In AEW's defense, I don't know how they could've predicted that Luchasaurus would've torn his hamstring hours before the show and be forced to book Marko Stunt in there instead. Old school farts can complain all they want about the logics of having a Marko Stunt on a roster but where were they in Spike Dudley's prime? Marko will be their version of Spike Dudley; the guy that heels will use to throw around and destroy to get heel heat. And when Luchasaurus will come back to make the save, he will get a monstrous pop.

Eddie Kingston's situation reminds me a bit of LuFisto's. This year was also supposed to be her final year because of everything she went through with her health in recent years as well as the frustration of being overlooked by major promotions but she also decided to keep going. I hope she'll get the same opportunity Kingston is having now, no matter the promotion.

Based on the confrontation we saw in the first Dynamite, I'm tempted to say that the finals will be Lucha Bros vs SCU but I wouldn't be shocked if those teams mutually cost each other their chances. Best Friends vs SCU is the only matchup that I legit have no clue how they'll go tonight.

Other tidbit: the head trainers would be Daisuke Sekimoto and Meiko Satomura.

I don't know but what intrigues me here is the Sendai tie-in. Who there could be their ace in the Women's division?

About the rumored NXT Japan....Big Japan and Sendai could be involved.

My best guess is that Vince got impatient with Bischoff not catching up to the WWE product fast enough and put Bruce in his place. I'm assuming that Bischoff might still act as a liaison between FOX and WWE but I'm only guessing here as well.
