WWE TV 03/15 - 03/21 Bayern Munchen to repeat as UCL champions

Can't be anything dealing with masks because they've gotten real strict on Covid protocol. He committed the carnal sin in that company, having Vince lose confidence in you. -

It's slime time folks and what a geek Braun is. -
A solid technical contest that held my interest from the beginning to the conclusion. Everything was fluid and both men moved seamlessly at a slow down pace on offense especially CIMA working over Iwamoto's neck. Koji did well battling back and perfectly whipping out that beauty of a judo throw. The exchanges and reversals leading up to the CIMA victory were fantastic. Enjoyable and an easy watch.

I rank the Summerslam 2016 match in my top 5 of Cena matches and had a blast watching him go indy trying to adapt to the new guys coming up on the man roster. I'd consider him a great worker, he's the only wrestler in modern WWE to get everyone invested in his matches especially the big ones. My only regret we didn't see grapplefuck Cena.

[2021-03-03-Stardom-10 Anniversary] Tam Nakano vs Giulia
Tenese Sarwieh posted a topic in March 2021
This has been brewing for a good while and it all comes ahead for the white belt with each women's hair on the line. The opening had Gulia in control of Tam but her cockiness got the best of her, taunting Tam at every chance. Tam was in full form being the underdog taking everything Giulia gave her then firing back with retribution like no other. During the brawl, Giulia pulled out a nice homage to Akira Hokuto by piledriving Nakano through a table in front of Akira Hokuto. Then the two went into a vicious slap battle not holding back any laying them on full force and the echoes made it even better. Tam showed her desperation in putting Giulia away by hitting her Glorious Driver and then a STEINER SCREWDRIVER then eventually getting the win with a german suplex. An epic battle to close things in the first epic feud during the Bushiroad era in Stardom. -
Tag team partners going at it for the red belt. A good story told of a chess match between two people who know each other inside and out. Utami nailed it by presenting herself as an ace, display dominant offense when in command. They did a good job of convincing that Kamitani could pull out the upset. Also, they did wonders by protecting the Pheonix Splash so when she finally hits it on Utami it will have more importance. Damn good match planting the seeds for more down the line with these two.

Incredible match with Yoshiko making her homecoming to take on the current ace of Stardom. Yoshiko steamrolls Mayu at the beginning exhibiting her stellar selling working underneath. After making her comeback these went all out with Iwatani almost killing herself with a dive outside. After an insane dive to the floor, things went full-blown intense, and physical. A strong strike battle ensues leading to Mayu tapping into her inner Kota Ibushi knocking down Yoshiko with a mighty blow and putting her away with a beautiful looking moonsault. Like I stated earlier this was incredible.

The two hosses do it again. You can tell Sheamus is going out of his way to make Drew feel like a star.

Drew vs Sheamus II BRING IT ON!!!!

Lashley should never smile he should always loo menacing.

Not going to speak on the ending angle just focusing on the match. Much like their unsanctioned match in 2019 delivered on the promise of violence and gory carnage. These men had no limits on how they wanted to punish each other. They did a great job at selling and drawing in the audience in the drama of setting the explosives off. They also had creative ways of using the environment around them, like Moxley using the explosives to stop a pin attempt. As for the ending that one-winged angel on the steel chair looked rough. Damn good garbage match.

If AEW can bring in Maki Itoh at least they could've had Onita come in and manage the aesthetics of the match. Don't even address it just move on, just even mentioning it will bring criticism especially from the AEW haters. On a lighter note Shida/Mizunami the street fight and Omega/Moxley delivered easy notebook material.

There have been many cinematic matches during the pandemic era of wrestling, some were fun and some were god awful but this street fight was the most exceptional of them. This was shot so dark and had a gritty, they perfectly captured the tone of an action movie fight scene. Sting looked great here he had to do nothing special but kick ass. Darby was great doing and more importantly taking crazy spots. Cage was superb in getting over him being the powerhouse and Starks was good at his role of showing toughness. The only complaint I have is the commentating, it took some of the steam out of things. Another complaint is that while Sting looked great they could've been more a focal point on Darby shown. Other than those two issues this was great.

Good matches "ruined" by their endings
Tenese Sarwieh replied to KawadaSmile's topic in Pro Wrestling
John Cena vs Brock Lesnar at Extreme Rules 2012. Having Brock dominate the entire match only to have Cena get the win in his return was a huge letdown. I know they tried redeeming themselves with their Summerslam match in 2014 but first impressions are everything. -
[2021-03-07-AEW-Revolution] Hikaru Shida vs Ryo Mizunami
Tenese Sarwieh posted a topic in March 2021
Great back and forth match that never let up one bit. Loved the announcers bringing up Shida never beating Mizunami at the opening. It added to the match with Shida playing semi heel with her acting cocky in her control segments even going for an eve poke to try and gain victory. Mizunami shined showing her charisma I believed she lacked during the women's tournament. She conveyed toughness, taking everything Shida gave her, taking it in stride, and dishing out some of her own. The stretch leading to the end was amazing with both throwing good strikes and some heavy bombs in between. The finish didn't hurt Ryo one bit because she got caught out of nowhere. This ruled and I want more of this from both women in the future. -
Man, what a hoss fight this was, conveying brutal physical violence at its finest. Drew was chopping and throwing around Sheamus with all his might. This is the best Sheamus has looked in a good long while. You could tell he was motivated here and wanted to go all making his friend feel like the star he's being presented as. Great PPV caliber match on tv.

The better chamber match of the show and one of the better chamber matches in a good while. This was all action from start to finish. They told a nice story with Bryan being the iron man and having his knee worked over and the others taking advantage. Everyone got their chance to shine in their perspective roles and looked good in defeat, good stuff all around.

WWE TV 03/01 - 03/07 Lashley please win this title
Tenese Sarwieh replied to KawadaSmile's topic in WWE
They wasted all this time with Lashley when he should've been portrayed as this monster at the beginning of his return only to do it when his contract is up, WWE everybody. -
Lashley should destroy Miz the same way as Lesnar/Kofi.
-
Its sad Ricochet is a dork but it is what it is. I'd wish I could shake him and say leave and quit wasting away your young man.
-
Orton got Shango'd.
-
Conti/Rose was alright, some disjointed parts but alright nonetheless. Yuka/Emi was a banger, I see why Sakura gets the reputation as a trainer as she does and Sakazaki was great as usual. I love me some Aja Kong but it's time for her to hang 'em up, she can barely do anything. With the changes due to Anna Jay nothing was left in doubt about Britt winning but they a good job keeping the program with Thunder Rosa going.
-
Lashley out here looking clean in that suit.

I'd be ok with it if they can produce half of what they did in their lights-out match during their Impact tenure.
