El-P
Not the best audio quality with Sullivan sounding like he's on the phone, but it can get really fascinating to hear stories about how Nitros were put together, especially all the political stuff involving Hogan. The story of why Hogan put Arn Anderson over was pretty interesting. Kevin says it was all Jim Barnett's idea BTW.
sek69
Was that the one where he said he job was basically keeping Hogan happy, so he created the Dungeon of Doom so Hulk would have 80s era WWF monsters to fight?
El-P
He said that several times actually, including on his WCW Timeline 1996. This is a weekly (?) podcast where he comments on each episode of Nitros and PPVs in order.
Johnny Sorrow
Great Title for a show. And I like the idea.
thebrainfollower
I have to say, after listening to every episode I have a new appreciation for Sullivan as diplomat. And after hearing about Hogan's ego, anyone who thought he'd job clean at Starrcade 97 without the threat of a mob hit the moment he left the ring is out of his mind. Zoo Enthusiast
It's a pretty good show. Sully is a bullshitter but an entertaining one.

thebrainfollower
Be aware it's not free. You have to pay $15 a year to hear them, as well as a bunch of other podcast including Cornette's stuff.
Dooley
Be aware it's not free. You have to pay $15 a year to hear them, as well as a bunch of other podcast including Cornette's stuff. I'd be interested to hear it, but I'm not sure Sullivan's insight is worth the money.
JerryvonKramer
Even though Mister Saint Laurent is a pretty good "second" to Sullivan on these shows (although Kevin puts him over a bit too hard), his voice is one of the whiniest, nerdiest voices of all time. What accent is that? Guuuyyyyyys It's a hell of deaaallll He's so nasal. If you can get past that he arguably rivals Conrad on Flair's shows.
