We have an interest in booking both Mr. Backlund as well as the WWF Champion, whomever the titleholder may be at the time. Would Bob be available for a one shot on Saturday, August 6th? The dates we are specifically looking for a WWF title defense, regardless of Mr. Backlund's involvement, would be 8/25, 9/22, 9/29, 11/10. If even one of those dates work, we would see it as a huge "get" for Stampede Wrestling to have a WWF title defense.
