Loss Posted July 29, 2013 Author Report Posted July 29, 2013 Paul Heyman calls Jerry Lawler live on RAW and promises to show up on RAW next week with the roster of ECW. Heyman gets in a crack about the neighborhood watch needing to be informed that Lawler is in town. Quote
Zenjo Posted August 6, 2013 Report Posted August 6, 2013 What was the neighborhood watch reference? Quote
Loss Posted August 6, 2013 Author Report Posted August 6, 2013 What was the neighborhood watch reference? Lawler likes young girls. Think about what has to happen when a child molester moves into a neighborhood. Quote
soup23 Posted August 10, 2013 Report Posted August 10, 2013 This was really surreal watching this play out. Scorpio vs. Owen sounds like a cool match on paper. Quote
Kevin Ridge Posted August 26, 2013 Report Posted August 26, 2013 Paul Heyman will be there next week on RAW with some of his ECW wrestlers. Lawler name drops Blue Meanie and Sandman. Jerry runs down ECW and makes a bingo hall reference. I'm thinking "Bruce from Connecticut" that took place on Livewire probably ain't making the set. Clarence Mason and Owen have issues. Bulldog roughs up Mason a bit. I thought Mason was with NOD at this point. Quote
ajtroma Posted September 9, 2013 Report Posted September 9, 2013 Mason was with both. Bulldog would fire him later that night during the Superstars taping. Owen and Funk had a very good match that was overshadowed by Paul E and Lawler's jabs. Quote
PeteF3 Posted July 19, 2015 Report Posted July 19, 2015 This was a pretty crazy development. Lawler and Heyman sound like they're drawing on some real feelings for each other. Meanwhile Owen & the Bulldog are in the process of splitting from Clarence Mason. The major players are there, the length is there, the crash TV elements are there...just another week or two and the new familiar look will be there. Quote
Exposer Posted May 19, 2017 Report Posted May 19, 2017 Lawler & Heyman take personal digs at one another for a few moments during Owen-Flash. That "neighborhood" comment from Heyman was right to the gut. Heyman accepts Lawler's invite of ECW to RAW & says they will be there at the Manhattan Center the following week. Cool & fun bit. Quote
KB8 Posted February 25, 2019 Report Posted February 25, 2019 Lawler and Heyman are two guys who can spit vitriol at someone so naturally this was full of venom, and believably so at that. Heyman's neighborhood watch comment almost went over my head at first but then I twigged and made that Andy Dwyer face from those Parks and Recreation memes you see on twitter and shit. Quote
dawho5 Posted July 1 Report Posted July 1 Lawler and Heyman actually do hate each other from my understanding. Didn't that stem from Lawler always putting down ECW? Quote
