I was never a fan of what I felt was The Iron Sheik being exploited during the lowest times of his life. The Brian Blair videos, the Stern stuff, the indy appearances, even the Twitter account to an extent, and sadly I feel that it how most people are going to remember him. But what an amazing life this man led. From bodyguarding the shah of Iran, to the Olympics, to becoming Heavyweight Champion of the World. Truly a well lived life. I sincerely hope he has found peace and been reunited with his daughter.

Best DDT to me would have to be Arn Anderson. I know Jake's is considered the original and the best by most, but the way Arn could snap that thing off from out of no where and change the tide of a match was a thing of beauty. For Armdrag, I mean, it has to be Ricky Steamboat, right? and when it comes to punches, I'd like to throw out a name that might get overlooked for being newer..... Chris Hero. My Dad always mentions watching Studio Wrestling from Pittsburgh hosted by Chilly Billy. I'm not exactly sure who his favorites were but Sammartino, Dennuci, and Sicluna are the guys he always seems to mention. In later years when he got me into it, he always had a soft spot for Big John Studd, which is probably why I have a soft spot for Studd as well.
