  1. Well that was pretty horrible.
  2. And the crowd goes mild!
  3. That Manhattan Center crowd got finessed with that show, wow.
  4. I knew Trish still looked amazing but holy shit at Torrie.
  5. It would be hilarious if DX gets 10+ minutes for their segment.
  6. We are halfway in and the only thing worth a damn so far has been Vince and Roman vs Miz.
  7. Make it 52 Good ass match, as expected.
  8. Cole saying the IC belt has changed hands 51 times on RAW legit made me sad.
  9. And
  10. Vince is still amazing as an on screen character
  11. Option 1 is not only current wrestling, it says "And you may watch any wrestling prior to this date - once - as long as you have not previously watched it." that's one of the main reason I chose it. I can keep up with any good shit that comes out in the future AND keep finding classics from the past. I'm fine with not rewatching in that scenario. I'm kinda surprised so many people stay with Option 2 considering that would keep them out of unearthing more holy grails or whatever territory footage that has been unseen.
  12. Excalibur is the greatest commentator in this business. Yes he is.
  13. Decent brawl, didn't think it was that intense to be honest. Here's my review. http://prowrestlingonly.com/index.php?/topic/40961-danny-cage-vs-geddy-cahoon-monster-factory-121817/
  14. Brought to me by Secret Santo. This was an ok brawl, a lot of hit and miss stuff. Match was waaay too fucking long and it dragged a in a lot of parts, both wrestlers having to sell and walk to other ring to get weapons or set up stuff became annoying pretty fast, and for a "final fight" type of brawl this didn't look like anything that special. When the thumbtacks were introduced I thought this was going to get into a different level, at least in intensity, but it was still pretty much the same as the previous 2/3 of the match. I did like the selling and the overall story of what they were going for - kinda wish I could see more from Cage - just wasn't that convinced with the execution. The ending felt like a cop out and given how the previous action was just OK, it hurt more than helped.
  15. Well I'll be damned, this was way better than I expected it to be. The middle portion dragged a little bit as Daichi still has some issues mounting a comeback when it's not a tag match, but everything else was top notch. Probably Kawakami's best singles performance to date, dude was vicious and did an excellent job working on top. Really liked the finished too, certainly worth a watch.
  16. dkookypunk43, your match is Terry Funk vs Bob Orton from 5/26/83, a hidden classic imo.
  17. Option 1 no doubt. I have a very good memory so I can live without rewatching stuff. Missing out on classic and potential/future classic matches just so I can relive what I've already seen doesn't sound appealing to me.
  18. As fun as I thought it was going to be. Twin Towers make Daisuke their bitch, and he does a fantastic job as the face in peril (only Twin Towers can make such a massive dude look so vulnerable) trying to overcome the numbers game. Suzuki was a little disappointing as he was mostly used as the hot tag guy and it felt like was working a match made for somebody else, he still had a couple of bright spots but the suplex exchange with Shuji was the only part of the match didn't felt right with me. The rest is pretty much what you expect from a tag like this. A hot Korakuen crowd, a lot of stiff shots and fighting spirit, and people having to earn their shit or be destroyed.
  19. He wants to have an apuestas match with his hair on the line, no coincidence he's been growing it out the last couple of months. I don't think he'll be able to show up for Aniversario but at some point he's going to appear in CMLL and lay the ground work for a big 2019 match...if stays healthy.
  20. Yeah, Nakamura's return would be huge if they can get him back in 2-3 years.
  21. Yeah, it's gonna be interesting to see when they announce the big names involved in this and if Vince will go full Vince and do whatever he can to hurt the show. Kinda weird they chose a date so close to Bryan's contract being up but reportedly, one that will left him out of it. Wouldn't have been smarter to wait till November and have some time to promote his long awaited return? Or, and this is a long shot, maybe Bryan told them he's not leaving WWE (either because he's been promised he'll wrestle again or got some bad tests results). If NJPW doesn't book it before, I wonder if an Okada vs Omega main event could be possible. It's not something New Japan would do in most scenarios, but if it's non title, maybe? Would fans be hyped for a 4th match between them if there's no belt on the line? I still think that's bigger than Rey vs Kenny, at least for the bulk of fans that are into The Bucks/Omega/Cody.
  22. That’s definitely the Cena we’ll get for a match like this. Then sadly, I don't see the hype for this match at all. 09' John against a broken down Taker would be way more compelling to watch than Cena throwing Taker's body around for big spots and a bunch of nearfalls.
  23. Not that I'm surprised, but what did he say now?
  24. I just hope we don't get PWG Cena and the match ends up having 5 AA's and 4 Tombstones.
