Loss
Before the match even starts, Bischoff is out with the big NWO guns. The announcers rightfully suspect that Luger and Giant will be stripped of the tag titles. Luger refuses to just hand the belts over without getting something in return. NWO vs WCW at Uncensored, with every title in the company on the line. That's not exactly how they booked this match, but it's an interesting premise. Sting comes out and stands in the middle of the ring. He has a staredown with Hogan and Hogan hugs him as the show goes off the air. Nice segment. soup23
Glad the announcers weren't dumb and knew bischoffs plan. Luger for his part is also not an idiot here as he know he doesn't have much clout and was still able to get something in return in Bischoff agreeing to the Uncensored match. Luger gives a hell of a promo. I am interested to see how Hogan will be acting in the next few months as he doesn't really have a ongoing challenger until the Luger feud in the Summer. Sting comes out and gets embraced by Hogan which seems like he has joined the NWO.
Kevin Ridge
What chance did WCW have with Bischoff reversing these title changes. Though he did seem more focused on the tag belts compared to other belts. Luger wants every belt on the line at Uncensored. Sting makes a visit to the ring. Hogan's hug of Sting was great as the show goes off the air.
El-P
Solid promo from Luger. The idea behind the Uncensored match was nice for a giant WCW vs nWo titles match. I had totally forgotten this Sting segment though. Good cliffhanger ending although it's obvious he hasn't joined the nWo. I like how they slowly slowly build the Sting storyline, which is obviously the big time one.
PeteF3
I always double-take when I see that Sherri's still around at this point. Bischoff is out to do what everyone knew he was going to, which is return the tag belts to the Outsiders. Luger, however, is prepared and counters with a proposition for the Uncensored main event. WCW and the NWO are about to go at it then and there, when Sting comes and stands in the center of the ring. Hogan gives Sting a hug, with no response, but we go off the air with Sting on the NWO side of the ring. Intrigue!
KB8
Dug Luger's promo and how he tries to smartly appeal to Bischoff's gambling side, rather than making demands he knows will likely fall on deaf ears. I have no memory of the proposed match actually happening, though. Sting is still giving nothing away. I wonder if he's really thrown his lot in with Hogan...
