Another bloody brawl with some high spots mixed in. At one point it looks like Waltman takes a back bump from the top rope. That was a sick bump. This wasn't as good as the 1st one, but a heck of a hate filled fight.

Man this was just great. Vader just beats the hell out of Wanz. In the later rounds Wanz makes a comeback. Vader injures his knee and Vader sells it big time like he blew his quad out. Man this was so great in it's simplicity in telling the story, but chalked full of drama. I also loved that the announcer was yelling at Vader for breaking the rules.

I thought Wright's carny mat work was really cool, especially in contrast to Finley's rough house tactics. This was a good match, though some of the rules confuse me.

They really are milking Hulk's return. Sure it's hokey, but this is a nice piece of business.

Hennig just has this aura about him that says he's important.

Spinks sell of Lawler's 1st fist drop was pretty great.

Steamer is tremendous in selling the leg. Heck he even looks pained in the interview. Fuller is such a stud on the stick. No pun intended.

This was good stuff. Austin is growing by leaps and bounds working this program. With the accent you can buy Jeannie as some dominatrix.

Toni seems pretty good on the mike for a gal. I think Adams shortcomings on the stick kept him from being a huge star. I would think most bookers would want to book him as a face so the shortcomings on the mic would be exposed.

This is a good promo. Percy is really good at getting me to not like him.

I enjoyed the match. I agree with Childs that they had a lot of different ideas. Still both guys work hard, and it built to a really exciting match.

This was pretty lackluster. It felt like a Brad Armstrong opening a Clash match to it.

Holy mother of God was this amazing. Everyone had a moment to shine. I loved the 5 on 1 spots. The pacing here is off the charts. The crowd is going nuts here. I loved all 3 finishes. Just a great chaotic wrestling match. -
I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing that the thing that is most remembered about this match featuring 2 of the best is Funk's plunge into the water.

It's a shame to see the stiffs that make up Devastation inc at this point in time.

DWB is easily one of the most underrated promo's of all time. He turns out another good one here.

Spinks on the mike was so bad. Back in the day Spinks was huge. He even had a doll of himself. Sometimes Lawler is too good on the stick.

I loved the fire ball. Kerry was horrible at the finish.

In regards to Meltzer always comparing the ratings to Braves games their are 2 reasons for this. First off Braves games were by far the most pushed thing on the station (calling the Braves America's Team). It's kinda similar to when ECW and Roller Jam were on TNN at the same time. Roller Jam was pushed more, but ECW got better ratings. Also during baseball season wrestling would get bumped around for the game. So in essence they are bumping the higher rated show to show baseball. Secondly, it's 1988 and their is nothing really to compare wrestling ratings to. I mean for the most part TBS was showing Andy Griffith, Brady Bunch, and Leave it to Beaver or 1st run shows like the New Leave it to Beaver.

This is pretty creepy. You almost think Warrior kidnapped this kid and brainwashed her in his basement. The way he looked at her was creepy.

For some reason Chris V.E gives me the creeps. All the outside stuff seems to be derailing this feud, instead of enhancing the feud.

Just another good angle that adds layers to this feud. Those girls really lay it in.
