  4. Touring NWA champ baby
  5. Better brush up on those old Observers, only one more week...
  6. Omni Maple Leaf Gardens Cow Palace Olympic in LA Montreal Forum Greensboro Coliseum
  7. Also, see you on Brainbuster. I don't plan on my run coming to an end any time soon though
  8. Haha...I'm now picturing Magee as this underappreciated talent that only the French "get"
  9. Re: Bret learning the sharpshooter from Konnan, I believe it was right after Mania VII when Konnan happened to be at a show or two wrestling dark matches and before he wrestled with the Max Moon gimmick
  10. Michaels losing to Razor at Mania X. Granted it was because of all the unique spots he did with the ladder, but he was probably the hottest wrestler in North America coming out of that match
  11. The plan is to look at both cage matches and about three other bouts
  12. Yep, ep 6 will be devoted the Midnight Rockers vs Rose/Somers feud and we have some ideas for similar shows looking at famous tag feuds from other territories.
  13. Don't forget ass biting
  14. http://placetobenation.com/tag-teams-back-again-episode-5-managers-midgets-and-machines/ Kelly and Marty dive deep, deep, deep into the archives and emerge with six more matches from 1986 WWF to review. 15. I just thought it was Cockney slang or something
  16. That was one of the worst spots I've seen in quite some time
  17. Good point, Redman
  18. Ok, too many 2.9 kickouts. If they play their cards right it should be looked back as an iconic match though
  19. Too many finisher kick outs but I can't complain about the outcome.
  20. A star is born
  21. What a clusterfuck. It got good when the midget got involved but that dropping from the top spot by Sin Cara was stupid as hell Sorry, Kalisto
  22. Maybe, possibly, no need to cancel your Network sub, it was just a red herring
  23. I remember the selection of WCW tapes at the stores I frequented to be mostly abysmal. Capitol Combat, Clash III and V (Really? Only the two lamest shows of the early ones. Who the fuck is the Blackmailer?), etc. On the other hand, I did score a copy of Bash 89 for $5 from a bargain bin one day, so I guess that made up for it in a way
