Timbo Slice
Well, that's a MOTYC for me. Holy shit.
Steenalized
They crushed it in there, what an awesome finishing stretch.
goodhelmet
Sheamus vs. Cesaro - Cesaro has really been hitting the tanning bed. Nice feeling out section early on leading to the slap and Sheamus just abusing Cesaro after. The uppercut transition was pretty great leading to the Cesaro control. Sheamus showboating cost him! The crowd really doesn’t like Sheamus here. Sheamus is digging in them backbreakers. Great counter to the clubbing by Cesaro. Fucking great stretch run with Cesaro making up counters out of thin air. Man, that Brogue Kick killed it for me but that was a helluva match.
Dylan Waco
Sheamus v. Cesaro was solid, but underwhelming, and then it just exploded. By the time it was over I ended up thinking the pacing and the layout of the first third of the match was actually really smart and not so disjointed. Loved the psychology around Sheamus kick, and even though it's not fresh, I always like that rope a dope finish. Still not as good as last years Main Event match, but this was a great use of two of the three best in ring performers on the current roster
tim
Now THAT fucking ruled. Best Sheamus/Cesaro match yet. It's like they wanted to do some WWE-meets-high-end-puroresu shit. I'm fine with Sheamus winning if this means a rematch.
shoe
A good hard hitting affair. You knew the Brogue Kick was going to be the finish with all the counters to it during the match.Another good match with this matchup.
hammerva
Would have preferred him winning the belt but at least he isn't being made to look like a goof like 2 PPV's ago when he jobbed to RVD
Matt D
I need to rewatch that tomorrow. Got caught up in some work I had to do. That corner knee was nuts though. Now I'll have Sting's theme stuck in my head for the rest of the night.
WingedEagle
Uso vs. Dust Brothers - Solid match with a lot of fun spots that built well with near falls down the stretch. The finish was weak and I'm not at all a fan of moving the belts off of the Usos. Â Sheamus vs. Cesaro - Well this was pretty damn awesome with a hot stretch run and some great, powerful spots with two big dudes hitting each other hard. But again a finish I absolutely hated that protects someone who's been more invisible than even Orton all year while again having Cesaro come up short on a flash pin. Man did I ever want him to win this and see where things go from here.
goodhelmet
OK, what the fuck is this garbage?
fxnj
Shamus/Cesaro is the best WWE match I've seen in years. I agree that it felt like a high end puro match with how stiff they were unloading on each other and the cool flash KO finish.
DMJ
Cool ending to that match, though I wasn't captivated by the first half. It definitely got better as it went on, but I'm not sure I'd call it "must see." Â Â So...is this what we get cuz Reigns is out?
tim
I would have NEVER heard of these guys if not for WWE trotting them out for no reason every now and then. Â And for real, I LOVED that Show/Henry segment.
NintendoLogic
Sheamus/Cesaro was a pretty good hoss fight, but the unstated-but-official WWE policy of finishers and roll-ups being the only legitimate match enders made it difficult for me to care about all the nearfalls down the stretch. goodhelmet
Oh ok... God bless the troops and all that. Â Anyway, I was hoping for Rusev vs. Henry to round out the hour and make it the best hour WWE has produced in a long time.
tim
do they have to tell us the cartoon will be exaggerated and over the top
Matt D
That Show/Henry backstage segment made me want Show to go Soviet. I'm going to use this match to get the toddler to sleep.

The Chief
Is that Heath Slater and Chris Jericho on commentary?
cpst
"Hey look guys, there's still a match going on here." — Lawler pretty much summed it up.
goodhelmet
Miz vs. Ziggler - What really stands out here is how snug Cesaro and Sheamus work and how loose Ziggler and Miz work. Immediately after I wrote that, this thing picked up and everything started connecting nicely. I want to see the replay on that superkick on Miz. That looked nasty. Miz winning doesn’t feel right. They should have changed the Cesaro belt and kept Dolph with the IC belt.
anarchistxx
Miz wins the IC title. Another reason not to watch Raw. How the fuck is he still employed.
hammerva
So now Sandow is selling everything the MIz does including when he gets hurt. Poor Damien. Â The match was pretty good but I had the show on mute watching the Steelers game
Dylan Waco
That match was really not half bad at all. Both guys tried hard. But the shit going on around the match was so ridiculous that the segment itself was hard to watch.
WingedEagle
Miz vs. Ziggler -- I caught Sandow's entrance because he's awesome. Then I was a good husband and went to say hi to the wife and hang there for a few minutes. Got back to see more of the finish than I'd like, but at least I saw Sandow doing his thing during the celebration. I don't know what you do with him but he makes Miz tolerable and that's some HOF type game.
