    Even though Sable is terrible in every way, this was entertaining and just shows even the low level WM match stuff is hot as fire.

    Was this advertised as escape the cage or pinfall? Then them going outside to do a simple brawl and back in was pointless. Beefcake is still a mystery man and from booty man to bad ass. Nothing in this entire segment made any sense. The turn? WTF. Ugh. Terrible.

    In 1998 it didn't feel like WCW was slipping, but looking back at it now ... painfully obvious.

    Enjoyed this even though I also hate three ways. With this being WCW this has a chance at being a WCW MOTY contender, at least up to this point.

    Gene dogging Malenko with him ultimately deciding to go "home" is pretty much all that is notable here.

    This. This is what I mean by WCW bait and switch with nothing to show for it. Time stood still while Sting hooked up the harness. The nWo could have ran to the back, ate a sandwich and then came back out and grabbed Sting and Savage in the time it took for them to hook up. I mean how dumb can you be when you see two guys hooking themselves to a harness. What else could they have planned. Ugh.

    Fun angle. Jericho just keeps his stock rising in 1998.

    Jericho is the hottest heel and Goldberg is the hottest face other than maybe Sting. They are both firmly in the mid card, at least for a few more months. WCW.

    Surprisingly good promo by Bigelow. The rest I could have done without.

    I didn't like this at all. This covers, what, the top three programs for Uncensored and I couldn't care less. During this I just rebooked 1998 WCW in my head the whole time. Depressing.

    Surprised Savage was okay with this promo. I'd have expected a few potatoes after that promo. Build up for Age in the Cage is far from the WM main build.

    What else is there to say. The build remains excellent.

    Unpredictable Tyson seems like a kid in a candy store and is playing along nicely with this build. Very enjoyable.

    Austin can do no wrong in the eyes of the fans. Segment goes a little long, but it was enjoyable.

    Another very good fan cam match. It's hard for me to get emotionally invested in handheld stuff for some reason, but this was a solid match. Surprised to see so much out of Douglas this late in the 90's

    Are there a lot of fan cam matches like this one in that they are so much better than TV/PPV ECW matches? I may go through all fan cams if that is the case. Definitely ECW MOTY at this point in the year.

    I loved the punch and everything in the match from that point. I kind of drifted away during the meat of this so I'll have to go back and watch it. It does look like the best BattleArts match so far in '98.

    Non-match and just a mediocre brawl. I hope my memories of the Uncensored match live up to my expectations. Yeah, Reese was forgotten since his music video debut. Nothing that interesting here.
