Their ring work is great, but their gear, catchphrases, etc. are a major turn-off for me.

Usos have the worst fucking catchphrases, gear, characters, act, everything. I realize they're good in-ring, but literally everything else about them is repellent to me.

Braun deserves it if they're going to go all the way with him, even though the match itself won't be good because he and Brock have zero chemistry. Otherwise, I'm rooting for Big E or Rey Mysterio. It will be Seth. It will be the King Beast Slayer. It will be Seth Freakin' Rollins. It will be The Architect. It will be The Man's Man. It will be...whatever other geeky bullshit he's calling himself this week.

Paul Heyman looks like one of the California Raisins.

I mean, Big Zeke is a former champion.

Yeah, no one thinks Dark Order is "low rent rasslin'" because WWE says so or because they wear masks in general. No one is making those comments about Lucha Bros (who I'm not a fan of at all - at least so far) or Luchsaurus (I dig him). Dark Order is "low rent rasslin'" because this particular mask looks low rent. Definitely over my head. They're being positioned as "fearsome" top heels, but they're supposed to be satire or a nostalgia act? Not sure I'm buying that.

Yeah, awful. If I were Tony Khan, I'd call an audible, pull him out of the match, and put Mox in. If they're not making Hangman the first champion (and I'm divided on whether that would be the right decision), Mox is easily a better choice than Jericho.

The pre-show had weird pixelation issues, and there were dips in the feed quality of the main shows.

One thing no one has mentioned is that the B/R Live feed was rock solid all night. Only a very minor dip in quality for me during the Jericho speech - barely noticeable - and of course the weird gibberish subtitle glitch for a few minutes during the pre-show.

Easily the weakest of the three AEW shows. No surprises. A main event that just...ended. Not a bad show or anything, but definitely not as good as Double or Nothing or FyterFest.

The amphitheater must be hot as hell for the live crowd, but it looks really cool on TV.

And that's the problem with this match. Because it's such a foregone conclusion, I have a harder time getting into it. But if CIMA did win, that would be dumb as hell too. This really feels like bad timing.
