Are there still a lot of people out there buying porn instead of using the millions of free sites? Obviously, there must be....... From the little I know, the girls make almost no money on the actual movies. They do the movies to get into feature dancing at strip clubs where the real money is at. You'd be surprised. I'm only speaking for the UK, but I know of a couple of women where they're doing decently. Although we don't really have the strip club culture the US has. I remember seeing her in WWF at 16 and thinking that was a star. She really did redefine the role and kind of women they want for better or worse. Quite a few from Japan: Yoshiaki Fujiwara, of course Ryuma Go, a few of the FMW guys were extras in one of those fake Great Sasuke porn movies, Rumi Kazama from LLPW, made a couple, a few minor women wrestlers and I read on this board that Manami Toyota starred on an S&M film. I'd have laughed in your face if you had told me in 1995 that Toyota and Sunny have starred/are going to be in porn movies and I won't even look at screenshots or a sample out of curiosity. There's an 80s movie with Misty Blue Simms and I believe either Linda Dallas or Kat LeRoux. Did Fujiwara really *do* a porn, all I know is he directed one for a variety TV show. That Fujiwara segment is pretty funny. It's from a late night comedy show starring the famous owarai duo Utchan Nanchan. It's kind of surreal watching Fujiwara drink a bottle of booze while directing a porn scene, but what makes it even more surreal is that Rumi Kazama and Shinobu Kandori are watching it on a monitor along with Nanchan. I found the covers for the two Fujiwara tapes. I think Champion might have been involved in distributing the second one, Thunder Ecstasy. Of course pro wrestling got to me to this point. Anyways, add Gorgeous George to the list of people. Chastity was supposedly fired because WCW found out she was in a porn. You might remember her as Raven's sister in WCW and Woman #9023 suffering cane shots and being put through tables by men in ECW. Major Gunns (surprise) also did some porn before(?) WCW and I am not sure if Amy Weber should be included in this list as she was in WWE long enough to have a cup of coffee, but there you go. Finding out about Japan is bother surprising and unsurprising at the same time.What about Mexico? The UK? Surely its not just the American and Japanese wrestlers who have gone mad/decided to make some money outside the business. In this day-and-age, I am surprised that aside from the Hogan tape, nothing else has leaked. In all these years just one tape compared to a myriad of other from all across the entertainment industry. Speaking of that, a good friend of many of us, Vandal Drummond/Kurt Brown was also in a porn movie: "Sex Mex" filmed by Incredibly Strange Wrestling promoter Johnny Legend. Highlights include lesbians in Cien Caras masks and a chick blowing La Momia. I think that he re-released that movie years later with a different name.
