For fuck's sake. Keep that stuff private, will you ? You didn't even click the link did you? They didn't tweet, it's a gif from after the match and people reading their lips He's gonna find a way to be mad about that too

I see Corbin pulling a Seth Rollins and interrupting before there's a winner in Nakamura/Jinder.

So glad to see motivated Nakamura even if it was just for 1 night. Holy shit that bump looked scary, I guess it was inevitable once John started his PWG Cena style a couple of years ago.

Really liked them giving Gable and Rusev time and leeway to go "all out" in a TV match. As good as I expected. Aaaand they are gonna feed Rusev to fucking Randy Orton. Fuck this company man.

Sad puppy Rollins is close to insecure Sami in the funny character development department.

The way Jinder cuts his promos makes me think that WWE believes he's being presented as a face to Indian audience. BTW, is there any case in history close to the career of Orton? He's been a main eventer for 13 years, a total flop drawing wise and very few periods of consistently good/great work. I don't recall anyone having a decade+ of consistent pushes with so little so show.

I wonder how much viewership dropped once they put the show after 205 Live. Also, it seems Renee Young wasn't told and found out about it on Twitter.

A 10 minute sprint were two "Davids" put enough of a fight against two Goliaths were the beasts have to get serious to avoid a huge upset. Korakuen makes this match even better by being really into the action. Loved Yoshino's crafty ass finding ways to avoid being destroyed, and Nomura keeps showing why he's a big promise for the division. It's not a "show stealer" or legit MOTYC, but you will have soo much fun watching it, highly recommended.

Hell YES to Roman vs Braun at Balls of Fire. Those two have a very cartoonish feud and matches be compelling and entertaining as fuck. Loved the selling by both too.
-
Can Reigns and Braun legit fight forever? They made a fucking ambulance match dope as fuck.
-
Least shocking development in while by WWE.
-
Did Joe made a turn for this Brock feud or is he still a heel? Haven't checked RAW since Braun got injured and missed this whole build with Lesnar.

Omega/Okada in a 15-20 minute would be outstanding and much better than any of their previous matches. I hope they finally go that route.
-
Considering this is Nagata's last G-1, I'd like him to either headline or semi main event in Sumo Hall (for one of the "semi final" shows) against Tanahashi, in a throwback to the feud that brought the company back from the grave. If the plan is Naito at WK, Final probably is him beating Omega. If the plan is Omega vs Okada IV, I think the final is him beating Ibushi. And a huge mistake, he has to win imo.
-
Considering it's Gedo, getting Omega vs Okada III so soon is no shock at all to be honest. I hope Naito wins the whole thing. I much rather have a WK with Okada vs Naito for the title with Omega vs Ibushi underneath.

Nominating Kento Miyahara vs Suwama - All Japan 6/11/!7 Kento just gets it man. Instead of having bloated matches he just works around a very simple story and then transitions to a dope finishing sequence were the drama escalates and any flaw the match has is reduced to a minimum because the length is short enough for them not to bother anyone. Another really fucking entertaining match from him that doesn't go past the 20 minute mark. Probably easiest wrestler to watch right now in Japan that will give you a fun match every time.

Didn't watch much of the first hour. Main event was a fun spotfest and also thought Jinder vs Orton was fine with some cool moments. Miserable show kayfabe wise though, the only "feel good moment" was Naomi winning? Jeez... Congratulations?

To me, this is great. Not only do we get funny reactions to a useless star rating but I think it eventually will make people stop caring so much about them, and that's awesome news.

Dave is the GOAT stan

Meh, let's wait a couple of years first and see how things unfold. It's pretty common for people that are starting to "open their eyes" to wrestling outside of WWE to take Dave's word and opinion like a big deal. Then those fans get older and that influence wains down. Shit, I've read people that started to get into the New Japan wave in 2012-2013 getting less and less enamored by it. I agree with Matt that if all these opinions bother you, the best solution is staying off twitter when it comes to wrestling.

Is anyone watching WWE weekly TV anymore in this place? There hasn't been a thread for it in like 3 weeks I've barely watched anything besides PPVs after Mania and the last few weeks I haven't even bothered reading what's up. Was kinda surprised seeing on twitter this Sunday is the MITB show. Card so far is 1) The Usos (Jey and Jimmy Uso) © vs. The New Day (Big E, Kofi Kingston, and/or Xavier Woods) - WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship 2) Kevin Owens vs. AJ Styles vs. Baron Corbin vs. Sami Zayn vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Shinsuke Nakamura - Money in the Bank ladder match for a WWE Championship match contract 3) Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Natalya vs. Tamina vs. Carmella (with James Ellsworth) - Money in the Bank ladder match for a WWE SmackDown Women's Championship match contract 4) Naomi © vs. Lana - WWE SmackDown Women's Championship 5) Jinder Mahal © (with The Singh Brothers) vs. Randy Orton - WWE Championship

Didn't you hate great match theory?
