if Linda McMahon still wanted to be associated with the company and wasn't working for the Trump admin. maybe they name it after her. Steph would make the most sense if she wasn't a heel on TV. I wouldn't necessarily agree with it but they have put her over so huge as the godmother of women's wrestling
That's the way I've always felt about it. Individual wise I don't really think about it but if it's a requirement to get a push or get to a certain level then it can become a problem. You can create a drug culture that fosters addiction
Actually had a dream about pro wrestling last night.
I was at a college basketball game (division 3ish school) and one team was made up of WCW's roster circa 91-93. Rick Rude was there and was ejected for arguing a call with the ref. Austin was on the bench and I was heckling him in the stands saying the coach should bring in Van Hammer or Big Josh. He smirked back at me. Paul E was the coach and the opposing coach was Ted Danson circa late 80s/early 90s.
after the game I talked with Austin in the stands about Sid Vicious's potential as a main eventer. Then it ended.
the guy that said he had records saying Roman bought steroids from him actually confused him with *Luther* Reigns.
story of the year? Even WWE got worked here
in reality, Austin v Vince basically lasted less than 2 years. It most certainly would have gone on longer if Steve doesn't get injured but it didn't last as long as we remembered
agree on that. Steph making Raw a living hell for Ronda post mania does nothing for me. Old hat authority angle type stuff. Should be the start of a new era of television once and for all
During his initial 93-95/96 run Jarrett's only win over a big star was over Hall at RR 95. He lost to all the top guys of that time. Clean as a sheet. He had to struggle to beat Bob Holly. I don't think he was able to recover from that in WCW or when he came back to wwf in 97. He was seen at a certain level. All the attempts to elevate him past that certain level felt forced and the people knew it.
To me it goes back to how he was booked in that initial wwf run

I remember watching this on Unsolved Mysteries. This case received nationwide attention at the time and is still unsolved 31 years later. Pretty incredible if Haynes is being truthful here
Mickie James just took a shot at Rousey on twitter (with Dana Brooke agreeing with her). Really don't know what this is building to, if it is to anything at all. Or what it has to do with the mixed tag
In reality they've been trying to put over Stephanie as the face of the company since she returned as full time tv character. That's why she's been pushed so strongly these past 5 years or so.
this is them trying to punch it in the endzone from the 3 yard line so to speak
