Loss Posted September 1, 2014 Author Report Posted September 1, 2014 Second occurrence of blackface this year in the WWF, and the Mark Henry part of this is uncomfortably racist. This hasn't aged well, although Jason Sensation is the exception to that and is awesomely talented. Quote
Zenjo Posted September 18, 2014 Report Posted September 18, 2014 Road Dogg as D-Lo is quite funny. The other three ranged from weak to somewhat offensive. Thankfully they had comedian Jason Sensation on hand, and he saved the segment with a hilarious Owen impersonation. That nose was a work of art. Quote
Childs Posted September 26, 2014 Report Posted September 26, 2014 Weak shit compared to the NWO skewering of the Hoursemen, with Triple H doing an especially weak Rock (though the painted-on eyebrow was kind of funny). And that's not even touching on the racism, which was flying fairly thick in WWF at this time, between this and Val Venis' skits with Kaientai. Quote
soup23 Posted September 27, 2014 Report Posted September 27, 2014 I have liked most of the DX stuff but this wasn't good and instead of finding the tones that the Horseman parody did even if it was mean, this was just blatant racism for most parts of it. HHH doesn't look very cool here to me. Quote
Migs Posted January 30, 2015 Report Posted January 30, 2015 As a kid, I remember this being longer and funnier. Now... its okay. Quote
PeteF3 Posted June 22, 2016 Report Posted June 22, 2016 Lawler's attempts to sell this as the funniest thing in history is probably what's most annoying about this in retrospect--er, that and the semi-racism. Jason Sensation manages to get even JR to crack up--"I LOOK LIKE A DAMN ROAD SIGN." Quote
TravJ1979 Posted September 19, 2016 Report Posted September 19, 2016 Agree 100% with Loss. Jason Sensation was the best. This wasn't as funny as I thought at the time. Blackface is never funny. Quote
