Bad News Brown vs. King Kong Bundy was everything I'd hoped for. Hopefully they are not done yet. Loved the many variations on heels cheating to win across the rest of the card.

A big moment for The Missing Link. Will he become a George "The Animal" Steele type sympathetic babyface character now? Rough night for Terry. Guess he won't be defending the Texas Heavyweight Championship over here after all. -
Way to build anticipation and excitement for the World Title re-match! Also: I love HTM backing down after calling out Lawler all over the NWA. That is perfectly in character for him.

You do such a good job of matching the right heel with the right face. From Kernodle - Kirchner, through Bundy - Bad News, and now Sawyer - Rich. You have a knack for getting both guys more over with every feud.

A true show of class by Kerry in surrendering his title. Then it leads to a match between Terry Funk and Dr. D. Even with Terry at less than 100 percent, that's a match I'd love to see. -

I love all the talent moving around among the promotions in the NWA. It makes everything truly unpredictable and creates the very real potential for a surprise to happen at any time. I might have taken a few minutes from the Road Warriors match and added those minutes to Borne vs Blair, mainly because the latter sounds like a fun match-up. -
I love how you get the heels over as heels purely by their actions even without the commentary. I really enjoyed the contrast between the clean-fought and respectful main event and the other matches on the card at Pachin Vincens Stadium.

I also love how Hennig is being used in this project. It's great to see certain talented guys (like him, DiBiase, Bigelow...) being given bigger and better chances to shine. I would have loved to see Muta vs Tonga!

Unfortunately, a 2-person league is not possible...

Huge main event for the fans in Vancouver. OMG being submitted by Raschke probably got the pop of the night. -
It's cool to see what your house shows are like. It a a change of pace for the reader, and I guess it gives you a break from writing up all that dialogue as well.

I'm absolutely loving Ricky Steamboat as the fighting AWA champion! Another great and hard-earned win for him here. Great balance on this card, as you bring the Slaughter/DeBeers beef to a close, continue other feuds, and get something rolling between Zenk and Tanaka. Slaughter may be done with DeBeers, but he still has other targets to go after, too. Where could Vader possibly be? Hopefully Sarge doesn't come over to Japan looking for revenge after reading the match results in next month's PWI

That's a good way to write up a battle royal, just giving highlights. i also enjoyed the more detailed write-up for the very exciting War Games match, and the huge title change. Kerry will be a great NWA champion, I am sure. Martel to Nikita to KVE is a pretty great series of title changes. and you still have lots of intrigue going forward, with guys like Terry Funk and Dr. D showing different sides of their characters

A "my content" button would be nice

No idea. It's a really old iPad (getting replaced soon, most likely). It has all kinds of little quirks. Maybe it doesn't have comic sans installed? I agree that it's odd. Looks like Miz has kindly changed to font now, anyway. It looks great. I can read it on my iPad or on my PC no problem!

Don Muraco & BamBam Bigelow vs Butch Reed & One Man Gang A little bit of a change of pace this week. According to the youtube poster, it's from the Philadelphia Spectrum, March 1988. That's 3 or 4 months after these guys fought on opposite sides at Survivor Series '87 in the excellent-on-paper match of: André the Giant, One Man Gang, King Kong Bundy, Butch Reed, & Rick Rude vs WWF World Heavyweight Champion Hulk Hogan, Paul Orndorff, Don Muraco, Ken Patera, & Bam Bam Bigelow, with Muraco replacing the injured Billy Graham, I'm gonna go ahead and assume that these guys subsequently faced each other all over the circuit in the weeks and months following their Survivor Series match-up because in my opinion their ring chemistry is really good here. There are a couple of things in this match that I generally do not associate with 1980s WWF style: some pretty darn good big hoss clubbering action, and a nice variation on the Southern tag style with Muraco playing a great FIP. This isn't anything I'm gonna be nominating for the GWE project or anything, but I was very pleasantly surprised by this match and I enjoyed it a lot. I hope you enjoy it, too.

Bad News vs Lewin would have been so hard-hitting and nasty. Great Gama vs. Rheingans would have had some great classic chain wrestling. Those are two superb match-ups, letting some relatively underrated guys shine.

Perhaps he and Sean Royal have returned to the distant future world of 2002?

That font and layout make your show literally unreadable on my old iPad. Please consider a more basic style. Something less like a fancy restaurant menu

Muta is looking strong. Hacksaw is going to need to find an ally or two... but it would be in character for hi to try and take on all 4 Horsemen by himself with just the 2x4 for help.

Idol has definitively established his dominance over Fuller, I think. Kernodle vs Kirchner was everything I'd hoped for. Crews did well to hold his own against Wildfire. Another classic heel victory for Tiger Jeet Singh, a very good face vs face tag team bout, and a great set-up for War Games to bring a very strong card to a close.

I am very surprised to see Muta appearing in Texas! Those cards for San Antonio and Dallas look incredible. -
I agree with spaldoni that Owen on the Sports Shop is gold. I like how Rickin and Hugo can still get along respectfully even when they disagree. That's so much better than the tiresome name-calling and bickering we get with WWE announcers these days. Those three matches you've announced for September 20th in Ponce: Wow. Already a must-see card.
