Actually, wasn't his match against Wyatt in the same "will happen if DB is healthy" status like the one against Barret for Sunday?
-
I wouldn't expect anything more than a PR fest. Steph can only say something interesting if she's being lead or provoked by the interviewer, don't see Jericho doing that at all.
-
Report from wrestlezone today. Not sure if there's any other source but I'd take it with a grain of salt.

That Tough Enough promo by HHH died a death. Crowd couldn't give less of a fuck.
-
But the alternate treatment wasn't for neck issues...
-
Wow, if he's having troubles after a concussion then I think it's even worse than if this was arm strength related. The way he told the story on his interview with Jericho, it seemed that Muscle Activation Therapy wasn't a one-and-done type of deal so it wouldn't shock me if he needs to go back and get some treatment done again. Being sent back home a week after a concussion sounds more scary. It does make more sense considering Meltzer said the match with Sheamus on SD! was probably the cause of DB's problems and that Fella reportedly got in trouble after that match.

RAW spoilers from London Did DB get injured or something? A couple of interesting matches but I think I'll skip this one.

I've never bought into the political hit job idea. I don't doubt WWE's incompetence when it comes to "creative" these days.
-
Yup. After that Shoemaker went all in with the concept and ran it to the fucking ground for like 2 years.
-
9,500 attendance is great for pretty much a 1 match show with "new" faces on too. But not a sellout...does Sumo Hall can't hold 10-11k anymore with New Japan's setting or did Meltz got it wrong like at WK ?

In the last part of the interview Bryan says he's pitched the idea of having an interpromotional match against Shinshuke Nakamura in WWE's upcoming Japan tour. He even said it could work with taping that match for the WWENetwork and New Japan World. He also says that most likely it's not gonna happen. The interview was before WM took place, but the idea of the Intercontinental Champion fighting other champions abroad from time to time would be cool as fuck.

Bryan vs Sheamus was very good. Fella hasn't lost one step in the ring and now he finally has a character worth a damn. Don't get too excited about the blood though. They didn't play it off much and the doctor was right there to attend D-Bry.

Not really expecting any long terms changes. I think they have Extreme Rules and maybe even Payback planned with this Bryan/Ziggler/Barret/Sheamus program. But after that they wont be able to help themselves and go back to normal in how they've treated the belt. I wouldn't even shock me if Bryan loses the belt quick because someone on creative convinced Vince that Sheamus needs the belt for his heel turn to work or some shit like that I'd love to be proven wrong.
-
yeah, they are perfect for down times and little bits of news. I prefer one big thread with lots of discussion than a bunch of threads with very few posts. And a lot of times there are news and reports that really don't warrant a thread. oh well.
-
Well that was underwhelming. I guess they set the bar too high after the first 90 minutes.
-
So what is closing the show? More HHH/Rock build or do they go back to Brock? Maybe Reigns?
-
Was it Joe? edit: didn't realize there was a whole new page of posts.
-
Too good to be true. But man, that sounds amazing.
-
Holy shit, they actually showed real consequences with no commentary and the aftermath after the break.
-
I think this is the best they've booked Brock since he came back. I can't wait to see him again.
-
Barret-Sheamus-Ziggler-Bryan is a nice group for a good singles and even tag matches. Hopefully they ran and build them for more than just Extreme Rules.
-
By the way, we kinda already know 3 matches for next year. - Taker (retirement?) - HHH vs Rock or a mixed tag - Brock vs ??? And they'll try to get Austin for one more match (if not, he's gonna be a guest referee). If it's another 7 match card then once again there wont be much space for full-timers.

I'm not even saying more than 50 fans wanted to see that (just throwing out a number). I'm saying that you can't claim people who wanted a victor in that match are somehow wrong for wanting that. That's what the show was advertised to be, for better or for worse. Mmm. But that small number of fans is probably way bigger now and I don't think the minority that wanted a victor in the match doesn't want to watch a rematch. Isn't the point of wrestling work the fans to keep watching? Seems to me like they succeeded (in a good way, for once).

The Triple Threat lasted like a minute. Is it such a big deal considering it was done to not pin Lesnar and give an ending that people weren't going to dread more than lying to fans? I don't know man, you really think people feel ripped off after what happened?
-
Oh, do people still believe the company will still go through with the "re build the IC/US titles" plan? I say they forget about it by May or June. After reddit sent HHH a fruit basket after NXT Takeover I wonder if someone is gonna send a couple of kilos of Colombia's finest to Vince.
