I think it went something like this: "Sid, you are looking for the Undertaker, but tonight here in Germany you have to find me first. I am not human, I am a ghost and tonight the belt is mine, all mine. Have a nice day." I think the reason for this promo being in German is that the whole show (incl. the Shotgun undercard aired as a whole in Germany (I don't think it was live, but it aired before Monday) and I guess they were too lazy to do some editing.
