Loss Posted November 2, 2012 Author Report Posted November 2, 2012 Local promo for the Evansville market hyping JYD vs Soul Taker. Oh my, can you imagine that match?
PeteF3 Posted November 5, 2012 Report Posted November 5, 2012 Oh my, can you imagine that match? Yes. It might beat out El Gigante vs. Nailz for Worst Hypothetical Match-Up That Actually Happened.
Kevin Ridge Posted November 13, 2012 Report Posted November 13, 2012 Couldn't have been a pretty match. Junkyard thinks anybody can be beaten. Just ask Mike Tyson.
soup23 Posted November 13, 2012 Report Posted November 13, 2012 JYD still does a decent promo and this was at least short and to the point.
Cox Posted December 8, 2012 Report Posted December 8, 2012 Good lord, I don't even need to have seen it to know that JYD vs Soultaker was probably worst match of 1990. Good promo, though.
Laney Posted June 9, 2013 Report Posted June 9, 2013 Good promo from JYD for a match that nobody wants to see. JYD always does a great job of putting over how he can beat his opponent while remaining humble and noting how he can be beat as well.
JerryvonKramer Posted September 13, 2013 Report Posted September 13, 2013 Sometimes it's very hard for me to understand what JYD is saying.
garretta Posted December 9, 2014 Report Posted December 9, 2014 JYD sounds better than he did at times in the WWF, mostly because he doesn't have to worry about barking and panting during the interview. Nice job hyping The Soultaker as a gatekeeper for Lawler, thus keeping that feud alive as well.
GSR Posted December 6, 2016 Report Posted December 6, 2016 JYD says that he’s got a chance once again in 1990 to show that the Dog’s back, but in order to get to Jerry Lawler he’s got to go through the Soultaker first. He’s going to blink once, close twice and smile, and the Soultaker better hope that the lights go out because at the end of the match another one will bite the dust! On any given day any man can be beaten, just ask Mike Tyson. I’m really not digging the JYD’s interviews at all here.
dawho5 Posted February 5, 2017 Report Posted February 5, 2017 JYD is a really good humble babyface promo. Doesn't mean I ever want to see him wrestle in 1990.
