  1. Is it to safe to say though that if that happens....knowing that we're also getting Shayna vs Becky, that whoever Bayley ends up facing will absolutely be an afterthought?
  2. It is with great sadness that Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling & Jim Crockett Promotions confirm the death of Eddie Graham, who took his own life on January 21st. Everyone is devastated by this news as Eddie Graham appeared the night before as the special guest referee in the main event between the Junkyard Dog & Bobby Jaggers and Kevin Sullivan & Kamala. On behalf of everyone at Jim Crockett Promotions & MACW, we are sending our condolences to his son Mike and the entire Graham family. In the meantime, Mike Graham has been pulled off every MACW event for the upcoming weeks. To celebrate Eddie Graham's life, fans are invited to attend the Eddie Graham Memorial Show on February 3rd, 1985 at the Convention Hall in Miami, FL. 4. Certainly one of the titles with the most fascinating history to me, especially with what happened to it once Jim Crockett Promotions bought the promotion from WWF. Safe to say as well that a lot of fantastic wrestlers won that title in the past but Ron Garvin is probably the man most significantly attached to that title, more particularly in its final leg.
  5. If I go by last year's Wrestlemania Weekend, pretty much all of them will be on IWTV. It's even more a possibility now that they added the double stream option recently and with the merge with Smart Mark Video. But I assume that some will also air on FITE.
  6. Makes it more baffling that they didn't decide to go with Angel Garza rather than him on the main roster. They wouldn't be looking for that Latino babyface again if they had given him a shot instead of Carrillo.
  7. Those final 5 minutes were masterful. Only Randy Orton can look like the most sadistic motherfucker.
  8. This could definitely work, although I'd be stunned if Becky loses her title before Mania.
  9. So, either Becky or Bayley drop their title before Wrestlemania....or would they even consider doing Charlotte vs Rhea Ripley at Wrestlemania???
  10. If anything, Jerry Lawler is more of a problem on RAW than Vic ever was. But if it means Vic is gonna work back with Nigel for NXT UK, I'd be fine with that.
  11. God I hope it's true. In the meantime, turns out like Lacey Evans' daughter is a natural at this sports entertainment thing.
  12. I'd be fine with that but losing the Universal title will mean that you're inevitably back to square one with Bray Wyatt because The Fiend will have lost momentum. What do you do next with The Fiend afterwards?
  13. I assume Kotaro Suzuki?
  14. My IWTV subscription will never be more useful than on Wrestlemania Weekend.
  15. The Playboy always having one trick up his sleeve and I wouldn't expect it any other way.
  16. I never will root as much as I will for Tim Storm to win the TV title tonight but I wouldn't be disappointed at all if Ricky Starks won the tournament.
  17. Doesn't beat the entire Hammerstein Ballroom singing Enter Sandman at ECW One Night Stand 2005 but it sure was cool as hell. I think you're right. Looking back and seeing all the momentum Page is getting as a babyface lately, I think we may be in for a swerve. I'm starting to think that Pac will play a major role in whatever happens between Omega and Page. At some point, I think it would be nice to just blow up The Elite as a group and have everyone do their own thing for a while. Until they're somehow brought back by necessity. That could be an excellent long-time story to be told.
  18. Apparently, he could be returning during Rumble weekend - possibly in the Rumble match. Jinder Mahal could also be returning as well.
  19. And after verification, you're correct. Abdullah fought Ayala over the vacant title when Dr. D David Schultz left the promotion. Ayala never won the title.
  20. They could but last night made it look to me that Page would turn once he & Kenny lose the tag titles.
  21. He also ventured a bit in Montreal in the dying days of Lutte Internationale when Gino Brito was counting on his working relationship with World Wrestling Council to keep the territory running. I believe that Ayala also was the last International champion but I'd have to dig up in the archives to be sure.
  22. Including RAW, SD & NXT/NXT UK, I believe they have something around 50 or 60 women under contract so they wouldn't have difficulty booking a Rumble. Granted, some of those NXT & NXT UK women are no drawing powers like Trish or Lita used to be so they'd be tempted to ask them again to compete this year. I guess we'll see on Sunday.
  23. Huge win for the Guerreros over the Freebirds! I'm expecting Bam Bam Gordy to rip some heads off next time they meet!
  24. Talk about a deflating end to the go-home RAW before the Rumble.
  25. Missy Hyatt might be exactly what Eddie Hogan needs now that big "brother" Hulk is out of the territory. She has a way to get you back in the spotlight in no time.
