I remember having the same problem when Family Guy came out, disc 1 of the first set was messed up in the first two copies I bought. Considering how DVDs have been more often than not the only bright spot the WWE has to offer, it's shocking they'd release their top show in shit quality.

I'm glad it wasn't just me, I got WM 21 from Netflix and I thought I got a messed up copy.

What exactly is Keller "rocking"? Defending poor widdle JBL from the mean internet people? He goes from saying "WWE takes this very seriously" to "He won't even get a slap on the wrist". The only reason anyone in WWE would be concerned is that Meanie could potentially sue them since he's not a full time employee.

I just have the mental image of Rude being dressed in one of his pimp suits he wore when he was DX's bodyguard, knocking Warrior silly, then adjusting his tie and walking away. I would of loved to see Bad News whipping 3 people's asses at the same time. I know he got a silver medal in Judo, but they must have been attacking him one at a time kung-fu movie style.

Back in my more markish days, finding out who the Black Scorpion was and Flair's subsequent stupid bob haircut was pretty cringeworthy to me. I was embarrassed for Ric to have to be seen looking like Brandon Teena.

See now, that's not bad because it was where people could at least see it, and it wasn't blocking anyone's view. The problem is, despite it being entertainment during bad TV matches, it annoys the people who paid to be there. Paid ticketholders > people watching on free TV.

Seriously, how fucking dumb is it to take a sign when you're sitting in the nosebleed seats at a houseshow?

Pretty much anything they did with Molly was tough to watch, the fatass angle, the "prude virgin who wears granny panties" angle, not to mention strapping her to a chair and shaving her head at one of the most heavily pushed Manias ever.

Signs existed before, of course, but you didn't see people putting themselves over to the extent they do now. I just think it's a distraction to the people who want to watch the show they paid to see without some moron's unfolded Piggly Wiggly bag in their face.

I tend to agree a little with both sides. I don't think they should allow signs at shows, but since they do they shouldn't bust people's balls over signs that aren't obviously offensive. I keep seeing people mention the Monday Night Wars, but those are long over and signs in the crowd seem as dated as the RAW set.

Signs are annoying live, you spend your cash on a ticket only to spend most of the show looking at the back of someone's poorly made "HHH IZ TEH SUX0R" sign. On TV it's distracting because everyone in the crowd on the camera side seems more interested in seeing if their sign gets on TV than what's going on in the ring.

Yeah I thought they were trying to make SmackDown the better show, yet they seem to be trading away their best talent.

Hulk Hogan beating every heel in WCW in the triple cage match. I know that's a Wrestlecrap moment as well, but having one old guy (Savage was pretty much a non-factor) beat your entire roster exposed the business more than anything I've ever seen.

When HHH convincingly beat Booker T, which seemed to verify the "black people are inferior" theme that was the buildup. Lita's promo when she challenged Chyna to a match and ended up sounding like a little girl pretending to be a grownup.

In that "Don't Try This At Home" thing on every WWE DVD, is that Droz being carried out of the ring on a stretcher?

I saw this over on WO, and it struck me as probably the best commentary on wrestling by someone in the business:

Watching Vis gyrate reminds me of that animated gif of Vince dancing in the ring with Sable. You think Vince sees himself as a 500 pound black man with a blond mohawk?

Angle impressed me how he went from heel (his entrance) to face (bringing up Stephanie) to heel again (bashing Batista) in one promo without missing a beat. Say what you will about his workrate, but that was some Rock-like crowd manipulation last night.

Well it's standard WWE policy that all blond male canadian heels have to wet their hair.

He's always been at the right place at the right time, and has a knack for leaving a site just when they're about to go down the shitter. The question remains, if it's all a matter of him having the largest body of work for US wrestling, why hasn't someone with an equal sized collection come around and do it better? The match review folder here has at least 5 people off the top of my head who have tape collections that probably rival his and do a much better job reviewing.

I guess SK is tired of his match reviews getting absolutely dismantled by people who know what they're talking about: over at his blog he unveiled his new format, which is just result-time of match-star rating. Cause you know, explaining your star ratings is so last tuesday.
