I wish they could find a way to translate Luke Gallows real life personality to his on screen character because he's probably the funniest guy in the entire company. Even when they do give him comedy roles it just doesn't work.

You ever watch something and you just know that it's going to be a backdrop for something else? Like, "there's no way these jobbers are going to fight each other, I bet we'll hear Sid's music ten seconds in and he'll kill both of them then cut a promo about his PPV opponent." That was the feeling I got from that Bo Dallas match. Then he just beats the jobber clean, and that's it. So yeah, that was a thing that happened. Raw Is Weird.

Finally getting to this week's episode and yeah, Boxcar Kendrick is awesome.

I'd add Eddie Guerrero to the irreplaceable list of guys for a lot of the same reasons as Rey. Eddie drew such a big Latino demographic not just because of his ethnicity but because he was so damn good at everything he did. They've tried to fill those Eddie/Rey roles since then with guys from a Latino background and it never really clicked because there wasn't much past the surface similarities.

I'm checking these out now. I thought we got all the ECW we were going to get but I'm glad to be wrong.

Another completely out of the blue Smackdown signing: The Headbangers

I don't remember the "he's not very good" talking point going around when Reigns was in the Shield. Quite a few people, myself included, thought he was the best of the group. And for a while he was probably one of the most over guys in the company. Remember those crowd reactions when he would be the last man standing against a group of opponents?

I don't think it's a stretch to say he's better than Dean Ambrose either who's probably one of the most inconsistent guys on the entire roster.

Dash and Dawson were on Steve Austin's podcast today and they said they've been politicking with Hunter about getting a match with the Rock n' Roll Express on NXT TV. Well fuck, that would rule!

If you're continually involved in the best matches in the company then yes you deserve a "super-worker" reputation. I don't know what "acting" like someone is a good worker is even supposed to mean. Just adding up the stuff from 2016 alone is enough to justify his case for me.

So who was in that Raw promo? I saw Gargano, Ciampa and Cedric. I'm probably forgetting someone. It's probably safe to assume these guys are signed to contracts (the ones we were unsure on not Gargano/Ciampa)?

SomethingSavage, I'd like to hear more about this era. I do remember hearing people whose opinions I trust praising this stuff at the time, I just haven't seen it but I may not be looking in the right places. Are there any particular episodes/matches/angles I should check out from this time frame?

Bix, Tomko was on his own for a few months after Christian went to TNA. He formed a short lived team with Snitsky and was doing a gimmick where he knocked out jobbers with a big boot. AFAIK Tomko requested his release in early 2006, I don't believe it was a WWE decision.

Well at least we won't have to put up with Seth Rollins cosplaying heel anymore. It will be interesting to see where Reigns goes from here.

Is it just my app or are the new 89 episodes pretty bad? I mean tape quality bad. I can barely hear these unless my volume is cranked up to the top.

Is OVW TV under Heyman any good or is that just urban legend? I've watched some random OVWs and for the most part I find it to be pretty bad. DSW and FCW too for that matter.

I remember a Fuji vs. Bruno TV match from 1974 that was shockingly good. Have the Titans reviewed that one yet? Not only is Fuji a lot more vicious than normal but he's also flying around and bumping all over the place by his normal standards.

This has even been adapted into WWE canon. One of those network specials made a deal about how he never listened to trainers in the performance center, specifically Terry Taylor.

Somehow they made the Author's of Pain even more badass. Those helmets are friggin' sweet. Can we fire the Ascension and just replace them with these guys? And "Occam" and "Razor" is pretty much the most Paul Ellering thing ever if you know Ellering Although from how they pronounced it we'll probably get WWE-ized spellings.

Hopefully this leads to a Miz/Corbin alliance.

Bret Hart also claimed that Luger was clean during his WWF run. I think it was in his book? Just found it weird that he would make that claim when he was very candid about what himself and others were doing at the time. It's odd that he would single out Luger as the clean guy.
