  1. Gordi said it best, WHOA! Wow looks like Bad News wins the war with Dr. D. LOL, that Embry never ceases to amaze me. He really capitalized on getting the victory for his team. I'm really interesting in seeing Mr. Olympia run as Texas Champ.
  2. Would anybody have any objections if I picked up Tiger Jeet Singh? I didn't see his name on any rosters or the Free Agents list.
  3. WOW! So much going on. The Funks and Von Erich set up was great, I actually thought the apology was the end of it. What a swerve! Man, the Von Erich's took a beating in Houston. Mr. Olympia winning the Texas title was a nice surprise. Looks like Bad News and Dr. D have a lot to settle. That must of been a wild scene as even the cops got involved. LOL at Embry and Garvin leaving Leatherface behind. Pringle might be right about Big John Studd, I don't know who can stop him. Fun match between Southern Boys and Steiners. You're doing an awesome job with WCCW, it's not just exciting but it's explosive non stop action!

Mark Youngblood vs. Terry Gibbs Gibbs works over Youngblood with some hard hits, chokes and stomps. Mark comes back with a flurry of chops, swings Gibbs to the ropes and back body drops him. Youngblood body slams Gibbs then goes out on the apron and hits the slingshot splash for the pin! American Made vs. The Kiniski Brothers The match starts off pretty clean with some good tag team wrestling. The Kiniski's look pretty sharp tonight as they work over Kirchner. Kelly hits Kirchner with an atomic drop and Nick follows with a back suplex. They cant put Kirchner away and Kirchner is able to tag in Kernodle. Kernodle takes control with a clothesline on Nick. Kernodle executes the neckbreaker then tags in Kirchner who finishes it off with the fallaway slam for the pin! Afterwards American Made help Nick up and the two teams shake hands. Pedro Morales vs. The Iron Sheik w/Alexis Smirnoff Sheik attacks Morales from behind and punches him down then stomps away on him. Sheik chokes Morales with his boot. The Ref pushes Sheik back and Smirnoff reaches under the ropes and chokes Morales. Sheik swings Morales to the ropes and goes down for the back drop but Morales kicks him. Morales hammers away on Sheik with a flurry of punches. Morales winds up and sends Sheik flying with a fist. Morales swings Sheik to the ropes and back body drops him then jumps up and drops a knee. Smirnoff gets up on the apron and Morales runs over with a flying knee that sends Smirnoff off the apron. Sheik comes up and kicks Morales from behind then gut wrench suplexes him back. Sheik covers 1..2..Kick Out! Sheik picks up Morales but Morales punches away on the Sheik then body slams him. Morales runs back to the ropes but is tripped up by Smirnoff, Morales runs back towards Smirnoff. Sheik hits Morales from behind and rolls him back with a hand full of tights 1..2..3! Smirnoff runs in and helps Sheik up then raises his arm to the booing crowd. Morales comes up from behind, grabs both of their heads and slams them together. The crowd cheers as Morales shakes his fists. Soul Patrol vs. The Fabulous Blondes These two contending teams put on a good contest for the fans. After about 20 minutes, Norvell hits Crews with a body slam, Timbs runs in and gets a body slam from Norvell. Sugar runs in and him and Norvell swing Crews to the ropes and hit him with a double back elbow smash. Timbs runs over and gets a double back body drop from the Soul Patrol. The Ref is trying to regain order. He guides Sugar back to his corner. Timbs pulls something out of his tights and slips it in Crew's hand. Norvell picks Crews up and Crews nails him with the foreign object. Crews staggers back and Timbs tags himself in. Timbs hops up on the 2nd turnbuckle and drops a double front forearm smash on Norvell. The Ref counts 1..2..3! Bob Backlund vs. 'The Great One' David Sammartino Most of this match is Backlund out wrestling and frustrating David. David bails out of the ring several times and the fans let him have it. David yells back at them. David gets back in the ring and continues to yell at the fans. Backlund grabs David by the waist and suplexes him over. Backlund picks David up in a vertical suplex position and drops him back. Backlund picks David up and hits the atomic drop, David fly's forward and through the ropes. David staggers around on the outside as the Ref counts. David waves his hands in frustration and heads to the back as the fans boo him mercifully. The Ref counts to 10 and raises Backlund's hand in victory. Backlund doesn't seem to pleased with this victory. It's possible David might have jet lag from his flight back from Canada. Hot Property vs. The Devil's Duo These two teams have been going at it recently both in Mid Atlantic and Wild West Wrestling. Multiple times all four men are in the ring brawling. The Ref shows a lot of leniency in this match. Sword and Savoldi are fighting in a corner and Vines and Travis are going at it in the opposite corner. Hot Property swings The Duo into each other, the Duo collides then staggers back and Hot Property drop kicks them back into each other. The Ref finally gets some control. The Duo takes over with a double running knee to Travis's back. They follow with a double back breaker. They swing Travis into their corner and put the boots to him. Savoldi runs over and once again everybody is brawling. In all the chaos Vines swings Savoldi to the ropes and ducks down but Savoldi fly's over him with a sunset flip, the Ref jumps over and counts 1..2..3! Savoldi wasn't the legal man but in all the confusion the Ref made the count. The Devil's Duo are yelling at the Ref then charge over and continue the fight with Hot Property. The two teams brawl all the way to the back. Taped Fist Match Rocky Johnson vs. Bob Roop There's a reason these guys hands are heavily taped because they just go all out and pound away on each other. Both men end up bleeding as they hammer away on each other's heads. Roop gets control with a low blow. He clamps on a headlock and punches away. Roop body slams Johnson then puts his knee on his chest, grabs him by his head and punches repeatedly on his bloody face. Roop throws Johnson outside the ring. Roop goes out and stomps away on him. Roop picks up Johnson and swings him towards the steel post but Johnson reverses it and swings Roop head first into the post. After Johnson clears the cob webs he grabs Roop and hammers away on his head. Johnson throws Roop back into the ring. Johnson slides in and waits. Roop grabs the ropes and slowly lifts himself up. Roop is dazed and staggers around. Johnson holds his taped fist in the air to the cheering crowd. Roop turns towards him and Johnson blasts him with a solid right hand! Roop just falls back. Johnson covers 1..2..3! The crowd roars as Johnson holds his fists in the air.
  5. MACW @ WTBS Studios TV aired 3-8-86 Schiavone: Hello again everybody and welcome to another edition of Mid Atlantic Championship Wrestling, back with me this week is David Crockett. Welcome back David and boy do we have a lot in store tonight. David: Thank you Tony and yes we do. We will see and hear from a number of wrestlers who will be on the big Omni card. We have learned that 2 more matches have been added to that big card as Jimmy Snuka will go one on one with Ron Fuller and the Stud Stable Rob Fuller and Jimmy Golden will defend their US titles against the number 1 contenders the Nightmares. Schiavone: Wow, as if that card could get any bigger. As I said we have a lot of action tonight as well. Mark Youngblood will take on Tom Prichard, Jimmy Snuka will go head on with US tag champ Jimmy Golden and Spike Huber will take on one half of the Devil's Duo Jeff Sword. David: All that and also in action will be the Soul Patrol, Wildcat Wendell Cooley, Bob Backlund, Hot Property, Billy Robinson and The Iron Sheik teams up with Alexis Smirnoff. We will hear from Harley Race in regards to his upcoming NWA Title match with Rick Martel. We will also show you a special work out by Magnum TA as he gets ready for that gigantic 10 man tag match in the Omni. Speaking of that match please welcome our guests at this time, the United States Champion, Ric Flair and the NWA world tag team champions Ole and Arn Anderson along with JJ Dillon. Flair and the Andersons come out with the belts on their shoulders while JJ sports a smug smile. Flair: WHOOOO! David Crockett, you just stand there and keep your mouth shut! Just take a moment and look at what greatness is all about. JJ: You're right about that champ. Now as everybody knows the 4 Horsemen are worldwide and right now Tully is up in Canada showing Lutte what the 4 Horsemen are all about. Come March 11th at the Omni, Tully will be ready to rock. As a matter of fact David Crockett, yours truly worked out a deal and on March 22nd in Wheeling West Virginia, the NWA Canadian International Champion Jacques Rougeau will defend his prestigious title against none other than Tully Blanchard! HA! Yea you heard me. I told you the 4 Horsemen are global and Tully is going to win that Canadian Championship and become an Icon over there just like he is here. Now as for the 10 man tag match, Magnum thinks he has the upper hand. Nonsense! We are the most elite group in wrestling and now we have Chicky Starr with us. Nothing can stop us. Tell them boys. Ole: As always I'll keep it plain and simple. We're going into the Omni for a fight and that's exactly what we're going to do. Magnum has a plan and everybody does until I punch them right in the mouth. Until I wrap them up and make them beg for their lives. We're going to hurt them and hurt them bad, it's just as simple as that. Arn: At the Omni the 4 Horsemen and Chicky Starr are going to commit a crime, not jaywalking, not petty theft, but aggravated assault! Magnum thinks bringing in Colon will help, not when we have Chicky Starr. He thinks the Road Warriors are going to help, not when we have the NWA tag team champions. He thinks that crazy fool Terry Funk is going to save them, no way, not when we have the greatest technician in the world, Tully Blanchard. That just leaves you Magnum and guess what? We have the man who beat you for the US title, tell them champ. Flair: Whoo! You all heard him. There is not a weak link amongst our team. I see nothing but weakness with Magnum and his clowns. Oh Magnum, poor Magnum, I'm going to wrap that figure four on you and take you to school boy. After we take care of business at the Omni, the 4 Horsemen and Chicky Starr are going to party all night long and put every bar we can out of business. Now, as for my US title, boy the NWA is trying to send in the big guns this month. Whoo! I've got Raymond Rougeau on the 15th and Kevin Von Erich on the 22nd. When I beat those so called contenders, a world title match had better be in the cards and I hope your listening Bob Geigel. Whoo! 4 Horsemen! Chicky Starr! Omni! The after party! It's going to be one wild night! WHOOOOOOOO! David: Ok well, there you have it. A very confident group as they head to the Omni. Well, lets go to the ring. Hot Property vs. Vic DeMarco and Carl Hillman Hot Property are riding on some serious momentum, after some great outings on Wild Wild Wrestling in Texas. They work over their opponents with quick tags and crisp double team maneuvers. Travis and Savoldi swing Hillman to the ropes and hit the double Hot Shot for the pin! Commercial Break Schiavone: Fans with me at this time is the Mid Atlantic Champ, Harley Race. Harley, at the Omni you and Rick Martel will collide for the NWA World Title. It's all on the line. Race: Schiavone, you act like I should be nervous. I've been there before and I'm going to be there again. Martel has spent his reign ducking me and now he has to finally face me. Martel, at the Omni I'm coming to take my title back and there's absolutely nothing you or the NWA can do about it! Schiavone: A very determined Harley Race. Fans back to the ring. Billy Robinson vs. Tim Straw Billy toys with Straw and takes him down several times then hits a double arm suplex for the pin! The fans boo as Billy heads to the podium. Schiavone: Impressive win Mr. Robinson, well it's you and Tony St. Clair at the Omni. Billy: I'm so sick and tired of hearing that name. Everybody knows I'm the greatest wrestler to come out of the UK and yet everybody keeps talking about Tony St. Clair. He talked tough last week but he wont be able to back that up in the Omni. I guess I'll have to prove what I already know and that I am the superior wrestler. I'm taking you down St. Clair! Commercial Break Wildcat Wendell Cooley vs. Lou Simms Cooley has the fans fired up as he body slams Simms then follows with a drop kick. Once again Paul Jones comes out to ringside and scouts Cooley. Cooley hoists Simms up and finishes him off with the Oklahoma Stampede for the pin! Jones likes what he sees then heads to the back. Cooley heads over to the podium. David: Wendell, you've been on quite a roll here in Mid Atlantic. It seems like you've caught the attention of one Paul Jones. Cooley: First of all, its great to be here wrestling in front of these great people. I'm feeling great and I'm in the best shape of my life. Now I'm not sure what Paul Jones is looking for, he hasn't said anything to me. Paul Jones walks out. Jones: Wendell, I'll tell you what I'm looking for. I'm looking for another member of the Paul Jones Army and from what I've seen, you just might fit in very nicely. I like what I see. Come and talk to me in the back and I think you'll like what I have to say. Jones walks away as Wendell looks a bit puzzled. David: Well, I guess we know Mr. Jones intentions, I'm not sure if Wendell Cooley is interested. Fans my next guests are the Assassins led by their manager the Assassin. Now recently at a house show, your two men interfered in a match, costing American Made their match against Alexis Smirnoff and the Iron Sheik. What was that all about? Assassin: David Crockett, I told you the Assassins were coming to wreak havoc. I told you we were serving notice to every tag team in Mid Atlantic. Well, Kernodle and Kirchner just happen to be first up on the hit list. When we're done with them, on to the next team and so on until we're wearing tag team gold. Once again, get ready Mid Atlantic because this is only the beginning! Commercial Break Spike Huber vs. Jeff Sword w/Doug Vines and Paul Jones Huber starts off with fire as he hip tosses Sword several times then drop kicks him out of the ring. Vines and Jones yell at Huber then tend to Sword. Sword gets control with an eye rake and body slam then starts stomping away on Huber. Huber makes a big comeback, swings Sword to the ropes and hits the Powerslam! The Ref counts 1..2..Vines runs in and stomps on Huber. The ref signals for the DQ. Sword regroups and joins in. They double slam Huber. Jones throws in a chair. The Duo slams Huber on the chair! They place the chair on top of Huber. Vines jumps off the top rope and stomps the chair into Huber's ribs! Sword jumps off the top rope and does the same thing. The fans cheer as Hot Property rushes in and pounds away on the Devil's Duo. The Duo bail out of the ring and Jones takes them to the back. It looks like Huber is in serious pain as Hot Property checks on him. Commercial Break Schiavone: What a despicable act by the Devil's Duo. Spike Huber had to be helped out of here by trainers. What a shame as Huber had been on a roll here. We'll keep you updated. Well fans, on March 11th at the Omni you will see former AWA World Champ, 'Mr. Wonderful Paul Orndorff clash with Bruiser Brody, in what should be one heck of a hard hitting match up. In another special match up, The Cobra makes his Mid Atlantic debut against the legendary Mil Mascaras. Boy, what a way to make a debut here. March 11th will be a historic one in the Omni. Ok fans, to the ring. Soul Patrol vs. Bill Richards and Clyde Putnam The fans are on their feet and cheering as Sweet Brown Sugar jumps up and executes a flying scissors on Richards. Norvell comes in and nails Richards with a flying knee. Norvell tags in Sugar, they hit the double suplex, roll back, jump up then crash down with a double diving headbutt for the pin! David: Wow! The Soul Patrol looked fantastic. Fans please welcome out Don Kernodle and Corporal Kirchner, American Made. Well boys, you heard what the Assassin had to say. Any comments? Kernodle: The Assassin seems to think we're going to just roll over and take this. Think again my friend! We just don't do that! Kirchner: Exactly right! We're not going too lay down and play victim to these guys. They want a fight? Well so do we! Anytime, anyplace Assassins! Lets see how you do when your face to face with us! David: I think the Assassins messed with the wrong team. Fans when we come back, Superfly Snuka takes on US Tag Champ, Jimmy Golden. Commercial Break Jimmy 'Superfly' Snuka vs. US Tag Champ Jimmy Golden w/Rob Fuller Golden attacks Snuka from behind and pounds away with heavy fists. Golden controls for awhile until he goes for a back drop and Snuka grabs his head and slams it straight down on the canvas. Snuka drops several knees on Golden then picks him up and body slams him. Snuka jumps off the 2nd rope, going for a knee drop but Golden rolls out of the way. Golden regroups and works on the knee. Golden lifts Snuka up and slams him knee first on the turnbuckles. Golden hits a back suplex and goes for the cover but Snuka gets his foot on the ropes. Rob gets on the apron and yells at the Ref. Golden joins in. Snuka limps up and grabs Golden by the back of his head then jumps up and nails him with a headbutt! Golden crashes into Rob, Snuka rolls Golden up 1..2..3! Ron Fuller runs in and kicks away on Snuka's knee. Rob slides back into the ring and helps his brother. Golden is still laid out. The Fullers double team Snuka until several wrestlers run in to get them off him. Commercial Break Schiavone: What a wild scene we just had. I sure hope the Superfly will be healthy enough for his match against Ron Fuller at the Omni. If I know Jimmy Snuka, I don't think that matters. It will be a busy night at the Omni for the Stud Stable as Rob Fuller and Jimmy Golden defend the US titles against the Nightmares. Fans before we go to the ring, with me right now along with Paul Jones is Johnny Rich. Johnny, you and Brett Sawyer have been going round and round in all the arenas. At the Omni, it will be you and Brett in a anything goes Alley match. Rich: (Bandage on his forehead) You see this bandage, its because of that no good dirty cheat'n Sawyer! He's also a coward! That's why he's not even hear tonight. Schiavone: Let me clarify, he's booked in Lutte right now. Jones: Shut up Schiavone! Rich: Sawyer, I'm going to finish you off once and for all at the Omni when I beat you down boy! I'm going to give you the biggest whip'n of your life! You hear me boy! I'm running that no good Sawyer out of town once and for all! Schiavone: A very angry Johnny Rich, I still cant believe this is the same Johnny Rich I used to know. Ok fans, to the ring. The Iron Sheik and Alexis Smirnoff vs. Jim Davidson and Gary Williams Sheik and Smirnoff just destroy their opponents. Smirnoff hits a backbreaker on Williams then turns him over. Smirnoff crashes down with a knee drop from the top turnbuckle then tags in Sheik. Sheik clamps on the Camel Clutch for the victory! The fans boo as they head to the podium. David: You guys seemed to have formed quite the tag team. Smirnoff: What you have here is two men who represent their great countries very well. We have united our forces for one reason, to rule the tag team division here in Mid Atlantic and all over the NWA. David Crockett, I want to tell you and all these stupid lazy Americans that we will now be known as The Caspian Empire! It is that sea that binds our great countries. Together, we cannot be stopped! Sheik: That's right! No team can stop our power. Cameraman zoom it! (Sheik Flexes) We will be champions because Iran is number 1, Russia is number 1. Any team in the USA (Sheik spits on the ground) David: Oh my, looks like a very dangerous alliance has formed. Fans, here's another special look at Austin Idol. A video of Austin Idol clips is shown to the song 'Do you want to touch me' by Joan Jett is played. It ends with 'Coming Soon to Mid Atlantic' Commercial Break Bob Backlund vs. Alex Portman Backlund rolls around Portman then suplexes him back. Backlund picks up Portman and hits him with the running atomic drop for the pin! Schiavone: Another solid win for Bob Backlund. I'm sure Bob is in contention for some title shots. Speaking of titles, last week we saw the TV Champ, Terry Taylor get jumped by Rock Riddle's Agency as the Fabulous Blondes and Tom Prichard really did a number on him. Taylor will defend his TV title against Prichard at the Omni, now if Prichard fails to win the title, he says he'll leave Mid Atlantic. On that note, up next Tom Prichard will take on Mark Youngblood. Commercial Break 'The Doctor of Desire' Tom Prichard w/Rock Riddle vs. Mark Youngblood Prichard tries to attack Youngblood before the bell but Mark blocks his shots and chops away on him. Mark swings Prichard to the ropes and hits him with a flying thrust shot. Riddle gets on the apron and Mark raises his hand and Riddle hops down in a hurry. Mark gets raked in the eyes and Prichard follows with a gut wrench suplex. Prichard drops a knee and covers 1..2..Kick Out! Prichard swings Mark to the ropes and hits him with a back elbow smash then drops an elbow but still cant put Mark away. Prichard continues to punch away on Mark. The fans start to rally behind Mark. Mark gets the War Dance going then starts chopping away on Prichard. He swings Prichard to the ropes and back body drops him. Mark body slams Prichard then goes outside on the apron. He's gearing up for the sling shot splash but Riddle comes over and grabs his leg. The ref runs over and is arguing with Riddle. Prichard gets up and super kicks Mark in the back of his head, then drags him through the ropes and back into the ring. The Ref is still arguing with Riddle. The fans roar as Terry Taylor hits the ring, Prichard turns around and gets nailed with the flying 5 arm smash! Taylor rolls out of the ring. Mark puts his arm over Prichard. The Ref turns around 1..2..3! The fans go crazy as Riddle throws a tantrum. Commercial Break Riddle and a very groggy Prichard are at the podium. David: (Smiling) Well, looks like Taylor got some payback and Mark Youngblood walks away with a victory. Riddle: Real funny Davey Baby, but I guarantee you or Taylor wont be smiling after the Doctor of Desire takes that TV title right off him! That title belongs on an A lister baby, a real top star and that top star is Tom Prichard. The next time you see the Doctor of Desire, you will address him as champ, got it! They storm out. David: (Still smiling) Ok fans we want to close out the show with a special video of Magnum TA It shows Magnum working out hard in the gym. He's lifting weights and working the knee hard. He takes time out. Magnum: As you can see I'm training hard and motivated. 6. Another great round of shows as WrestleMania season is in full swing! Love the hype for the Battle Royal. The Roma turn was executed with perfection. Bull is gaining serious momentum. The Savage/Windham match will be all kinds of awesome. I also loved the Ventura going off on Santana, totally great 80s stuff right there. Chicago is one lucky city to have Mania 2 coming.
  7. Great card. King Tonga with a big win over Raymond. For some reason I found the team of Charland and Sammartino so interesting. I'll have to invite Charland to Mid Atlantic and team them together some more. Good Grief, Gordy with a dominant title defense.
  8. A lights out match between Dr. Death and Gordy will be an all out brawl. That match gets my money. I like the new stable of the Hollywood Blondes, what a perfect trio. I wonder if Wahoo will be ready for his title match?? And man, what a way to make a debut as Ron Bass and Black Bart make a huge statement as the Long Riders. This will be an interesting story.
  9. You did such a great job with Tully. It was great seeing him in the spotlight here. His interview was priceless and that finish was so Tully LOL. The Adonis/Borne segment was awesome. I love Borne's character here. I wonder who Paul E will get to team with Adonis. Thanks for the Mid Atlantic showcase matches. Nice seeing Charland get a strong win over a Creatchmen Family member. The Vachons/Harts Tag title match should be a good one.
  10. Great show. A lot of emotion on this episode. I love the direction these feuds are going. Santana is looking strong and Invader 3 was a class act. Los Pastores are causing havoc and I'm sure will pay for what they did to Invader 3. I like the story here with the Super Medicos. The Light heavyweight tournament should be action packed. It will be interesting to see Brody come back without Chicky. Speaking of Chicky, the man always has a plan LOL. The main event was great and set up more intriguing angles. Al gets a bit of revenge even with a broken leg. Really liked the fire Colon expressed tonight.
  11. What a wild card! The main event was all kinds of great chaos. Great seeing the Horsemen in Lutte. The Freebirds/ Creatchman Family match was awesome. Fun seeing David on the same card with his Dad. I wonder if they had words tonight.
  12. Spivey with another huge win over Dream! I think it's safe to say, Spivey is one of the top names in this world right now. Love the Tanaka/Zenk match. Kabuki/Blackwell was insane! Absolutely love the Piper/Orton team. The AWA continues to put out big time cards.
  13. Looks like Baron found the perfect place in Wright's Army. Adrian Street has a great debut. Its fun to see Street in this kind of environment. I wouldn't want to be the Andersons with the Road Warriors coming after them. Cornette must be riding high right now as his Midnight Express are a million dollars richer and holding the National Tag Titles.
  14. MACW's next entrant will be TV champ Terry Taylor.
  15. The Steiners and Long Riders will be quite the barroom brawl! That 8 man tag must of been a wild one. Jimmy Jack and the Missing Link as a team fit so well, especially at Billy Bob's. Great seeing Wrestling 2 involved in an angle here. Cant wait to see who he gets as a partner.
  16. I second that Tanaka/Brickhouse match. That would of bee a fun match to watch. Spivey continues to look strong against the AWA's top names. Maybe Spivey can shut Larry Z up LOL. I can imagine those suplexes by Saito, oh man Zenk must of been spinning. I like the sportsmanship with Steamboat and Rotunda.
  17. MACW's next entrant will be Harley Race. 2 more names coming soon.
  18. Piper and Orton!!!!!! Oh man what a debut! Piper as a heel will be all kinds of awesome and with Bob and Buzz by his side, they could rule the AWA. That was great! The tag team division in the AWA is so hot right now and got hotter with the arrival of the Can Am connection. Cameron gets a dominant win over Chavo, Chavo wont forget that. Bigelow gets the biggest win of his career against the Dream. I would of been in shock along with the crowd. Bigelow is now a proven force to be reckoned with. Martel gets his revenge on Larry Z. Larry and Nick are heading for an explosion. Strong win for recently crowned AWA champ Steamboat.
  19. Oh man, that already is one stacked card! This is going to be awesome
  20. MACW @ The Rec Center, Shelby, NC 3-4-86 Mark Youngblood vs. Terry Gibbs After Gibbs spends some time breaking the rules, Mark fires up with the War Dance and hits Gibbs with a series of chops. He puts Gibbs down with a throat thrust then goes out on the apron and hits the slingshot splash for the pin! Fabulous Blondes w/Rock Riddle vs. The Kiniski's The Kiniski's start off fast with some solid teamwork but the shift changes when Crews reverses a swing to the ropes on Nick and Timbs nails Nick with a knee to the back. The Blondes are aggressive as Riddle cheers them on. They take Kelly out with a double forearm blast then finish Nick off with a double facelock drop for the pin! Billy Robinson vs. Scott Casey Robinson controls most of the match with assorted takedown variations. Casey comes back with a flurry of hip tosses and drop kicks but an eye gouge followed by some hard hitting European uppercuts puts Robinson back in control. Robinson hits a side slam backbreaker for the pin! Rocky Johnson vs. Bob Roop Continuing where they left off last night in Charlotte, these two hammer away on each other. Johnson hits a series of body slams and standing dropkicks. Roop comes back with a running forearm smash then picks up Johnson and rams him shoulder first into the turnbuckles. Roop controls by working on the right shoulder. Johnson comes back with some hard hitting left hand punches and a running high knee. Johnson swings Roop into the turnbuckles and charges in but Roop moves and Johnson hits shoulder first into the turnbuckles. Roop picks up Johnson and hits the Shoulder breaker for the pin! Brett Sawyer vs. Johnny Rich w/Paul Jones These two brawl all over the place, busting each other open. They fight to the outside. Jones tries to interfere but Brett punches him down. They continue to fight as the bell rings, signaling a double countout. They keep on fighting all the way to the back. Lets hope the Street Fight on March 11th will settle this feud once and for all. TV Champ Terry Taylor vs. The Iron Sheik w/Alexis Smirnoff Sheik gets early control by jumping Taylor before the bell. Sheik chokes away on Taylor then puts him up and over with a gut wrench suplex but cant put Taylor away. Sheik body slams Taylor and stomps away. He swings Taylor to the ropes and goes for a back drop but Taylor kicks him then hits the jawbreaker. Taylor regroups and comes back with a flurry. He swings Sheik to the ropes and hits the flying 5 Arm! Taylor covers 1...2..Smirnoff runs in and starts stomping away on Taylor. The Ref signals for the DQ. Smirnoff continues the assault. Sheik staggers up and joins in. Sheik body slams Taylor as Smirnoff flies off the turnbuckles with a knee drop. Wrestlers from the back come out to break it up. US Tag Team Title Bout Stud Stable (Rob Fuller and Jimmy Golden) vs. The Soul Patrol This one goes back and forth for 20 minutes. Sweet Brown Sugar gets fired up and executes a flying headscissors on Golden. Fuller runs in and Sugar does the same to him. Sugar tags in Norvell. Norvell comes in and slams Golden, once again Fuller runs in and he gets slammed. Norvell tags in Sugar. They double suplex Golden back, then jump up and crash down on him with a double head butt. Sugar covers but Fuller drops a knee on the back of his head. Norvell comes in and fights with Fuller. The Ref is trying to regain control. Golden hits Sugar low. The Ref is guiding Norvell back to the corner. Golden picks up Sugar for the piledriver while Fuller comes off the turnbuckles as they hit the Spike Piledriver on Sugar! They Ref runs over and counts 1..2..3! The Stud Stable run out and grab their US titles and hold them up high to the booing crowd. The boos turn to a roar as Magnum heads down the aisle with his knee heavily taped. Sammartino is still yelling at the fans. The bell rings and he's still going at it with the fans. The Ref goes over to tell him the match has begun. Sammartino starts yelling and arguing with the Ref. 21. MACW puts Ron Fuller on the trade block.
  22. Another fun show! Singh rebounds with a win. That Owen sure knows how to play the emotions game LOL. Los Pastores make a huge impact! Chicky and Ron Starr are riding high. Next week's tag title match against Ayala and Colon should be a wild one!
  23. MACW announces the entry of Tom Prichard and Rock Riddle will be coming along for the ride.
  24. Defiantly that cage match was off the charts! Dr. D escapes. Cool seeing Missing Link as the mystery partner and he ends up getting the pin on Gilbert. Damn, that was quite a cane shot Percy gave to Lance. Jimmy Jack piledriving Leatherface through a table was also quite the visual. Liking the Dream Team. Even though he got the splash from Kamala, its nice to see Mr. Wrestling 2 with good employment in the twilight of his career.
  25. Good grief, Kamala and Kokina together! Watch out!
