Very kind of you mate, but I imagine its a case of the work computer having disabled something, I imagine it will be good when I'm on my home PC. Thanks all the same though!!!!

HHH video wont load for me, I get the first frame and a message saying "Video unavailable" which is a shame as it seems to be good lunch length fodder :-(
  3. It would be a massive mood killer to a guilty pleasure thread.
  4. The gloves that go up to 11. I wonder whatever happened to his gym bag?

No they don't. The British Bulldogs were a great team because you had a power house and the best technical wrestler on the planet teaming up with British accents and a pet bulldog (and sometimes a drunk manager). They were fantastic. If anything, Edwards and and Richards will be a modern day London and Kendrick - some throw away tag team used in throw away matches on free TV, with the occasional PPV offering to kill time.
  6. 92: Bret Hart vs British Bulldog, Summerslam 93: Bret Hart vs Mr Perfect, King of the Ring 94: Shawn Michaels vs Razor Ramon, Wrestlemania 95: Shawn Michaels vs Razor Ramon, Summerslam 96: Juventud Guerrera vs Rey Misterio Jr, Big Ass Extreme Bash 97: Bret Hart vs Steve Austin, Wrestlemania 98: Mankind vs Undertaker, King of the Ring 99: Stone Cold vs The Rock, Backlash 2000: Chris Benoit vs Chris Jericho, Backlash
  7. I was watching (the amazing, one of my favourite TV matches ever) Goldberg vs Raven US title change match the other day, and I couldn't help but notice shirtless, drinking men in the front row too (not the Flock).
  8. That was cringe worthy bad. It ticked every single box of what "had" to be said only in unconvincing fashion, by a man who seemed uncomfortable delivering his lines. Just awful. Sadly this will be something that will (and should) haunt Styles for years. His name will be associated with some utter crap before its all said and done.
  9. I always think of Savage winning the WWF title from Flair at Wrestlemania 8... to not even being booked to wrestle on the following years card as a standout. Bret Hart being THE man in the WWF in 97, beating Austin, Undertaker, Foley (and in most peoples eyes not realy losing the belt to Shawn) and knocking out Vince for real to seeming so ordinary in 1998. Austin at Wrestlemania 17 being white hot... to the first time in years seeming so average at Mania 18 is another. Wrestling is a funny thing.
  10. Heel Goldberg could have worked... if WCW had survived and it was a way of keeping Bill fresh years down the line. Him turning when he did, was absolutely short sighted dumbness from WCW.
  11. Thanks
  12. If you are going to make a statement like this, you need to nut up and give us a screen cap, youtube clip or something. I nut down sir.
  13. Sorry Loss, can you fill in the blanks mate' I'm unaware of what's happened.
  14. Must have been one of Juventud Guerera's last matches for WCW. I found Lance Sorm brilliant in 2000 for what its worth, definitely a true MVP of WCW.
  15. Wait? WTF have I missed? This can't be about all the B+ stuff can it?
  16. LOD losing to the Outlaws, and getting beaten up by them on TV a lot was kind of the end of their aura.
  17. I always hought a good argumen would be - how would hisory have remembered Vince had WWF gone out of business in 1997?
  18. There isn't a lot of Hawaii footage out there. I had SOME from my tape trading days, ahhhh, but the quality I remember was piss poor. Probably 5th generaion or worse.

The Wyatt family have been a huge disapointment to me. After all of the brillinat debut vintaes, i all fels rather fla now. I can see them in the Wreslemania comedy sketch dancing with IRS somehow, you know, for the lolz
  20. Santo and Blue Demon sum up lucha fo me, I don't think there have been any wo bigge lucha stars. These guys had comic books, films, toys... hey were a huge deal in mexico during their supemecy.
  21. No way man, go back and watch the tapes from 1997, the crowds were host to some utter freaks. Granted you can't paint everyone with the same brush, but still...
  22. I watched that Road Warrior interview on a flight to America on my Tablet earlier this year as i goes, but the audio quality was the pits.
  23. I invented.... I was the first....
  24. There is an interview somewhere out there (could be the Bret / Shawn sit down) where Bret roles his eyes at the thought of Brisco teaching Shawn shoot moves in case the Montreal fallout turned violent. It has to be said, Bret would have murdered anyone involved in that one on one. I certainly wouldn't want to mess with a pissed off Bret Hart in 1997. Although he himself describes it as a pinch fight, sources have said he basically got the better of Shawn in their 97 locker room fight when Bret was basically one legged coming off knee surgery. Something has always struck me as being very tough when it comes to Bret.
