, to scenes of Medusa Miceli giving back as good as she gets and launching the challenger into the cage.

By the time we get to the finishing stretch, both women are bloodied and bruised and engaging in a relentless back-and-forth of strikes and big slams. After a German suplex fails to secure her the win, Medusa Miceli feigns a complaint to the referee. Lisa Moretti falls for it and goes for a spear, only to be dodged and thrown into a ring post.

From this position, the challenger is thrown up and over and the champ executes a near-perfect bridge for the win.

Medusa Miceli defeats Lisa Moretti in 35:47 by pinfall with a bridging German suplex to retain the NWA World Women’s Championship

We end on a shot of the referee draping the title over the champion as she stares up at the lights, catching her breath.

I thought the idea of Babyface giving up her title for a shot at the U.S. title was very creative booking.  It led to a huge opening bout TV bout and a hyped up U.S. title match.  Great job!

I like your choice to give Misty Blue the TV title!

I had a feeling Babyface made a bad choice.  Nice win for Velvet.

I was surprised that Bennett and Singh lost the tag belts.  Surprises are what make this game so much fun.  Great job.

The winner of the main event is somewhat irrelevant.  What is great is that you keep giving us such awesome matches between your stars.  Great job!  Medusa on top for now!  Moretti will be ready for Round 2... but so is Richter.  You have created such a trio of stars at the top that we always know we are going to get a great match in your monthly spectacular.

Simmes outlasts 5 other women to become the new TV champ & put herself on the road to a world title shot.

After going through a bit of a slump, Maxine is back on the winning track.

The Giant Slayers capture tag team gold but at the cost of putting Singh on a rampage.

McIntyre retains against a spirited Nellie.

Medusa has to get tricky to retain in the cage. Great TV main event.

Very creative way to crown a new TV champ while adding intrigue to the US title bout. Misty Blue gets her moment to shine. She's a great fit as TV champ.

Maxine gets a high profile win over Robin.

Outstanding tag title match that ends with new champs. Singh might have missed most of the match, but she came back with a vengeance afterwards.

Nellie took the chance but comes up short against Velvet. Props to Nellie for having the guts to go for it.

The match the world's been waiting for. Medusa and Moretti in the cage! These woman deliver and put on a spectacle for over 30 minutes. Great finish as Medusa retains. The wait was worth it. Great match!

You've done such an amazing job with the woman. Can you imagine how awesome this would've been IRL back in the 80s with all that talent. Keep up the great work.

Wonder Women of Wrestling – Episode No. XCIII – 7th of September 1987 – Airing Live! – Las Vegas, Nevada

Advertised Match:

Wendi Richter & Rhonda Singh & Reggie Bennett versus Desiree Petersen & Winona Little Heart & Susan Starr for the WWW Trios Championship

We open this week with a video package covering last week’s event and offering a brief glimpse of the season leader board so far. After that, we move onto the traditional television title opener. Misty Blue Simmes goes one-on-one with the former champ Babyface Nellie.

The two wrestle an intense but clean and technical match, pushing each other to the limit through the commercial break. Neither one wants to take any shortcuts and they give each other breathing room and time to recover where necessary. In the end, we get near-falls for both women before the action ramps up and the champ just manages to get her finishing manoeuvre off first.

Misty Blue Simmes defeats Babyface Nellie in 23:48 by pinfall after a diving splash to retain the WWW Television Championship

After that, the two shake hands and we cut to a music video promoting Medusa Miceli before getting through to the interviews. Babyface Nellie compliments her opponent and pledges to redouble her training efforts. Misty Blue Simmes is joined by her partner, Heidi Lee Morgan, and they focus on the main event, saying that they believe the Giant Slayers have it in them to come away victorious.

A commercial break then brings us to the first of tonight’s two season matches, with Debbie Combs facing Malia Hosaka.

Malia Hosaka gets a few hits in and her partner-in-crime Princess Delta Dawn prevents the match from turning into a complete squash but, ultimately, this is a showcase for Debbie Combs. After her recent defeats, she seems desperate to prove herself and takes all of her frustrations out on her opponent.

Debbie Combs defeats Malia Hosaka in 10:04 by pinfall after a neckbreaker in a Season Match

A hype package for the main event then plays before we head to the interviews. Malia Hosaka throws all sorts of accusations around and generally refuses to take responsibility for her loss. Debbie Combs complains that she’s stuck floating around the midcard and needs to come up with a new strategy to put herself back in the main event.

Another commercial then brings us to the next season match, with Linda Dallas attempting to take on Lisa Moretti. In the opening rounds, Linda Dallas does remarkably well and Lisa Moretti struggles to cope with an all-out assault from the Nasty Girls, including outside interference that nearly gets Kat LeRoux sent to the back. In the end, however, Lisa Moretti muscles through and dips into her heel side to win the day.

Lisa Moretti defeats Linda Dallas in 13:51 by pinfall with her feet on the ropes in a Season Match

A promotional package showing off the company’s VIP tickets then serves as a transition to the interviews. The Nasty Girls scream and squeal about the foul play involved in Lisa Moretti’s victory whereas, for her part, she shrugs the contest off and focuses on her match with Medusa Miceli from last week, complimenting the world champion on a clever tactic but suggesting that it only served to delay the inevitable.

After another commercial break we arrive at our main event. Whilst the Monsters simply thunder down to the ring, where the Giant Slayers lie in wait, visibly trepidatious, Wendi Richter milks her entrance as she loves to do. The narrative of the match subsequently develops, the heels have an advantage as individuals but the faces are far better coordinated unit. We get a nice amount tagging in and out, so that every potential pairing of opponents gets at list a little time to shine.

It’s only after the commercial break that the rhythm of the match changes to a brawl and the heels begin to take serious liberties, culminating in Wendi Richter delivering her patented powerbomb on the ringside floor to the non-participant Selina Majors. This leads to Wendi Richter getting a beatdown for her troubles but distracts the Giant Slayers from the proceedings of the match, which allows the Monsters to deliver a brutal double splash to Susan Starr.

Wendi Richter & Rhonda Singh & Reggie Bennett defeat Desiree Petersen & Winona Little Heart & Susan Starr in 27:44 when Rhonda Singh pins Susan Starr after a splash to retain the WWW Trios Championship

We end on scenes of war, as the fighting continues long after the bell, mostly seeing the domination of the Monsters.

Medusa is halfway to being able to trade in the TV title with a win over Nellie.

Combs reasserts herself at the expense of Hosaka.

Moretti gets herself a solid season match win.

Richter & The Monster's may be the most terrifying trios champions ever.

Moretti tops the scoreboard but she's got some major competition just behind her.

Misty solidifies herself by retaining over the former champ.

Combs defeating Hosaka is a good step towards getting back on top.

Moretti rebounds from her Medusa loss and shows she'll do whatever it takes to win.

Exciting and fun main event. I just love the visual of Richter being all over the place. It did work LOL.

Nice touch with the standings. That's some serious talent in the top 8. This shows how fierce the competition is. Anyone could rise up and take it.

Wonder Women of Wrestling – Episode No. XCIV – 14th of September 1987 – Airing Live! – Las Vegas, Nevada

Advertised Match:

Velvet McIntyre versus Lisa Moretti for the NWA United States Women’s Championship

We open hot this week, with Misty Blue Simmes looking to defend her television title from Rhonda Singh. The two women go hard from the off, and only become more violent as the match progresses. Neither one has their partner at ringside, so things remain relatively clean albeit brutal. In the end, it comes down to the battle of the splash. Rhonda Singh misses hers, only to roll over and be hit by the champ’s own.

Misty Blue Simmes defeats Rhonda Singh in 14:02 by pinfall after a diving splash in a Season Match to retain the WWW Television Championship

A hype package for the main event then brings us through to the interviews. Rhonda Singh cuts her interview short, seemingly offended by the line of questioning and storms off. Misty Blue Simmes briefly talks about the main event, which will determine who she faces for the US title, but is cut short herself when the Monsters arrive on the scene, launching themselves at her and beating her as staff members and babyfaces rush in to break things up.

A commercial break then takes us to our second season match, this one featuring Susan Starr heading off against Vicky Carranza. In stark contrast to the contest that preceded it, this one remains somewhat friendly and relies mainly on chain wrestling. The Giant Slayers are there to cheer their girl on, but it isn’t enough to make up for the raw determination from her opponent to win herself some momentum.

Vicky Carranza defeats Susan Starr in 10:40 by submission with an Octopus hold in a Season Match

A promotional video package, revolving around Medusa Miceli then plays before we head to the interview, which is held jointly between the two women and their allies. The girls strike a jovial tone and talk up the company and the fans.

Another commercial then brings us to our third season match, with the world champion Medusa Miceli taking on Kat LeRoux. As one would expect, the match evolves into a showcase for Medusa Miceli, with Kat LeRoux fighting just to hold on.

Medusa Miceli defeats Kat LeRoux in 08:55 by pinfall after a German suplex in a Season Match and the NWA World Women’s Championship does not change hands

Another hype package for the main event then plays before we get to the interviews. Kat LeRoux spends her interview feeling sorry for herself but Linda Dallas rants about how unfair the contest was and tries to fire her up. Medusa Miceli uses her time to talk up the main event and claims that Velvet McIntyre has it in her to win.

After another commercial break we arrive at our last season match of the night, with Trudy Adams taking on Candi Devine. Whilst Goldie Ray is in her partner’s corner, Penny Mitchell is noticeably absent from hers. The commentators suggest that this could explain the bad start the heel gets off to.

For the first few minutes of the match we get to see Trudy Adams on the offensive and Candi Devine struggling to keep up. As things wear on, however, every short cut and cheap shot from the heel starts to add up. It remains competitive and close but, in the end, cheating gets Candi Devine her way.

Candi Devine defeats Trudy Adams in 12:33 by pinfall with her feet on the ropes in a Season Match

A music video for the Star Girls plays and then we go to the interviews. Goldie Ray consoles Trudy Adams and they complain about the referee failing to properly enforce the rules. Candi Devine, for her part, appears annoyed and distracted throughout her interview and says little of substance.

Another commercial break then brings us to the main event. Velvet McIntyre looks nervous during her entrance, as Lisa Moretti paces around the ring waiting for her. Some words of encouragement from Medusa Miceli at ringside seem to soothe the champ, however, and she heads into the fight with a seemingly clear head.

We get some surprisingly strong offence from Velvet McIntyre as she dominates the early rounds but once Lisa Moretti has adapted, the tide turns against the champ and things get ugly. We head into a commercial break, with Lisa Moretti applying a hold that looks close to choking the life out of Velvet McIntyre.

When we return, the champ is still in a vulnerable position, playing defence as Lisa Moretti tries blowing through her entire arsenal. It seems as though we will have a title change until it comes right down to the wire and Medusa Miceli decides to intervene, getting up on the apron to scream at Lisa Moretti, who falls for the distraction. Initially confused, Velvet McIntyre quickly takes advantage and holds onto her title.

Velvet McIntyre defeats Lisa Moretti in 27:05 by pinfall after a schoolboy roll-up to retain the NWA United States Women’s Championship

We end on a shot of a furious argument between Lisa Moretti and Medusa Miceli that appears close to coming to blows.
