Cornette's tag team would financially ruin the entire area as a result of its men packing up and leaving. Having watched the first several weeks of SMW television, things are rather haphazard due to the staggered nature of the tapings and various wrestlers being unavailable for weeks at a time, but they were about as effective of an introduction as you could hope for in terms of establishing characters, rules, and pecking orders.

Mr 'stick his nose in every bodies business' Armstrong assaults a cripple and tells him it's not fair to have a mystery team in the tournament. Cornette says that if he revealed their identity every man in this part of the country would hang their head in shame, move out the area and it would created financial upheaval and socio and economic calamity! Whilst the tournament itself would be decimated as every wrestler would be diving out of it they'd be so scared. He does give us a couple of clues, saying that they're sexier than Madonna and more dangerous than dinner at Jeffrey Dahmer's!

I wonder how many people watching SMW TV thought that Corny had convinced Bobby Eaton to come in and reform the MX with Stan Lane. Of course, the Bodies aren't bad as a substitute, considering that Dr. Tom Prichard was the one who Corny wanted to replace Dennis Condrey when Condrey left JCP.

Corny hasn't really gotten rolling yet here; this is more of a JCP/WCW promo than some of the classics he delivers as SMW progresses. Still, it's great for what it is, and it's got the whole promotion buzzing over who this mystery team could possibly be. Excellent work.
