Saturday night as IPW comes to a town near you, bringing the best in wrestling action!

Hosts Buddy Lee and Bert Prentice welcome everyone to the show, promising exciting wrestling action!

Match #1
Jamie Dundee and Bruno Spazzinsky w/Dark Journey versus the Arkansas Terrors.
First match with Dark Journey in the face corner and not with the men across the ring from her. Dundee and Spazzinsky have been on a roll as of late and things go their way here, too. The only ones not loving it are Dark Journey and the Terrors.

Quick turn as Dark Journey trips up Bruno who is then pinned, putting the Terrors back in the win column.

After the match, Bruno gives Dark Journey and earful as she pleads innocense before being led away.

Match #2
Johnny Weiss versus Plowboy Frazier.
David and Goliath but this time, Goliath wins.

After the match, Pat Rose joins our hosts and talks about Bill Ash and taking his title from him. A hot headed Brian Knighton storms out from the back and can't believe that Rose is out here running his mouth about beating Bill Ash when he's got a match tonight against him. Rose doesn't seem to taken aback by Knighton's rant, telling him he's got plenty of time to beat Knighton tonight then move on and take the IPW Heavyweight title from Ash!

Knighton jumps Rose from behind and pummels him before leading him towards the ring. After running him into the ringpost before throwing him in.

Match # 3
Brian Knighton versus Pat Rose.
Pat Rose takes a beating while Knighton gets cocky and jabbers with the booing fans. Knighton covers his ears and complains to the ref when the fans start chanting Rose's name. Rose sneaks in a school boy for a two count that surprises the youngster.

Rose's turn to make a come back as he shows Knighton the error of his ways with right hands between the eyes. Clothesline takes him down and Rose covers for the near pinfall. Knighton calls for a time out but the ref explains there are NO time outs in wrestling ... RUNNING BULLDOG FLATTENS BRIAN KNIGHTON! 1! 2! 3! NOOOOOO!!!!! BRIAN KNIGHTON GETS A SHOULDER UP!

Knighton crawls away but Rose is on him quickly ... Single leg Boston crab! Pat Rose locks it up and sits back. Knighton fights it and tries to crawl towards the ropes. No escape and Knighton has no recourse but to tap out or pass out. He chose to cry uncle.

After the match, Pat Rose offered a hand to the defeated Knighton who simply walked away ... well, he limped away.

Intermission.
Buddy Lee and Bert Prentice are joined by Commisioner Rip Tyler. Tyler is very thankful for how things are going, thanks to all of IPW's wonderful fans. He promises bigger and better going forward with more stops in the surrounding area. He talks about titles and the ladies finally getting to wrestle, promising top women talent coming to Arkansas!

Match #4
Tojo Yamamoto & The New Guinea Headhunter versus Reno Riggins & Dancing Wolf.
This is the second match in their Best of Seven Series with Riggins and Wolf currently up at 1-0. This one is off and running before the bell, stiff as all get out that has a little bit of everything. The two teams go back and forth, blasting each other. Dancing Wolf gets busted open early when run into the ringpost.

Ref bump proves to be disastrous when Tojo brings in the kendo stick and bludgeons the Indian with it, even digging it into Wolf's forehead. The Head Hunter takes a turn with his nerve hold while Tojo cuts off Riggins.

The fans are beside themselves when Riggins and Wolf continue to take a beating. Riggins is tossed to the outside as the referee is dragged to the center of the ring and slapped to bring him around. Dancing Wolf is covered for the 1! 2! 3!

TOJO YAMAMOTO AND THE NEW GUINEA HEAD HUNTER HAVE EVENED THE SERIES AT ONE WIN APIECE! THE FANS ARE NOT HAVING IT AND PELT THE RING WITH WHATEVER THEY HAVE AT HAND!

Buddy Lee thanks everyone for sharing their Saturday evening here in West Memphis, Arkansas and to drive home safely!

First off, the magazine covers are so damn cool. Brings a lot of realism to our game. Keep them coming brother!

Dark Journey just couldn't help herself LOL.

The one line said everything in the Weiss vs. Plowboy match up.

If I was there live, I would've loved every bit of the Rose/Knighton angle/match. This was great stuff and the pay off was well worth it.

No matter how many times Reno and Wolf go at it with Tojo and Headhunter, it always seems fresh. I still can't call who's going to win the series. This is what keeps the fans coming.

Excited Voiceover: You are watching International Pro Wrestling from the KAIT Channel 8 television studios!

Wrestling action whizzes by quickly over music, showing the stars of International Pro Wresting. Drop kick here, monkey flip there, big swinging neck breaker there. When the music comes to a stop, the camera pans the studio and the loud studio audience ready for some wrestling action!

Buddy-Bert.png

Buddy Lee and Bert Prentice welcome everyone to International Pro Wrestling's exciting "Power Half Hour! They talk about a great weekend of wrestling action on this Memorial Day weekend. Tonight! Tonight! Tonight! IPW rolls into the Greene County Fair Grounds in Paragould! A Sunday matinee at the Pine Bluff Convention Center in Pine Bluff and Monday night, IPW invades the ASU Armory in Jonesboro! Catch all the wrestling action and the stars of IPW!

Our hosts have been joined by Jamie Dundee and Bruno Spazzinsky. They talk about the previous two weeks of video tape of Dark Journey down on the farm. They understand she is in the studio today ...

Jamie calls for DJ to come on out but gets no response. He says she's a little shy but she'll come out ... OR ... he'll have to send her back to Comissioner Red Tyler to let him deal with her.

Dark Journey reluctantly comes out to whistles and catcalls along with a smattering of boos in a pair of overalls ... not the usual attire for DJ. Bruno tells her to be proud of it because a lot of people right in the audience will leave here and get back to work on the farm. Jamie twirls her around for all to see and she is not happy about it.

Jamie has a match today against one of the Terrors. Tonight, they have a tag match against her former team and on Sunday, they have a mixed tag match against the Terrors and Prissie Purcell. Bert wants to know who is wrestling with them and Jamie proudly announces Dark Journey will be in their corner ... WHAT?!?!?! This comes as a surprise to her but is told that comes with the territory! Monday night, Bruno tags with Plowboy Frazier to take on the Arkansas Terrors and Jamie takes on Brian Knighton! Busy, busy week for the boys!

Buddy Lee throws it to a commercial!

x-x-x-x-x COMMERCIAL BREAK x-x-x-x-x

We go to the ring for our first match ...

Match #1
Jamie Dundee w/Bruno & Dark Journey versus Arkansas Terror #1
Dark Journey is kept in check here by Bruno, so no worries for Jamie there against the masked man. Evenly matched, both men nearly pull of pinfalls before a scramble finds Jamie dodging out of a corner. Running bulldog flattens the masked man before the Bombs Away lands! Jamie Dundee picks up the win.

After a celebration with the fans, Jamie and Bruno pull DJ along to the back before our hosts are joined by Tom Renesto Jr. who wants to get in some time with his brother Tim. He's tried several times outside of the studio but only seems to catch him at any of the shows. Bert thinks that Tim has made it pretty clear he's not interested in being part of a tag team and that maybe Tom should look elsewhere for a partner ... there are quite a few good candidates here in IPW. Tom's not hearing it.

The fans cheer as Tim comes out to join the trio. He says he's gone over this with Tom already. There's really not much more to say on the subject. Tom just asks him to hear him out. He noticed that Tim was distracted in his match before the program went to air. He's busy looking over his shoulder for that "boogie man" to show his face ... but if you noticed, there was no Zebra Kid. Last week, there was no Zebra Kid. The week before, no Zebra Kid. While he knows all about having unfinished business, if you have someone in your corner watching your back ... IF ... Zebra Kid shows up, two on one are much better odds and at the very least, you can concentrate on what you are doing in the ring. That's all I'm saying ... the two of us together is much stronger than you by yourself. If the Zebra Kid is out there and shows his face, WE'LL be ready for him ... you and me, just like old times.

The two shake hands as Buddy Lee sends us to a commercial break!

x-x-x-x-x COMMERCIAL BREAK x-x-x-x-x

We return to the program with Bert and Buddy talking about the Renesto Brothers and Tom Jr. having thought this out. He is right, the two of them together is much stronger than Tim by himself. If this works out the way Tom wants it to, the tag division just found itself one team stronger!

The two sell the matches for the long weekend of dates and times for the shows along with some of the match-ups the fans will get to see! A huge weekend of wrestling that you do not want to miss!

Match #2
Tojo Yamamoto versus Ken Jugan
The ring veteran goes right on the attack, neutralizing Jugan with an eye rake. He locks on a stomach claw and has Jugan screaming in pain. Only by reaching the ropes, he is able to get a reluctant break.

Tojo opens up with chops before tossing Ken across the ring by his ears. A knee in the back for a chin lock with a sadistic look in his eye. He twists up Jugan but breaks the holds before Jugan can submit.

Shot to the throat and a front kick before the Stomach Claw is back in place. Center of the ring and there is no escape leading to a submission.

Tojo joins Buddy Lee and Bert to talk about the Best of Seven Series. All tied up at 1 apiece, Tojo and he New Guinea Head Hunter promise to go up 2-1 and show the first match was a fluke!

The fans cheer as Buddy Lee and Bert Prentice with a big thank you and a reminder to join us next week for more International Pro Wrestling action!

Things got worse for DJ as she finds out she's going to have to wrestle. LOL, this is getting better and better.

Dundee gets a nice crowd pleasing win over Terror. Dundee's really making a name for himself here.

Well, Tom brought up some valid points and Tim seems to agree. Zebra Kid, show yourself!

Tojo dismantles poor Jurgan and looks tuned up and ready for the tag series.

Big loop coming up for IPW.

Match #2

Newcomer to the area but not new to the fans, "Cowboy Tony" is able to ride off into the sunset with the victory following a bulldog.

Match # 3
Mountain Lou & Johnny Weiss versus the Renestos
Tim and Tom Jr. in their tag debut in IPW, knock off a little ring rust before pinning Weiss following a double drop kick.

Intermission.
Buddy Lee and Bert Prentice thank everyone for coming out this evening and wish everyone a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend.

Match #4
Jamie Dundee & Bruno Spazzinsky w/Dark Journey versus The Arkansas Terrors.
The feud continues only with Dark Journey in the opposite corner. A good fiercely contested battle, it was DJ's interference that was the difference. While trying to hit Dundee, she missed and hit one of the Terrors, putting him out like a light.

Bomb's Away! Dundee hooks a leg and gets the win.

Buddy Lee and Bert Prentice wish everyone a safe trip home after promising that IPW will return to Paragould! A Happy Memorial Day Weekend to all!

Oh man, the fans had a lot to cheer about in Paragould. Great night for the babyfaces.

Brandy Mae gets the fans warmed up. Local veteran favorite gets a win. The Renestos have a successful debut, and DJ's back fired interference actually helps the team she's currently managing. Great stuff!

Pat Rose is giving Ash quite a chase.

Buddy-Bert.png

Buddy Lee and Bert Prentice welcome everyone to International Pro Wrestling's exciting "Power Half Hour! They are slightly taken aback by the match they just saw between the ladies! The ferocity of this Luna was unbelievable ...

humperdink-SM.jpg lockluna-SM.jpg

Our hosts have been joined by Oliver Humperdink and two women he has on leashes.

Oliver Humperdink: What you just witnessed was something very few people in the world have seen ... my Luna given free reign to do as she will inside the squared circle. Mark my words, you have just seen a small sampling of what my Lock and what my Luna are capable of! The House of Humperdink has arrived and IPW will never be the same!

Humperdink pulls the two along as he walks away leaving Buddy Lee and Bert talking about the women. Getting his composure, Buddy Lee talks about what we have in store today as the Renesto Brothers will be in tag team action as they take on the Arkansas Terrors! In our Main Event, we have The American going one-on-one with the Cuban Assassin!

Buddy Lee throws it to a commercial!

x-x-x-x-x COMMERCIAL BREAK x-x-x-x-x

We go to the ring for our first match ...

Match #1
The Renestos versus Arkansas Terrors
Joining our hosts are Jamie Dundee and an overall wearing Dark Journey who looks anything but happy. Bert with a sarcastic remark to Dark Journey about her looking well is met with a sharp stare.

While the Terrors go right on the attack, it only takes the Renestos a couple of minutes to get on the same page and work like a well oiled machine. Dundee thinks once the Renestos work out the kinks, they will be one of the top tag teams here in the IPW. Dark Journey thinks right behind her Terrors.

Double suplex is followed Tim Renesto with a leg drop off the top rope for the win as the Boys put away the Terrors.

After everyone leaves, it is a head bandaged Reno Riggins storms out and is fit to be tied. He wants a match right here, right now against Tojo Yamamoto and the New Guinea Head Hunter! Angry and animated with spit flying everywhere, Riggins has to be held back by his partner, Dancing Wolf as Buddy Lee brings the fans up to date with the Best of Seven Series and Tojo's team being up 2-1 ...

rip3-SMJPG.jpg

Commissioner Rip Tyler comes out to calm the situation. Tyler understands what Riggins is feeling but there will be no match between the two teams this week ... matches have already been signed for the program ... BUT ... what he can do is sign a match for next week ... right here on TV. Instead of the usual 10 minutes of time, he is going to allow a 20 minute time limit ... AND ... come as you are! Tojo's been a little too free with his kendo stick, so this will equalize things just a little. No disqualifications, no countouts ...

The fans cheer as Buddy Lee sends us to a commercial break!

x-x-x-x-x COMMERCIAL BREAK x-x-x-x-x

We return to the program with Bert and Buddy talking about next week's program and Reno Riggins' match. Reno and Dancing Wolf will have a chance to even things up in the series as the violence appears to be escalating. No love lost here between the two teams vying for the tag team titles!

Match #2
Cuban Assassin versus The American
The loudest cheers and the most prolific booing in the show. The Assassin comes out waving a Cuban flag in the ring before The American makes his way to the ring. It is one before the bell rings as the Assassin attacks The American sliding into the ring. The Cuban Assassin on the rampage before The American fights his way back into things.

Several arm drags and a drop kick sends the Cuban Assassin out of the ring and The American follows, continuing the fight. The American rolls back into the ring but is pulled back out and is attacked again. He gets run into the ring post before the Cuban slides back into the ring to break the count.

The American is able to get back into the ring and fights his way back, going back and forth with the Assassin for control. Several near pinfalls by The American before the Cuban Assassin retrieves his flagpole and starts swinging it around. When he hits The American with it, the referee calls for the bell, disqualifying him from the match. The American has won the match but not in the way he wants to.

The Assassin chases after the referee before being run off by The American.

The fans cheer as Buddy Lee and Bert Prentice with a big thank you and a reminder to join us next week for more International Pro Wrestling action!

The House of Humperdinck has come to Arkansas and they are ready to Lock & Luna.

The Renesto Brothers beat the always dangerous Terrors.

Match 4 will be on TV next week and no DQ to boot. Love it.

The Cuban Assassin lays a hurting on The American but I'm sure the masked man won't take this sitting down.

Really good show... this is like the perfect 80's Arkansas soap opera.  Two punk style woman on a leash, a angry black woman in overalls, two brothers fighting men in masks, somebody yelling about the damn foreigners, a commissioner all dressed up in a trucker hat, collared shirt and jeans followed by a Cuban vs American.

Awesome 30 minutes of TV.  Can't wait to see Reno vs Tojo.

The House of Humperdink! IPW will never be the same. Luna and Lock are going to get people talking. What a crazy visual.

Renesto's are coming along and gelling well.

Rip puts extra spice on the best of seven series. You can bet I'll be tuning in next week. You know, I'm thinking the Renesto's are in a good spot right now. How much will be left of either Reno/Wolf-Tojo/Headhunter after this grueling series? Might be a golden opportunity for the Renesto's.

The American and Cuban Assassin has become one of the hottest feuds going in IPW. That's saying a lot with the tag series and Ash/Rose going on. American and Assassin are definitely holding their own.

Buddy Lee and Bert Prentice welcome everyone to International Pro Wrestling's exciting "Power Half Hour! They talk about today's show As Reno Riggins and Dancing Wolf continue their Best of Seven Series with Tojo Yamamoto and the New Guinea Head Hunter and try to even things up at 2-2. A loss here would put Tojo in the driver's seat and be an almost impossible hill to climb! Bert's got his fingers AND toes crossed here for Reno and Dancing Wolf. They discuss the rules of the match as "Come as you are" with no disqualifications or countouts but don't who exactly that favors? Tojo Yamamoto has introduced the kendo stick several times to deadly effectiveness!

axlSM.jpg

Our hosts have been joined by Brian Knighton who demands to be heard. Buddy Lee and Bert Prentice try to steer the conversation towards Dark Journey, Knighton's manager who for the next 90 days with Jamie Dundee and Bruno Spazzinsky but Knighton's not here to talk about her, what he wants to talk about is the unfinished business he has with Cody Michaels who he still owes a beating or two. Bert wants to know what's different now than all the times he's faced and lost to Michaels?

Rip2.jpg

Hold on! It's the Commissioner Rip Tyler. Tyler has no problem getting a match signed between him and Cody Michaels. The two have gone round and round before and if Knighton wants to face Michaels again and Michaels agrees to the match ... it is on next Saturday night at the ASU Armory in Jonesboro. NOW ... can we get on with the program?

Buddy Lee throws it to a commercial!

We go to the ring for our first match ...

Match #1
Reno Riggins & Dancing Wolf versus Tojo Yamamoto & the New Guinea Head Hunter.
Joining our hosts is #1 Contender Pat Rose. Discussion about the match and rules before getting into things with Rose and his chase of Champion Bill Ash. Rose says he's been chasing Ash all over Arkansas dishing it out but the coward is continually getting himself disqualified. Bert is sure, one of these days Pat Rose will get his hands on Ash and pin him to the mat 1! 2! 3!

Very active and stiff match for TV with no one holding back. Bert and Pat both throw their support to Riggins and Dancing Wolf. We even skip the usual commercial break time to give the combatants the alloted 20 minutes of uninterrupted time.

The kendo stick finally makes its appearance. Reno Riggins is able to duck out of the way and come back with a boot to Tojo's head. Riggins with the pin attempt while Dancing Wolf with the diving tomhawk chop cuts off the Head Hunter. The series goes tied up 2-2.

The fans cheer as Buddy Lee sends us to a commercial break!

x-x-x-x-x COMMERCIAL BREAK x-x-x-x-x

We return to the program with Bert and Buddy talking about the match and things being all tied up at 2 apiece. It is anyone's two matches to win at this point!

We are now at TV Time Limit remaining ...

Match #2
Mountain Lou versus Cowboy Tony
Not a lot of time remaining but the two do their best to get the most at that time and to get a finish. Better than usual showing for Lou but the two go back and forth until there is no time left and no winner!

The fans cheer as Buddy Lee and Bert Prentice with a big thank you and a reminder to join us next week for more International Pro Wrestling action!
