On one hand, yes they're all big boys and girls and at the end of the day they have the right and ability to tell Vince to GFY if they want to. On the other hand, the imbalance of power is real and I can't really be too mad at someone not wanting to the the first one to fling themselves under the bus. It's like when free agency happened in baseball: it was a godsend that changed the balance of power from owners to players, but the guy who made it happen (Curt Flood) had his career ended in the process.
