Russellmania Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 killed the whole segment with a shitty Cena promo. This fucking company is so clueless sometimes.
cm funk Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 OK, I know the singing bit was a little catchy a couple of months ago but man does it seem so forced and hokey now. What happened? Yeah, it's actively turning me away from Wyatt segments now Doesn't help either that this Cena feud has been going on for 3 months and feels like the same thing every week. So ready for this to be over. The one upside to that segment would have been Lawler taken out so I wouldn't have to listen to him on commentary, and they couldn't even throw us that bone
hammerva Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 "Jerry has been sick". Is he talking about the heart attack a couple years ago or something else? I could be wrong didn't CM Punk do the same thing when he was feuding with Cena.
(BP) Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 They had me, I was really horrified that Jerry was going to take that bump. I can't wait for the blowoff to this. The dueling promos for the last two months have gotten staler and staler.
Russellmania Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 I know it's nothing new, but in recent months (years?) they have really been overusing the trope where the faces chase the heels out of the ring and then the heels stand in the aisle while the faces cut a promo or flex and grimace as if the ring ropes are a fucking force field or something. Why wouldn't Cena and the Usos go after the Wyatts if they're standing *right there*?
hammerva Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 Holy crap that is the most JBL has sold something in ever. It wasn't that great of a clothesline.
Strummer Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 Del Rio involved in the Steph/Bryan angle? He's ice cold as a character. Maybe it was just a throwaway deal
Strummer Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 This has been the deadest crowd for a Raw in quite some time. Lack of Bryan taking its toll?
goodhelmet Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 Man, Strummer is right.... it is scary bad how dead this crowd is.
goodhelmet Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 Holy shit, his teeth are yellow. HD is a mother fucker.
Strummer Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 Man, Strummer is right.... it is scary bad how dead this crowd is. Even Steph prompting the yes chant in the opening got no reaction
hammerva Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 Apparently before every match Bo Dallas decides to swim a lap around the pool. Good grief he is taking the wet look to nutty levels. And did JBL imply the Winston Churchill sucks cock. is that verified
Matt D Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 Who is they? Raw tonight. If they're in Des Moines then I wouldn't be too worried. If they're in Philly, I would.
tim Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 Crowd hasn't seemed too bad, then again there's been some bad crowds lately. They were good for a couple segments.
Strummer Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 And they drag out the title picture to the PPV. Bryan surrenders title or Brie is fired
Strummer Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 Sort of lame they promised a decision tonight and drag it to the PPV. I guess the logical thing would be .brie challenging Steph with her job on the line
hammerva Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 Well at least Alicia Fox won ONE match in the last month to get over the title match at the PPV. I mean I understand the crazy gimmick is awesome but it just screams jobber for a PPV match and then back into Superstars
tim Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 WWE needs to extend alicia fox segments to be a minimum of one hour long
Strummer Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 I'm guessing it ends with Brie goading Steph into a match. If Steph wins Brie is fired and if .brie wins Steph must stay out of Bryan's business (or something of that ilk). Doesn't make sense why Steph would accept to I expect Brie to incite her somehow

Strummer Posted May 27, 2014 Report Posted May 27, 2014 This raw has felt seven hours long. Just brutal
