  1. She clearly seems to be thinking she's being fucked with by the company if the tone of her tweets are any indication.
  2. So I wonder what the deal is with Lana, her Twitter is full of "don't let the man get you down" type of stuff, and she disappeared off TV even before Rusev fell into the Schrodinger's Cat black hole of WWE injuries.
  3. So I guess when Stardust dies a death tonight, they can claim they're being topical? (Too soon?)

    NXT talk

The Artist Formerly Known as La Sombra made his debut on an NXT house show in Tampa and reports seem to agree he was pretty good. It's funny how he's been kind of forgotten in all the Bullet Club news, when he's probably the one with the longest future ahead of him.

    WrestleMania 32

Considering the reason Angle left in the first place was Vince didn't want an Olympic hero dying on their watch, I doubt he'd be offered a deal. I don't think he would pass a physical, and nothing he's done since leaving suggests he changed his lifestyle at all. There were several times he would be on TNA TV looking pilled out of his gourd and there were the multiple times he was pulled over for suspected DUIs.

    Current NWA

Like the new belts for the most part, but not a huge fan of the Jr title being a copy of the main belt. Reminds me of the 8 million NWA belts floating around Mexico that were for different weight classes but all looked the same.

    WrestleMania 32

How would a Mania flop in the post PPV area by measured? It really can't since even getting 70-80k in the stands will make it a huge gate no matter what the card ends up. Plus it will most likely provide a nice bump in Network subs for the quarter too.

    WrestleMania 32

Vince would laugh in all their faces and tell them to STFU. The McMahon family holds like 95% of the stock with any actual power, and Wall Street would freak out if anyone other than Vince was in charge.

    WrestleMania 32

It doesn't destroy the card in the sense of main event plans, but this is the type of thing that tends to cause Vince to panic and throw all his plans out the window.
  10. So WO.com just dropped the bomb that Cena is the latest to need shoulder surgery, taking him out of WM. Not sure how much more boned WWE can be now. Wouldn't be shocked to see Bryan suddenly able to pass his concussion tests.
  11. I would hope WWE wouldn't have the balls to induct Owen in the HOF after pissing off his wife with the DVD release. The HOF is all about good PR and there's no reason for them to stick their proverbial dicks in that particular hornet's nest.
  12. That's the only way I could believe that story, I could totally see Hunter just fucking with the noobs. Otherwise, it just seems like something written as fanfic designed as fap material for people who think Hunter is the devil.
  13. No matter how this ends up, Finn Balor trolling people on Twitter is the best thing in wrestling right now. After numerous hashtag tweets, he posted a photo of himself holding the door open at the Performance Center wearing a Bullet Club shirt looking at his watch saying "they should have been here by now".
  14. Well Averno was going to be signed as a favor to Sin Cara before they realized what a doofus he was. I doubt we'll see the same thing here.
  15. No , he a monster that dropa human being from the roof of Kemper Arena. Fritz drove two of his sons to suicide.
  16. Sinclair is worth $ 3 billion , the WWE is worth $ 800, 000 . Sinclair owns 179 TV stations and they can buy and sell the WWE 3 times and have money left over. They run ROH on the cheap by choice , Agreed. But WWE's business plan of late states National TV = direct competition. Doesn't matter if Sinclair is worth trillions, if they stick to their local affiliates WWE doesn't say boo to them.
  17. Getting national TV gets WWE's attention. ROH got on Destination America, NJPW, got on Axess or whatever the hell that station's called now. ROH's off DA so I would expect WWE to go back to not paying much attention other than the occasional building date collisions.
  18. Don't forget Jim Crockett Jr. also bought out quite a few of our beloved territories. There's a case to be made that he would be the evil monster of wrestling instead had Vince not cock-blocked him from PPV in 1988. Vince did the same thing every promoter tried to do when cable took over local TV, he's just the one who succeeded.
  19. I think it's that and how the most popular stars in MMA are a woman (Ronda) and a 140 pound Irishman, and that may have changed the mindset that guys have to be 250 pound jacked up musclemen to be stars. Granted, Vince is always going to have a place in his heart for bodybuilders, but there seem to be enough other voices he listens to that vouch for the smaller guys.
  20. According to the taping reports I'm seeing, the answer seems to be no.
  21. During the Monday Night Wars there was certainly a time both WWF and WCW would sign guys just to keep them from the other. You can also make the case that it was personal with the AWA since he poached guys clearly just to stick it to Verne for whatever reason, but the rest were just guys signed to build up for the national expansion. You have to remember they were running A, B, and C house show circuits then and needed bodies to fill them up.
  22. Except they really haven't done anything to hurt ROH other than run a few NXT shows in buildings ROH usually runs. AJ really was only a special attraction type.
  23. The money WWE had to part with to get them would mean they have to put them on the main roster. Also, Nakamura became chummy with JR when he did announcing for WK9 last year, wonder if that helped grease the wheels for him.
  24. That would be amazing except that the company seems so stubborn they don't even want to give any credence to the fans maybe being right about Bryan at all (even in a heel run).
