How is it protecting a finisher by kicking out of it on a "debut" match? The fact that he still beat Cena with it makes it way less harmful but they could've done better job considering all the moves Owens did. I mean it wasn't that big of a deal but Cena kicking out of it was completely unnecesary.

Dude is really breaking down, I still don't see him retiring but I hope he has a nice run in Tough Enough and then takes a year off to fully rest and only then see if his body can take a comeback.

I'm surprised Beadle didn't "turn off" her WWE card after learning Austin's history with DV. I mean, she so adamant on taking a stand and fight for those rights....just like when she sat next to Jim Lampley for an interview (another guy with DV problems). Wow, if he's having troubles after a concussion then I think it's even worse than if this was arm strength related. The way he told the story on his interview with Jericho, it seemed that Muscle Activation Therapy wasn't a one-and-done type of deal so it wouldn't shock me if he needs to go back and get some treatment done again. Being sent back home a week after a concussion sounds more scary. It does make more sense considering Meltzer said the match with Sheamus on SD! was probably the cause of DB's problems and that Fella reportedly got in trouble after that match.

In the last part of the interview Bryan says he's pitched the idea of having an interpromotional match against Shinshuke Nakamura in WWE's upcoming Japan tour. He even said it could work with taping that match for the WWENetwork and New Japan World. He also says that most likely it's not gonna happen. The interview was before WM took place, but the idea of the Intercontinental Champion fighting other champions abroad from time to time would be cool as fuck.

Bryan vs Sheamus was very good. Fella hasn't lost one step in the ring and now he finally has a character worth a damn. Don't get too excited about the blood though. They didn't play it off much and the doctor was right there to attend D-Bry.

Not really expecting any long terms changes. I think they have Extreme Rules and maybe even Payback planned with this Bryan/Ziggler/Barret/Sheamus program. But after that they wont be able to help themselves and go back to normal in how they've treated the belt. I wouldn't even shock me if Bryan loses the belt quick because someone on creative convinced Vince that Sheamus needs the belt for his heel turn to work or some shit like that I'd love to be proven wrong.

yeah, they are perfect for down times and little bits of news. I prefer one big thread with lots of discussion than a bunch of threads with very few posts. And a lot of times there are news and reports that really don't warrant a thread. oh well.
