It makes me sad. They were the promotion that brought me back to wrestling after the Benoit murders. They never quite found their groove post shutdown.

I love how Tenta won't back down and he's willing to get nuts and Kitao is kind of a pussy that won't commit because he isn't sure if he can take Tenta.

Speaking from experience, those can be aspects of mental illness though. I have a family member with some severe issues and there was a nightmare decade with them until they decided to stay on their medication. 20 years later, completely fine and a better person than they ever were but the decade was beyond a nightmare.

I had kind of wondered if there is some truth to this stuff and Jim actually doesn't realize what his wife has been up to behind his back. It isn't impossible that they don't ask questions and she's pulled some bullshit to get what she wanted. His defense seems fairly legit though.

Those "Central Park" promos from DWB are hilarious as well. Also Ron Wright passing down his chain to DWB and pulling it out of a Wal-Mart bag. There are just a ton of little touches to the build up are great.

I had to deal with a file a lawyer sent over yesterday and they somehow got a 24 page PDF to be over 100 mb which made it a pain in the ass to get to anyone.

I deal with lawyers a lot. Most of them are technological imbeciles in my experience.

The chain match with Tracy Smothers vs Dirty White Boy is probably the best singles match in the promotion.

Honestly, legally Cornette should probably just shut the fuck up and let it blow over. He can't win a defamation case and sicking his lawyer on alleged victims is a bad look.

I agree with this. We shouldn't tolerate people latching on to this to intentionally try to damage people's reputations. Unfortunately it's hard to tell in these situations. It's not like Johnny Depp where he could prove he didn't in fact do what he was accused of.

They fuck up a great dive from Kid in the first one with bad camera work. Kids promo after the final is worth keeping too because he is such a little dick.

Yeah. It's a tough line to call sometimes. I have some family with severe mental illness. The damage they left behind to others is real and still felt decades later but they also weren't responsible and needed medication.

The mental health aspect is tough. I agree, it does just get tossed to the side in some situations but I also know and have seen some people act like absolute pieces of shit to everyone around them and hide behind their illness as well.

They Osprey thing is he and Bea Priestly got a woman blackballed for accusing his friend of something. But I don't think there any allegations of him personally doing anything.

There are lists but they are just throwing in anyone and everyone for anything.

I agree the Starr, Devlin and Cornette stories seem to be the ones that jumped out at me. I haven't really looked at the Havok stuff so I don't know what that includes. The Cornette stuff last I saw had 3 people saying it so that one seems to have a lot of validity to it.
