Favourite style of wrestling? - "Strong style" ass kickings. Favourite way wrestling is presented? - Watch any 80's MSG wrestling show. Something about the way those shows were lit has always appealed to me. Favourite type of match? - Title matches where the end result isn't blatantly obvious, going in. Favourite gimmick match?- Royal Rumble match. Favourite wrestler? - Currently, Finn Balor. Favourite match? - For sheer emotion, Hogan beating The Iron Sheik for the WWF title. Favourite feud? - Austin vs McMahon. Favourite angle? - The Montreal Screwjob, while not technically an angle, still led to some of the best stuff in wrestling, during that era. Favourite promotion/period of wrestling? - Rock n Wrestling era WWF. Ah, to be young again. Little things that happen in wrestling that you always love? - Heel/face turns that you don't see coming.

Maybe Neville wins the match against BNB, tonight, and becomes the number one contender for the IC title. A Bryan-Neville program would be a hell of a lot of fun. If Bryan is totally healthy, that is.
-
Kidd/Cesaro retain vs New Day, and probably go on to feud with The Lucha Dragons. I think Naomi beats Nikki to win the Divas Title. I don't think Bryan will be there, so maybe they'll do BNB vs Neville. Dolph kisses Sheamus's pasty white arse. Ambrose beats Harper, because Dean needs a win...badly. Cena beats Rusev in what should be a good match. Reigns beats Show, decisively. I think Rollins retains, due to Bray Wyatt interfering to take out Orton. Also look for more seeds to be planted for Kane's face turn.

Wrestling podcasts-or podcasts, in general- that sound like they were recorded inside a tin can, using Dollar Store gear. The content may be interesting, but the shitty quality tends to make it unlistenable.

Wrestling's Best, Worst and Wackiest Music Videos
Seej replied to BruiserBrody's topic in Pro Wrestling
It's not on YouTube, but on the Memphis wrestling TV show circa 1982-3, they aired a Lawler tribute video using John Denver's "Some Days Are Diamonds". Because nothing says 'rasslin like John Denver..... -
Technically not wrestlers, but Jim Cornette and Vince Russo is the first one that came to mind. It's so bad that, for a time, Jim wouldn't deal with Kayfabe Commentaries because they did some projects with Russo.

New Day vs. Cesaro/Kidd was a really fun match, with the champs being the default babyfaces. I just hope they don't turn them totally face, though.

WrestleMania weekend is still one of my favorite things.

I've never watched an entire TNA/Impact show. Up until it began airing on AXS, I've never watched a whole Japanese wrestling show. Ok, I feel better now.

The terms workrate and moveset have always bugged me. I know I'm in the vast minority with that view, though.

I think either Taker or Sting headline 2016, but I can't see both going in at once. Freebirds will most likely be inducted, since it's Dallas and all. Plus, Jimmy Garvin was big in Dallas as a solo act. I could see Ivan Koloff being the Bruno-era inductee, this time. Other possible inductees could include Kamala, Jim Cornette and the Midnight Express, Bruiser Brody, Teddy Long, Sable, and maybe Muta. As for the celebrity wing, it's really time for them to induct either Andy Kaufman or Cyndi Lauper.

CM Punk chants happening during AJ Lee's matches, or any matches, actually. Now that she's gone, maybe that will stop. Also, wrestling podcast hosts who come off as virtually clueless about the subject of pro wrestling. Alice Radley is a prime example of this.

i'm guessing she's pregnant. But yeah, she has been mediocre since her return. I wonder if she'll give an official farewell on Raw?
-
One of the current NXT crop will likely be a major player on the card. Part of me hopes it's Kevin Owens vs. either Rusev or Brock, but that's asking too much.
-
I was entertained for 4 plus hours. Really good show. My only hope is that Show winning the Battle Royal is some kinda going away gift to him, giving him one more Wrestlemania moment before he retires.
-
Bray Wyatt apparently injured his ankle while working in the ring, today.
-
It was Terry Gordy as The Executioner. I think this was after Gordy had his stroke, so he probably wasn't able to do much. I'm guessing Vince brought him in as a favor to Michael Hayes.

Cesaro/Kidd retain. I don't see the Usos winning again, and nobody cares about New Day or the Matadores. Actually, I think Big E., Fernando and Diego will be part of the post-Mania Future endeavors. Paige/AJ win despite the recent tension. Prepare for annoying "CM PUNK!!" chants during this match. Andre Battle Royal is a tossup between Mizdow, returning Sheamus or NXT mini-tournament winner Adrian Neville. IC Ladder Match will be won by Bryan, with a possible Dolph heel turn during or after the match. Orton beats Rollins, because I think Seth will at least attempt a cash-in later in the evening. Taker beats Bray. No way does the Deadman lose two WM's in a row. If nothing else, the entrances should be great. Rusev vs. Cena has potential to be fantastic. I can't see Cena losing, here. Sting beats Triple H, with tons of smoke and mirrors and interference from several Authority members, and maybe multiple faux Stings ala late period WCW. With Lesnar staying, I think the chance of him winning has increased, considerably. If he wins, Seth tries and fails to cash in. If Roman wins, Seth successfully cashes in.
-
Someone suggested that Rock might interfere on his cousin's behalf, leading to Rock-Brock at WM 32.
-
Still "somewhat enthused". Cena vs. Rusev might just steal the show, and I think Brock-Roman is gonna be better than people are predicting, especially if there's some sort of chaotic finish.
-
I was thinking that, too. Unless Orton wins, and they have Seth cash in on Reigns the same night. Of course, there's always the possibility that Lesnar wins, especially if he re-signs with WWE.
-
Just looking through the card, and it seems like nearly every babyface is favored to win- Reigns, Sting, Bryan, Cena, Orton, AJ and Paige, and Taker. Going by that logic, a heel would almost surely have to win the tag team title match and the ATGMBR. Unless most predictions are way off, and they go with some "upset" victories.

Is he the first sort of well known star since Misawa to have died in-ring? I can't think of any others, since 2009. Just a horrible, tragic accident. Just goes to show that the business is far more dangerous than a lot of people make it out to be.

Fujinami has held both the (now defunct) WWF International Heavyweight Championship, and the Jr. Heavyweight Championship.

I'll be very surprised if she's not at 'Mania. A good indicator is going to be if we see her in the audience at the HOF indcution, the night before.
