Is that the famous one with the no sold powerbomb off the ladder through a table spot?

Janela needs to tone it down. He mentioned in that documentary he did with Kenneth Johnson that he doesn't want to be a guy mostly recognized for his reckless style and crazy bumps and his goal is to eventually get signed, but he's done nothing to turn it around.

That WarGames was pretty rough.

[2018-09-23-NJPW-Destruction in Kobe] KUSHIDA vs BUSHI
Edwin replied to Wahoos Leg's topic in September 2018
Easily my pick for MOTN. In a card full of average multi man tags, this was the standout match for me. Love how they kept it simple and didn't fair into overboard. KUSHIDA countering BUSHI's tope into the Fujiwara armbar and the other dive counter into the Kimura were great. That finish was awesome, too with BUSHI finally misting KUSHIDA leading to a false finish from a backslide and KUSHIDA using his instinct to finish BUSHI because he was blinded by the mist. -
Yeah, this type of New Japan modern epic isn't for me. I was honestly not drawn in and it felt like it was really long. I guess what kills my interest in the current product is how it's constantly sold as the greatest wrestling ever and yet when I watch it it doesn't come across as such. Not to be overly critical, but neither guys selling was exactly mindblowing or anything. Those Rainmaker counters were embarrassing. They looked like they were dancing to Enrique Iglesias Bailamos. Also, that post match fiasco turned into a complete joke once Yoshi Hashi busted himself hardway on the botched run in.

Y'all wanted Reigns to defend against someone else and there it is...

Except the main event, of course.

Can we get the AOP to join Brock and take up Heyman as their manager to even things up?

Ziggler continues his ode to Shawn Michaels.

You're not alone. She lost a lot of fans in the lead up to the second Tate fight and then became a meme once Holm toyed with her.
-
Thought that was pretty uninteresting for the most part, but dug the finish aside from Ronda shouting in Bliss' face.
-
Welp, that didn't take long...
-
Based on the replies I've seen whenever Ronda is brought up on social media, WWE fans find her to be very limited.

To be fair, the best brawls have involved middle-aged men with big guts and bad knees.
-
That was cringy. The graphic of Joe with AJ's fam was unintentionally funny.
-
That was pretty great. Loved the out of nowhere big boot finish.

I haven't been following the weekly TV, but the Shield doesn't dress like the Shield or come out through the crowd when it's just 2 of them?

Gets locked in a submission, is close to the ropes, but decides to roll out of the ring instead of just grab the ropes, huh? Glad Becky won!

[1980-02-05-NJPW-New Year Golden Series] Tatsumi Fujinami vs Dynamite Kid
Edwin replied to Loss's topic in February 1980
Agree with Microstatistics; i.e.; Dynamite was great here as the foreign vicious heel exploiting Fujinami's bandaged up forehead with some right hands and vicious stomps right into the wound. Dynamite sidestepping Fujinami on a dropkick and a pescado were pretty neat spots. Fujinami usually rules and here it was no different with him bleeding and selling for Dynamite's offense. Finish was a bit abrupt, but made perfect sense. Great match.- 8 replies

@Jetlagdo you have a link for that DDT comm.? Not that it matters, but I don't recall Takagi using the Stunner as a straight up finisher in his matches, he used the TKO instead and the Sanshiro Dust which is similar to the corner rotating Stunner Shark Boy does. He also has the Sanshiro Stunner and the Sanshiro Stunner 2000 which are a DDT and a double underhook DDT. His big match finisher is the HIRAWAMI BOMB which is a Powerbomb variation. I was a massive DDT fan back from the early 2000's to the late 2000's before I lost interest in wrestling. I remember the Dick Togo and Antonio Honda feud breaking out after they dissolved the Metal Vampire faction.

Mil Muertes is considered a big man in 2018? If so, then Kenny Omega should be considered a big man, too as they are almost the same height...

WALTER is great. Easily the best non WWE big guy in wrestling. I've watched Briggs EVOLVE matches and I honestly don't get him. His matches have been average and as I posted over at DVDVR a little while ago -- he strikes me more as a depressed mid 2000's nu metal head that pulls his beard than a monster big man.
