    I would just hate for a mid level Top 100 guy like Kengo Kimura gets lost when an 80s set or yearbook hasn't been released. Kimura will definitely make a Top 100 for me now. Wouldn't have sniffed the list before the NJ set. Nobody was making a case for him either.

    Hopefully, when all is said and done, he can be known for those Waltman matches instead of primarily known for the RVD series. It's wishful thinking but maybe one day.

    I think the 90s yearbooks need to be completed but I also think the Portland, Lucha, Europe and NWA sets need to be released before jumping in. However, you guys are right... the infrastructure is there to begin but I am in no rush to do one right now.

    This is how crazy thoughts on one match can differ. Phil Schneider and I watched this match when we first got the Monterrey discs and both of us thought this was a MOTD contender until the bad finish. Loss didn't think so and loved the finish. Fucking wrestling.

    Race was well received on the All Japan and Texas sets but I don't think there has been a complete study of his career. KHawk has been pimping Bockwinkel for years. This just happens to be the time for Bock to shine because of the AWA set. If we can dig up enough St. Louis on top of the other NWA territories, people may re-evaluate Race in the future as well. There's enough 80s Race out there in the WWF to be rewatched for the WWF 80s Project Redo and Mid Atlantic to get a final read on where he stands.

    Out of those 39 matches, it will be interesting to see where all of the Bock matches end up. Some will end up Top Five/Ten for sure like Bock-Hennig and Bock-Wahoo. To compare, Lawler had 9 of the Top 10 (including the Top 5) and 17 of the Top 20.

    I knew what you were talking about. Lawler had a punch, a fist drop, a piledriver and a fireball and he is the greatest of all time.

    I should probably do something about that. Right, but before that feud, I never thought Morton was on Flair's level. After the feud, I always thought Morton could go toe to toe with Flair.
