Blehschmidt
So the Continental and International Titles aren't on the line, and we are crowning a new champion..... cause this company needs more belts..... Contrary to my posts, I am enjoying this show!!

I thought Tony Khan said in an interview thar they weren't being unified and this was just a new title.
Timbo Slice
I just now read that and boy, that is dumb.
Johnny Sorrow
If they've committed to these mega long shows, then they should keep doing them as matinees. I've been enjoying watching and cooking and straightening up the place as opposed to being up at 12 am trying not to fall asleep.
Blehschmidt
Well you know, the World, International, Continental, TNT, Tag Team, Trios, RoH World, RoH Tag Team, RoH Pure, and RoH Trios titles just weren't giving the men enough to compete for, so a new title had to be created...... Timbo Slice
Both guys being so beat up means this doesn’t have the kinetic energy the matches in Japan had, and while this is fundamentally sound, it’s not what a lot of folks wanted it to be. Blehschmidt
Well, they just made it sound like the belts are unified. Here is hoping!! All right....let's end this Death Riders nightmare!
Blehschmidt
Holy Shit! She was amazing. Props to the crowd for being respectful during that as well.
MoS
This main has been incredible so far
MoS
We all knew there were going to be interferences, but they were done very well. I thought they did an excellent job conveying hatred and desperation than a stunt show or a typical plunder match. Loved the match. Look at how incredibly hot they are for Hangman, after more than 7 hours in the building. That's how you know he's the ace
sek69
That match was everything it needed to be times a hundred. The Death Riders vanquished, Hangman is redeemed, Danielson avenging the end of his career....everything was perfection.
MoS
Also shout-out to Mox for a tremendous performance
Blehschmidt
Those fork shots were something else! That show was definitely worth the money.
WingedEagle
What an absolutely incredible main event. The involvement of everyone was pitch perfect and Danielson being a part of it was just amazing. Couldn't love it more. I don't throw 5 stars at much but this is one was easy. Running a 6 hour show is a kick in the nuts no matter what, but if you're going to do that a least close it like this. Tetsujin
Holy fucking shit of a hell that main event. Nothing like it. Absolutely surreal match. Has to be the MOTY.
Boss Rock
Really good show. Bucks-Swerve/Ospreay was the best kind of melodramatic kickout fest, Okada-Omega had probably their "worst" match but it was still pretty damn great, and the main event gets a bajillion stars. sek69
So Adam Cole got hurt taking a lariat in the six man on Collision, and it sounds like it might legit be a career ender but like he said in his promo he isn't in the right head space to make that decision at the moment. strobogo
All timer good vibes PPV. Can't even think of one that felt the same. AEW is delightful and thank goodness it exists.
Jmare007
Watched this late and could skip/fast forward stuff so didn't feel as long as it really was. Tremendous stuff by pretty much everyone throughout the show. Mercedes outfit had me weak, not gonna lie, my gawd. I hope they run that Toni match back soon, really liked the match and felt they have another one (or even two) in their pocket. I hope they get the main event spot though. Mox vs Hangman was incredible. Cannot state how fucking happy I was at Hangmayne stabbing Mox not 4 minutes in with that fork. That shit set the tone for the rest of match and it was QUICK, just a perfect spot. Mox was great as well, y'all know I can't fucking stand him 99% of the time but tonight was that 1% were he was dope as fuck. All the run ins and interference were done perfectly as well, the fact we all knew each of those were gonna happen and still worked so well just shows you the level of execution. Also, E&C vs FTR for All Out in Canada might be something special.
Jmare007
Oh, and Jojo coming out singing Ain't Nobody got a huge pop from me. If Swerve would've come out dancing I would've lost it the match/moment wasn't right but I'd love to watch him do that entrance once again. How much does Chaka Khan is charging for that song, goddamn.
sek69
By the way, I assume everyone has seen the Players Tribune short film on the Briscoe family but if for some reason you haven't you need to watch it immediately. Easily one of the best wrestling related things I've ever seen. It's sometimes hard to separate Mark from his more goofy TV persona, but the way he stepped up for his family is remarkable. Him talking about the day Jay died and there's a moment where he just stops mid sentence and it's clear he's reliving it in his mind was heartbreaking. It should also not be overlooked how badass Jay's girls are for how they've recovered from their (serious) injuries. The older girl even seemed to be channeling Jay when she was talking about being told she would have a difficult road to recovery and her response was basically "fuck that, I'm not letting my dad down". Stiva
Spent that whole show with a smile plastered across my face. Well, other than that very serious sounding Adam Cole promo. Daddy Magic saying that they shared some “I love you’s” set the alarm bells ringing that it’s more than a wrestling injury but let’s hope not. Whole show was great, even if the pre-show matches were rough as toast. Men’s gauntlet probably went too long but I guess TK wanted to give everyone their moment at the big show and Cope doing his full entrance on his return was stupid but those are my two gripes. It would have been easy to just crown Fletcher in the 4-way but giving Dustin that moment in Texas and giving us a couple of months of the DUSTIN RHODES TNT OPEN CHALLENGE before having Fletcher win will rule. All the interference in the main kind of went down how I expected but that’s no bad thing as it was so great. The best Moxley match of his AEW run? Hangman feels some degrees bigger and better than during his last run and he really does feel like the man in a way nobody else is. Awesome show. Felt like a huge celebration of what has made AEW so great in the last 6 months and has set up plenty for down the road. Athena vs Toni Storm is going to be so great
sek69
Mox's best match anywhere that I've seen IMO. Him panicking over his impending death after eight months of him leaving bodies in his wake was the perfect capper to this storyline.

He played it absolutely perfect as his chickens came home to roost all at once. An absolute stadium sized performance. I’m intrigued to see just how he and Darby attempt to kill each other over the next few months
